U-Sense Granada Centro

We had a good room on the fourth floor with a great view of the city. The balconies were Juliet style. The location is amazing and we were easily able to access the city. We walked to The Alhambra which was steep but doable. The bed was very comfortable and the shower good. The breakfast was simple but everything that we needed. The only downside for us was the internal noise from people going up and down the stairs at night (the stairs are tiled and therefore noisy) and external noise from the street. The rooms are advertised as sound proof but if you are a light sleeper this probably isn't the place for you.

We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of their property. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They have artfully blended the old with the modern. We have traveled abroad many times and have never seen the amenities they provided. Smart tv’s, towel warmer, smart lighting, a kitchen with all the bells and whistles. The security measures they have made us feel safer than being at home. We highly recommend a short or longer stay. Great restaurants are within feet of the hotel and the cathedral is a 2 minute walk from their front door. Great experience and highly recommended.

Great stay, comfortable bed and peaceful sleep. The man at reception was particularly friendly and helpful. One tiny aspect I would change is not have the air freshener in the rooms (something more organic would be better). Thank you for all, I'll be back!

The hotel is in a good location close to many things within walking distance. The Alhambra is a good 30 to 40 min walk, but you can take the bus or an Uber if you don't want to walk. The staff is nice, friendly, attentive and happy to answer any questions. The same goes to the staff taking care of the buffet breakfast in the mornings, since it was very tasty and the options good. Convenient and worth it. The room is comfortable but with some signs of being a bit run down. The bathroom was basic, linens ok, the AC unit worked and the TV was okay. It was room and housekeeping did a good job, but keep an eye on the wear and tear. The little balcony has gorgeous views of the cathedral and the Alhambra. It is a must to go once, to sit and enjoy the view or just to take a picture! Overall, it was a comfortable stay at a good value.

Rooms are sparse, but comfortable. A fridge in the room would have been nice. The view from the terrace is outstanding. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. Really great place to stay.

Great little hotel in the heart of Granada. It is close to all the main sights and is surrounded by lots of coffee shops and restaurants. It has an awesome rooftop with views of the cathedral and city. The ladies at the front desk are extremely kind and helpful! Shoutout to their front desk intern (Luis if I recall correctly) for helping arrange leaving my bags in the storage room due to early arrival and late departure from the hotel!

A lovely hotel. Excellent staff very friendly. Immaculately clean. We had a the most comfortable bed. The room was everything we wanted. A really good choice for breakfast There is a roof terrace which was great to sit have a coffee, and look over the sqare with a view of the alhambra and the top part of the cathedral The hotel is perfectly placed to explore as you are not far from anywhere. Plenty of places to eat. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Location is in the heart of the old city, so food/drink and entertainment options are plentiful. |The hotel emailed me 3 different parking options all within our budget and close to the hotel (3min walk) |The premium room was massive for 2 people in the context of European rooms. Had all the comforts of home. Breakfast was enough to be content. |There is a lift which is helpful if you need it.
