U Sathorn Bangkok

I wish there was fresh juice during breakfast. I was not informed about breakfast place and timing and other facilities in the hotel, I had to ask later about all by myself. I got an upgrade for my room which I am super grateful. The hotel is great and would definitely recommend to others.

If you're looking to escape the hustle and chaos of the city, USATHORN Hotel is the perfect getaway. The peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings made it feel like a true retreat. What really stood out was the 24-hour room use which is very helpful when having late night flights. Highly recommend while visiting Bangkok!

The location is quite good, with a convenience store just five minutes away, although it’s a bit far from the subway. The best part is the 24-hour check-in and check-out service. The breakfast is a bit basic, but the environment is very relaxing. At night, the water pipe sound in the shower was quite loud, and we even thought it was the sound of a small animal. Overall, it’s decent and meets expectations.

We chose this beautiful resort as our wedding venue and were thoroughly impressed. The sales team was exceptionally professional, attentive, and quick to respond to every question and request. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful, creating a welcoming and stress-free atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious—flavorful, well-presented, and praised by all our guests. The location is surprisingly peaceful and serene for being right in the heart of Bangkok, making it a perfect urban oasis for such a special occasion. Considering the high level of service, the stunning setting, and the overall quality of the experience, the pricing was more than reasonable. We highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a smooth, elegant, and memorable wedding day.

The hotel is in a great location with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere — it truly feels like a quiet escape from the city. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Khun Pee greeted us with a warm smile at check-in, and GM Cherry was exceptionally kind and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of options and everything we tried was delicious. Overall, we were very impressed with the service and the overall experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again.

This place far exceeded our expectations! From the front desk manager to the attendants we were so pampered! P was very accommodating and went above and beyond to take special care of us. Nook was also very helpful as well as Summer and the other staff. Breakfast was absolutely divine! I had no idea breakfast would be so good! I’ll definitely be back. I live in Bangkok and will return soon for a day pass at the pool! 10 out of 10 experience!!

I've always chosen U Sathorn for our meetings and seminars. Every time, it has been an absolute pleasure. The high ceilings give the room a wonderful sense of space, the food is consistently delightful, and the staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Coffee and refreshments are thoughtfully served throughout the day, keeping everyone comfortable and energized. In the evening, the meeting space transforms effortlessly into an elegant dining venue. What I appreciate most is the team's quiet attention to detail — from lighting and sound to room temperature — everything is managed with care and professionalism. It’s this level of consistency and care that keeps me coming back. Always impressed.

I stayed in this hotel in August 2025. I expected it to be impressive based on the room cost, but I was mesmerised by the beauty of the place. Check-in was underwhelming and I would definitely describe it as sub-par, but that was my only complaint. |I was escorted to the room, which was a deluxe, upgraded from superior. The room was furnished beautifully, with quality colonial style white painted cabinets and sitting areas. A large comfortable bed, excellent air-conditioning and a spacious balcony ensured quality accommodation. The enormous bathroom was a joy to use and really highlighted what a quality hotel the U Sathorn is. |Outdoors a small but none the less beautiful pool is surrounded by park like grounds and alongside the pool is the main lobby building with a sumptuously appointed restaurant (also the breakfast venue) located upstairs. |I loved the location and the quiet neighbourhood. It’s a few minutes walk to get to local attractions like One Bangkok on Rama IV road, or the hotel run a regular shuttle tuk tuk to the area. Personally, I preferred the walk. Streets are narrow and cause for caution, but the quiet nature of the neighbourhood sees very little road traffic in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The age old question must always be; Would You Return? And my unequivocal answer is; In a heartbeat. I loved U Sathorn Bangkok!
