From the moment I walked into U Boutique Wellington, I was in love. The vibe is ultra-trendy and really welcoming—beautifully decorated with little things that make you feel at home.||The living room of the three bedroom apartment was awesome for a catch-up and drinks with friends, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. I loved everything about it. || The Hotel Manager and owner were incredibly friendly, warm, and accommodating—nothing was too much trouble, and their genuine hospitality made our stay even better.||I honestly can’t recommend this trendy place enough. Look forward to next time.

Absolutely loved the apartment myself and my family had. Very modern kitchen and bathrooms as well as lovely rooms. Overall the place provided a very homey yet modern feeling, right in the middle of city as well! Most certainly will be a first pick in the future.

Perfectly adequate sized rooms, but space is not generous. Shared bathrooms can be a nuisance if you are busting. Really needs separate toilets. Quiet street (for a central city) and easy to walk to from Courtney Place/Cuba St, etc. Very attentive concierge. Very good value - you get what you pay for.

Good location. But not at all what it looks like in the photos online. Room was dirty, no toilet paper and couldn't find any! Outside looked dodgy. Funny smell thro the room. Just like a backpackers. No one was on reception other than when we arrived.

At the U Boutique Hotel and was genuinely impressed by the quality of the facilities. The rooms were modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary toiletries and high speed Wi-Fi. The shared laundry area was convenient, making my stay feel even more like home. The location is perfect close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. I highly recommend U Boutique Hotel for anyone looking for affordable comfort with great amenities. Will definitely stay here again!

On transit to the South Island with my son, just needed a cheap stay in Wellington overnight. Although not exactly as described, for the price it was what I would expect. Our room was a small but adequate twin room. On the road side so very noisy. I wouldn't recommend this room if you are not used to noise, or so dead tired that it doesn't affect you (that was us after a drive from Aucks). shared bathroom which wasn't a problem. very clean and tidy, and a great shower with shampoo, body wash, hairdryer, towels, and bathmats provided. The bath also with a hand-held shower attachment - handy for small children. we didn't have too much luggage as we were able to keep everything in the car downstairs. but if you have a lot of luggage, the stairwell is narrow and no lift. PJ, whom I booked through, was very courteous and helpful. The room I wanted wasn't available, but the room we got met our requirements for the night, including a parking space right outside, twin beds, and a late checkout. Internet is included but a bit hit and miss in our room. there was a small desk where i could do a bit of work on laptop. Beds where extremely comfortable. I had a fantastic sleep, despite the noise and Wellington council emptying the bins at 4am. It's very central and was an easy walk to all restaurants and an after-dinner stroll along the wharf front. If it's a cheap quick stay you are looking for then this is a good option. We had a small room with only a jug and a small fridge and tv, but there are lots of options to choose from for larger families / Groups. very well run and communication from PJ and the team was great. Thanks Guys. Highly recommend for the price. Update: Just a word of caution, there is a lot of activity around this area day and night (as it is very inner city) if you are parking in the area, it pays to take ALL of your valuables out of your vehicle. We had an incident and no one could provide us with any "useable" or good quality CCTV, even though their are cameras in the street and around the hotel.

Great experience! We checked in late and everything went smoothly. The room was comfortable and kept at a nice temperature. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a very good place to stay.

Was down in Wellington for a concert and this was the closest hotel to the venue (meow nui). Small sized room, bed, desk, mini fridge but was fine for a night. Easy lockbox checkin, plenty of street parking but a paid carpark across the road as well, would stay here again.
