Great location. 10min walk to the castle. 5 min walk to direct buses to Salt Mines and to the airport. Staff were super helpful and friendly. We arrived at midnight. Profits from hotel go towards helping people with a learning disability. Nice local shops and restaurants nearby. Really quiet.

We stayed for four nights from December 28, 2025 to January 1, 2026. The hotel is perfect: beautiful, clean, and located only 10 minutes from the castle and a 20-minute walk from the market square. I would definitely recommend this place.

As 3-stars hotel it is really good. Very nice and cosy, clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. Perfect localization close to Wisła river, walking distance to the Old Town. Nice service, helpful and open. Plus private parking place. Strongly recommend.

the hotel is a bit outside from the center but Uber service solved the necessity of waking quite nicely. The staff is warm and helpful and breakfast in the beautiful garden is enjoyable. The room is nice and price performance is good, the only thing which need improvement is the shower which is tight and in the morning we didn't have really hot water. But in spite of that we enjoy staying with them.

We stayed here for two nights. Check in was very easy, the air conditioned room very clean and spacious and the beds very comfortable. They provide a very nice breakfast with filter coffee and will make specialist coffee on demand.The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from Wawel and approximately 45 minutes from the centre. The staff were all polite and very helpful. All in all a great place in a quiet location.

This was our third time at U Pana Cogito. We liked this small hotel with friendly staff, good breakfast, comfy rooms. The main square is 20 mins walk from the hotel or you can hop on the tram for two stops. The Wawel Castle is just opposite the Wisla river. The parking is in the yard for payment, the surrunding area is a toll parking one. Wifi could be quicker but mobile internet is OK.

A nice cosy hotel, quiet, comfortable and relaxing but simultaneously located very close to the city centre. ||Big spacious rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast adequate but could use better coffee (filtered instead of instant) and some more sweets or desserts.||Staff tried to be helpful but a few had problems with English.||Stayed in room 11.

Very good location, on the other side of the Vistula, just opposite the Wawel Castle. Very elegant decor, crisp white linen and towels, clean everywhere. Beautifully maintained flowers. Excellent breakfasts, high quality products. Really high level.
