U Sathorn Bangkok

I've always chosen U Sathorn for our meetings and seminars. Every time, it has been an absolute pleasure. The high ceilings give the room a wonderful sense of space, the food is consistently delightful, and the staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Coffee and refreshments are thoughtfully served throughout the day, keeping everyone comfortable and energized. In the evening, the meeting space transforms effortlessly into an elegant dining venue. What I appreciate most is the team's quiet attention to detail — from lighting and sound to room temperature — everything is managed with care and professionalism. It’s this level of consistency and care that keeps me coming back. Always impressed.

We chose this beautiful resort as our wedding venue and were thoroughly impressed. The sales team was exceptionally professional, attentive, and quick to respond to every question and request. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful, creating a welcoming and stress-free atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious—flavorful, well-presented, and praised by all our guests. The location is surprisingly peaceful and serene for being right in the heart of Bangkok, making it a perfect urban oasis for such a special occasion. Considering the high level of service, the stunning setting, and the overall quality of the experience, the pricing was more than reasonable. We highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a smooth, elegant, and memorable wedding day.

I had the privilege to stay at this amazing hotel in Bangkok. It was a wonderful conclusion to our 10-day healing retreat! The staff at U Sathorn Bangkok were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond for us. Fresh towels and a refreshing grape drink greeted us upon arrival - perfect for beating the Bangkok heat. The hotel's location is convenient, with a 7/11 nearby and easy access to taxis for exploring the city. Comfortable beds. Well lit rooms. Amazing breakfast bar with delicious vegan friendly meals. The Guava Juice was so refreshing. I cannot remember the exact names of staff at breakfast, but everyone I encountered was super friendly and had amazing customer service. Highly recommend for a comfortable and stress-free stay.

The hotel is in a great location with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere — it truly feels like a quiet escape from the city. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Khun Pee greeted us with a warm smile at check-in, and GM Cherry was exceptionally kind and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of options and everything we tried was delicious. Overall, we were very impressed with the service and the overall experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again.

The service was good, e.g. got the hair dryer replaced in 5 mins after my call, was upgraded to the pool access room. But, the most importantly, the room itself was not clean. It looked clean but the toilet seat was not properly cleaned and sanitized. When I checked in it still had a hint of poop on the toilet seat, that I decided to have that cleaned with alcohol wipes myself. (Didn't think it would help asking for another room if the cleaning standard was only to make things 'look' clean) The breakfast was very good though.

This place far exceeded our expectations! From the front desk manager to the attendants we were so pampered! P was very accommodating and went above and beyond to take special care of us. Nook was also very helpful as well as Summer and the other staff. Breakfast was absolutely divine! I had no idea breakfast would be so good! I’ll definitely be back. I live in Bangkok and will return soon for a day pass at the pool! 10 out of 10 experience!!

Lovely hotel. A bit secluded for those that want a walkable hotel…but also peaceful! Feels like you’re staying on an estate. Bed was a bit firm and covers a little on the light side. Very nice pool. The buffet breakfast was ok…they had good variety…the eggs Benedict was very watery.

Excellent service ever! Highly recommend this hotel if you are arriving at BKK airport midnight. Don't forget to send your reservation info via hotel email address in order to make sure whether u can check-in early or not. (Dear Kit, really appreciate for your kind effort to find an available room for us late night!) Great hospitality from every staff & their breakfast is nice. Thanks!
