Honestly, everything was great. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available without being overbearing. The room was clean and comfortable, the hotel was very well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. The food was delicious and varied, and every meal felt high quality. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable the entire time. Everything worked smoothly with no issues at all. Definitely a place we would happily return to and recommend to others.

We stayed at U Sathorn for four nights and were genuinely impressed. This hotel is a true oasis of calm in the middle of bustling Bangkok. We chose it because my husband has a fear of heights and most hotels in the city have their pools high up in the sky. U Sathorn is completely different – peaceful, quiet, and with the pool beautifully located on the ground floor.||There were always plenty of sunbeds available at any time of day, even though the hotel was fully booked. The atmosphere around the pool was serene, and the poolside service was a wonderful bonus. You can even order snacks and drinks through the hotel app, mention that you’re at the pool, and they’ll bring everything right to your sunbed.||The complimentary tuk-tuk to the nearest metro station was extremely convenient, and the breakfast was well arranged and tasty. In the evenings, the hotel’s restaurant was an excellent place to dine – perfect after a long day in the city.||All in all, U Sathorn is truly a gem. If you’re looking for tranquility without being far from the action, this hotel is an absolute must.

We first visited this place seven years ago and enjoyed it so much that we decided to return this time with our parents and child. Even after all these years, it is still very clean and beautifully maintained. Although Bangkok is a large and busy city, staying here truly feels like being at a peaceful, relaxing resort. The food was delicious, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Most of all, every staff member—from the guest rooms to the front desk—was incredibly kind and welcoming. The front desk staff speak excellent English, so communication was smooth and effortless throughout our stay. We would especially like to thank P, Pao, AM, and Nook for their kindness and support during our visit. Thank you all so much!

I had an amazing stay at Yusaton Hotel Bangkok. I especially want to thank the front desk team: Krit, Pao, Pam, and Tangtai. They were all sooo kind, attentive, and professional. Their warm attitude made our stay much more comfortable and pleasant :-) The 24-hour check-in and check-out service is a huge advantage, especially for travelers taking early morning or late-night flights. It made everything so easy and stress-free. The swimming pool is beautiful and very relaxing, the room condition was excellent—clean, modern, and well maintained. This hotel is also very suitable for families with babies. We felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of during our stay Overall, great staff, great facilities, and a great experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again when I visit Bangkok

A beautiful sanctuary nestled in the middle of the busy city. The hotel is chic, modern and elegant. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the service is excellent. There is a great spread at breakfast, with lots of variety. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the metro station and offers a shuttle (tuk tuk) service to the station at various points in the day. An elegant and humble dwelling amidst the busy-ness of Bangkok!

I'm stayed here for wedding engagement and cerebration for 2 nights. I got excellent service from staffs, which made my stay very comfortable. The room was clean, beautiful, and well-maintained. The food was delicious with great flavors. Thank you very much for taking such good care from check-in till we check-out.
