U Chiang Mai Hotel

I enjoyed everything about this place! To begin, it’s absolutely beautiful and meticulously restored and maintained. Once the Governors house inside the walled city, the “U” has retained its historical presence and visual strength.||The staff at the “U” stand by eager to provide you with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as you wish. The rooms are very adequately sized and fully equipped. The courtyard and its multiple pools are meticulously crafted and maintained. The breakfast was delicious! The loaner bikes are a terrific touch, as well as the on-site gym. Don’t miss the Sunday night market that takes place just steps outside the main entrance!

This hotel is so beautiful! Rooms are very comfortable! The staff and service is top notch! Roof top bar has amazingly good food and drinks specials daily! Louis, our bartender was amazing, friendly and made the best drinks! Daily breakfast buffet is like no other one experienced with cook to order choices and everything we had was absolutely delicious! The staff really knows how to take care of you and make you feel special! I loved everything about this place! Highly recommend when in Chiang Mai! You won't be disappointed at all!

5 star all the way around! Everyone is so nice & accommodating. Hotel is so pretty & rooms are amazing. Visited the bar for happy hour. Drinks were delicious & reasonably priced. Louis was our bartender & he was AMAZING!! Very personable & had great drink recommendations.

The staffs are very good, smiling, taking good care of me, trying to solve my problems very quickly. The location of the hotel is in the heart of the old city, there is a temple nearby. The style of the hotel looks classic. The room is clean and smells very good. The food is delicious. I like the service of the staffs, they seem very attentive and intent on helping. They always smile and greet me. I will definitely come back to stay here again. I recommend this hotel.

I stayed here for 4 nights and had a lovely time. The staff were all exceptional. I enjoyed the breakfast on the days I could. On my last day, I had an incredible massage at the spa right before my flight home. I would highly recommend this hotel, their food, and the spa!

I had an amazing time at U Chiang Mai! The hotel is right in the middle of the city, so it’s super convenient. And the amenities were top-notch. My wife and I even got a relaxing facial massage and steam therapy session at the U Spa during our stay. It was a total treat!

We had an excellent stay at U Chiang Mai hotel. The hotel is very centrally located, but as you step in to the hotel it’s like a beautiful oasis. The pool is lovely and clean. The rooms are comfortable. The staff is kind and attentive. The breakfast which was included for us was actually great food and I looked forward to going for breakfast there before starting my day of exploring. Unfortunately, we didn’t find time to use the spa. I would recommend this hotel to others and would definitely stay again !

This hotel is highly recommended, central location, amazing staff, beautiful place to stay. Just had a foot, head and shoulder massage, best I have ever had and a great promotional price. A must do whilst staying at this beautiful hotel.
