U-Sense Granada Centro

Our family stayed here while enjoying Granada. While standard rooms are small, they are quite adequate for normal needs. We were only there for several days so did not require anything special. The hotel is situated next to the Cathedral and all the great sights of beautiful Granada. There are bars and restaurants directly on the Plaza in front of the hotel and the entire area. We were put in quiet rooms at the back, but front rooms can be a tad noisy. You do have off site parking garages and taxis must be taken several meters away on a main street as the Plaza is for pedestrians only. The front desk staff is outstanding snd gives excellent service. The breakfast is very good too with a large variety of options. Highly recommend.

We only stayed one night in Granada but really enjoyed hotel. It’s located right in the city centre, there’s a nearby parking (5 min walk) so ideal for anyone coming in by the car. The staff was extremely nice and attentive, check in and out process very quick with the online forms. There’s a small rooftop available to the guests with amazing views over the square and cathedral. I had to take one star off as we’ve asked for a quiet room (which we got) but our neighbours were super loud till late and from early morning so we couldn’t properly rest as you could hear all the noise through the walls. We’d be happy to come back again!

Perfect location in the city centre. You can easily walk almost everywhere from Plaza Bib-Rambla. We absolutely loved the views of Cathedral, Alhambra, and Sierra Nevada from our room on the top floor. Absolutely stunning! The staff was super friendly, helpful and kind. We felt really welcomed here. The room and bathroom were spacious, the bed was really comfy. We enjoyed our breakfast very much, great variety of choices.

Brilliant hotel! Perfect location right in the heart of Granada, walking distance to all the sights. Staff were so helpful and friendly, especially Alicia! We also loved the terrace which was cosy with spectacular views. Highly recommend this hotel for your Granada city break!

This would have got 5 stars throughout except for the lack of soundproofing on the internal doors. We could hear every sound on the corridor and when somebody moves the cleaners storage cage at 4.30am that’s not funny. I did complain but the receptionist ignored me. (Unless she didn’t understand me?). The room was overlooking a very busy square but with windows closed we heard absolutely nothing from outside. It was very comfortable and clean. The bed was super comfortable. If they can fix the internal doors it’d get 5 stars throughout. Location also is excellent.

First time in Granada and so, so delighted we chose to stay here. Beautiful, clean, spacious rooms and the hotel is centrally located - honestly couldn’t have picked a better spot. The breakfast was excellent giving us the much needed fuel before we set out on foot to discover the beautiful city of Granada and its rich history (averaged 22000 steps a day!). And the front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located smack in the central part of the town, you exit straight into the Bib-Rambla square, which is super convenient: literally one step from your breakfast/coffee. The staff was very nice, and the room was cleaned and the towels changed every day. We could've used an electric kettle and cups in the room, but otherwise no complaints.

Perfect hotel in a perfect location in Plaza Bib Ramblas with views over the square ,Alhambra, the cathedral and the Sierra Nevada mountains beyond. The room was spacious, the double bed large and comfortable with plenty of storage space. The staff were helpful when needed but otherwise unobtrusive. If we were visiting Granada again, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
