Lovely clean room fridge and kettle. Spacious clean shared bathroom. Location is a short stroll to cafes, restaurants and shops. The guys who run it are super friendly and help as well. Stayed there twice, great price.

Went for a weekend stay and really enjoyed it. Reception was so friendly and kind - really keen on helping and checked on us whenever we passed by. Location was convenient and we found lots of decent restaurants and great shopping just a few minutes walk away. The room was very clean which put me at ease.

Our party of 5 split a three-room suite, what seemed like an apartment previously to being rented as rooms. The suite was quite clean and spacious with a full kitchen, and check-in was quick and easy even though we arrived later in the evening. The place is super walkable to lots of restaurants, cafes and bars/pubs while still feeling like it's on a much quieter side street. Would stay here again gladly.

Clean and comfortable room, with kitchen facilities. Very comfortable bed and very quiet at night too. Good location a short walk from downtown. Would stay here again!

Perfect for an overnight transit stay. The price was reasonable for the room and shared bathroom. Loved the artwork outside, can't miss the building. The owner/manager was extremely helpful.

Absolutely loved the apartment myself and my family had. Very modern kitchen and bathrooms as well as lovely rooms. Overall the place provided a very homey yet modern feeling, right in the middle of city as well! Most certainly will be a first pick in the future.

Perfectly adequate sized rooms, but space is not generous. Shared bathrooms can be a nuisance if you are busting. Really needs separate toilets. Quiet street (for a central city) and easy to walk to from Courtney Place/Cuba St, etc. Very attentive concierge. Very good value - you get what you pay for.
