U Sathorn Bangkok

We first visited this place seven years ago and enjoyed it so much that we decided to return this time with our parents and child. Even after all these years, it is still very clean and beautifully maintained. Although Bangkok is a large and busy city, staying here truly feels like being at a peaceful, relaxing resort. The food was delicious, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Most of all, every staff member—from the guest rooms to the front desk—was incredibly kind and welcoming. The front desk staff speak excellent English, so communication was smooth and effortless throughout our stay. We would especially like to thank P, Pao, AM, and Nook for their kindness and support during our visit. Thank you all so much!

I had an amazing stay at Yusaton Hotel Bangkok. I especially want to thank the front desk team: Krit, Pao, Pam, and Tangtai. They were all sooo kind, attentive, and professional. Their warm attitude made our stay much more comfortable and pleasant :-) The 24-hour check-in and check-out service is a huge advantage, especially for travelers taking early morning or late-night flights. It made everything so easy and stress-free. The swimming pool is beautiful and very relaxing, the room condition was excellent—clean, modern, and well maintained. This hotel is also very suitable for families with babies. We felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of during our stay Overall, great staff, great facilities, and a great experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again when I visit Bangkok

I'm stayed here for wedding engagement and cerebration for 2 nights. I got excellent service from staffs, which made my stay very comfortable. The room was clean, beautiful, and well-maintained. The food was delicious with great flavors. Thank you very much for taking such good care from check-in till we check-out. Every staff members delivered their responsibilities with professional, warm smiles, greetings, and a willingness to help. If I have the chance, I will definitely return and stay here again. 😊

Relaxing Stay in the Heart of the City We stayed here for four days for my post-surgery recovery. It was peaceful, serene, and comfortable in every way. Every staff member we met—receptionists, housekeeping, restaurant staff, and even engineering—was thoughtful, and truly hospitality-minded. The hotel’s landscape offers a resort-like feel. The pool sits at the center surrounded by plenty of sun loungers, making it feel like you’re swimming and relaxing in a lush green garden. Our room was simple yet very clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed, a large closet, and a minibar/fridge refilled daily. Breakfast was excellent, a buffet with à la carte main dishes. Including a salad bar, fresh bread and cheese, dim sum, Thai hot dishes, noodles and soup, fruits, yogurt, juices, and desserts — the perfect way to start the day. The same restaurant is open all day and transforms into a fine dining venue in the evening. The location is a bit tucked away on a small street off Sathorn Road, but the hotel provides a free shuttle to the main road, which connects to the Lumpini subway station — very convenient. We can’t thank the staff enough for making our stay so memorable. This hotel has become one of our favorites. It’s well worth the price and will definitely be on our list for the next visit.

Love the service from Front Office team, Khun P and Khun Pao! made our stay so much better. It was super efficient with check-in fast, kind, and really polite. All Staff are amazing too, always positive, incredibly friendly. 💖 Hotel ambiance is just lovely. The rooms are so beautiful and well-designed (the rooms are gorgeous!), and the atmosphere is wonderfully relaxing with all the greenery. It felt so peaceful

Amazing location feels like in the countryside but just 5min tuktuk to Lumpini and One Bangkok. Great offering! only checkin could have been more clear about what’s included they forgot welcome drink voucher and only after checking out I learned that one minibar drink would have been included. Also on Agoda it looked like I was booking a room with bathtub but got a shower instead which is not as nice when traveling with a baby. Breakfast was great! Would definitely come again!

We stayed at U Sathorn for four nights and were genuinely impressed. This hotel is a true oasis of calm in the middle of bustling Bangkok. We chose it because my husband has a fear of heights and most hotels in the city have their pools high up in the sky. U Sathorn is completely different – peaceful, quiet, and with the pool beautifully located on the ground floor.||There were always plenty of sunbeds available at any time of day, even though the hotel was fully booked. The atmosphere around the pool was serene, and the poolside service was a wonderful bonus. You can even order snacks and drinks through the hotel app, mention that you’re at the pool, and they’ll bring everything right to your sunbed.||The complimentary tuk-tuk to the nearest metro station was extremely convenient, and the breakfast was well arranged and tasty. In the evenings, the hotel’s restaurant was an excellent place to dine – perfect after a long day in the city.||All in all, U Sathorn is truly a gem. If you’re looking for tranquility without being far from the action, this hotel is an absolute must.

A major highlight is the 24-hour check-out, which was very convenient. The breakfast area was clean, and the staff were friendly—special thanks to Ployly for her warm service. We chose this hotel for a quiet, relaxing stay away from high-rise buildings in Bangkok and were very satisfied. One thing to note is that many guests are Korean. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.
