I’ve been coming to U2 Beauty for years for my monthly treatments — microdermabrasion, LED light therapy, and a mask — and I absolutely love the results every single time! My skin always feels refreshed, clean, and glowing afterward. The facial massage is mind-blowing — it’s honestly the best part and so relaxing. The ladies here are incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home. If you’re looking to get the best value, I definitely recommend buying a package — it’s the smartest way to go. U2 Beauty is truly a gem, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my skincare needs!

This is my second time doing microdermasion at this spa. Loved the facial massages post the treatment. It was really thorough and detailed. I would go again.

I've been going here for years!! Love this place! Everyone here is so sweet and I always get the best experience. The facial masks are fresh and homemade and facial application is done with care. I've received compliments from random people on the street saying my face is so clean! Thank you to everyone there, especially to Gina who usually does my facials!

Overpriced and they do the bare minimum. I’ve got the whitening collagen mask, it was good but I had better expectations from them. To me they did not put much effort. It was rushed. They leave the room every 2-5 mins after applying something

My boyfriend and I have gone to this place once or twice before. Always purchase through Groupon. However, when you get there they want to offer numerous treatments and are really persistent. This time we said no and the receptionist kept pushing it. When you’re getting the facial done they try and make you add another treatment AGAIN and like I mentioned extremely pushy and basically force you to get an added service. Facials are basic and you’re essentially spending 45 min of the actual facial with a mask on. They convinced me to add a collagen treatment ($90) because they couldn’t take no for an answer and my boyfriend another treatment for ($40). The service felt rushed. When we went to pay they told us we had to pay 130 dollars for these treatments. Initially we thought these services were going to replace the already bought treatments we purchased on Groupon or discounted it since it was already purchased through Groupon. Then when we paid she said we needed to give her a tip. Blatantly. In total we paid $210 dollars for basic treatments + a 20 dollar tip. Overall, the work they do is okay, however it doesn’t sit well with me how forceful they are for you to spend more money. They can’t take no for an answer and it puts the customer in an uncomfortable and awkward position . Will not be returning.

Very good kind people. They give you snacks and drinks and make you feel like you are at home. GREAT SERVICES. Also very cute decor . THEY DO A GREAT JOB WITH NAILS!

My first facial here was a deep cleaning facial because my friend recommended as she saw good results from multiple facials. My second facial was a Chinese herbal medicine treatment since they recommended it for my acne. I was extremely happy with the results as my pores seemed so much more cleaner after a month! Very professional! Definitely worth a try!

I used a Groupon for my Deep-Cleaning Facial and a $30 add-on, my esthetician was great and was very thorough with my pores. It was a great value esp since it was 90 minutes!

Make sure to look at the price handout first , they would lie about the prices and trick your money away. Very sneaky owner be very careful with the manager her name is Fiona! I was always a super loyal customer to them for years, no more! Today was my last time doing business with them! Took a lot of tips from me without my consent as well.

Came across this spa thanks to Groupon. We all know when you try Groupon places it's a hit or miss this definitely was a big big hit ! Since my first facial, I have purchased additional packages. The prices are reasonable, and the facials that you receive are so much more relaxing and longer than most of the facials you'll receive in expensive spas throughout Queens. They really no skin needs here. The parking can be a little bit challenging, but you can get here right off the seven train on Main Street. It's less than a two minute walk.

Really nice place; it was my first time coming here after buying off of Groupon. The ladies there were really patient and nice, I was asking a lot of questions haha. I came here to get rid of blackheads and after the first facial I see a significant difference! My pores look way smaller I'd definitely come back!!

Haven't written a review in years cause I find it troublesome but this place gave me a severe rash on my half of my face. We scheduled for deep cleaning for two and when we showed up, the lady said she does not have us on schedule. Although we made the appointment the day before and confirmed. She decided to work on our face about 15 minutes apart. Between us, she didn't even bother to change gloves which is very unhygienic (I didn't mind cause I went with my sister, but still very unsanitary). The whole process lasted 1 hour. No special tool was used for extraction. You can honestly do the blackhead/pimples extraction yourself at home because they didn't use any special machine. She tried to pop some of the pimples on my chin which were clearly not ready and resulted in more irritation/pain. A day later now, my face is stinging with a painful rash. Honestly, my skin feels way worse now. Truly not worth the money and experience.

Came here for a 60-minute microdermabrasion treatment, which was honestly just about 5 minutes, about 15 minutes of mask treatment, 10 minutes of cleansing, and the rest of the half-hour was just getting my face massaged in all types of face massage techniques known to mankind. It was hard getting an appointment with them. They didn't pick up the phone during most times of the weekday, but they had a very open availability, which was probably the first red flag. Even though it's not in the core of Main Street, this place reeked of dinginess. The room they put me in was a shared room and while someone was getting their treatment. Worst yet, there was a very unpleasant lingering sour smell that was quite strong, but bearable once you're in the room long enough. For a Groupon deal, I'm guessing that they don't use quality skincare products because some of the stuff they put on my face smelled like something you'd get on Alibaba. The microdermabrasion and pore extraction were mostly what I came for and they did a great job with those. But the rest was just face massages that I don't care for. While I was having my mask treatment towards the end, I was woken up abruptly by one of the staff members who told me that I had to pay an extra $20 for the powder mask to subsidize the microdermabrasion treatment. Basically, she was trying to hard-sell me this extra service that hadn't even happen yet and worded it and blew this whole thing up as if the service was already performed and that I needed to pay. When I finally understood her, I kept insisting that I wasn't interested. It was quite annoying and made the last part few moments unpleasant. I wouldn't want to come back here again, just because it's so run down and I didn't think the treatment was all that great, with Groupon or without.

I came here for a deep cleaning facial and the aesthetician recommended a collagen or pore tightening treatment for an additional $20 midway through the facial. The spa is clean and my appointment time was kept since I didn't have to wait before getting my treatments. The prices are great and there are discounts per session and for package combos if you ask in the spa. My aesthetician, Vanessa, did a great job at pore cleaning and I can definitely see a noticeable difference. However, it felt pretty rough and rushed when the creams and masks were being applied. It first started out with steaming the face, removing blackheads (which was painful but worth it), eyebrow tweezing, mask, essence, lotion, then sunscreen. I was on the treatment bed which wasn't the most comfortable and my neck did not have much support for 2 hours. I would rather have had a one hour treatment with the extractions and face masks than lay there for the whole 2 hour duration. It would have been nice if they had a calming check-in area with tea and snacks, but there was only 1 lounger and some magazines. A decent spa for getting your treatments done at a competitive price.

Rude customer service. After being a loyal client for YEARS I decided to cut ties after my last experience. Tip is based on the quality of service mind you I tip regardless whether good or bad. But to request a increase in tip on a bad service is beyond me. It wasn't even asked she gave no change and when asked stated tip is usually now more. No professionalism at all. Mind you we weee on first name basis instead of speaking with me privately if needed decided to make it seem the tip was ever an issue in front of others. Add to the fact trying to sell you stuff while getting the facial. After being disrupted numerous times I agreed was told one price went to pay was another . I paid it no issue. But the ordasity was it for me. The lack of respect and service was my last straw use to even travelllll for this place not worth it anymore

I first came here with my sister for Groupon facials. I thought it wasn't too bad, so I bought a five pack afterwards. Each subsequent time was worse than the last. Facial #1, still ok, maybe didn't feel that great. Hand massage was nice addition though. #2, a little rushed, but it isn't expensive, and still ok. #3, made an appt for my sister, they texted me a million times not to be late, she makes it there and even though I clearly texted one facial for not me, but my sister, they tell her it's not allowed for someone else to use my package unless I also do a facial with that person, but they'll make an exception this time. Btw she even upgraded her facial and tipped nicely, do they really want to keep this policy?? #4. Once again, a little rushed, and then this time she wasn't going to fix my brows. I asked her about it, and she said it wasn't a part of my package! I told her I've always had my brows done as part of my package. She goes back to check and then promptly works on my brows when she comes back. #5 (and obviously last) she really rushes this. What is supposed to be 60 min is half an hour. Black head extraction was more like a grazing of the extractor over the skin. The brows were not plucked, but hastily shaved to shape. The mask was unusually thin. At least they still did the hand massage. Then as I walk out she asks if I would like to renew my package. You asked me as I was walking out. I think we both know the answer. Really not worth the price. I have been to many places in flushing with similar prices that have better service. Try them. Two stars because they started off ok? Probably more like one star, but I'm feeling generous

So I came here for a birthday spa yesterday. I'm giving the three stars because the facial treatment I received was good. During the treatment, they dropped the streamer equipment on my face near more to my brow bones. At the moment they told me it would be okay but I felt like a burning pain sensation after. The next day I saw a marked so I gave them a called. Instead of apologizing and admitting it was their fault, their excuse was because I made the reservation last min and the equipment was still loose . So it was my fault ? Also she said the streamer won't burn me ? Does that make sense ? All I really wanted a an apology, instead they made it seems like accident happens which I do get but like at-least own up to it , because it's a professional business industry. Their job was to be careful, check their equipment prior to each customer and not hurt their customers. Now I cant draw on my makeup(brows) cs it's stings badly. I usually don't put on makeup to work and now I have to cover this up. Im sure if the complaints was from another race (non Asian) they would've been more apologetic about it. Also I tipped them pretty good too (27%) . Wished I wasn't too nice about it at the moment, I just didn't want to have a bad day. After all it was suppose to be for my birthday.

For a simple, relaxing facial, I am happy I stumbled upon U2! Skin spas these days are so incredibly unnecessarily expensive. Why?! I just want a simple facial! Thank you Groupon for helping me find U2. $31 for a deep cleaning facial, and with pretty good yelp reviews, I was sold. I was able to make an appointment for 2 on a Sunday with no problems. I actually didn't purchase through Groupon and the people at U2 said they'd honor the price at the store when there's ever a promotion. The salon is on the 4th level and it is 2 beds per room (so bring a friend or your significant other if you don't want to be stuck with another stranger). The deep cleansing portion was pretty painless with the extractions and again, no frills. They don't pin prick little deep spots, so no new open sores, just the extraction tool. They incorporated massages which was great, warm steam, electric poking of some sort (or it might be LED, but it was zappy), eyebrow shaping, moisture mask. After they were done, they did ask if we wanted to do a cooling mask to help with pores and moisture retaining for another $20. I hesitated but I thought, I kind of want more, so why not?! So we went with it and oof it was cold cold thick mask but nice. Overall it was a nice simple experience and great for the price! They've been open for 6 years but each aesthetician have many years of experience. They do offer packages but I'm not that active so I just stuck with one for today. Thank you Selina for being so accommodating. If you go 10 times you get 1 free.

I did a last minute appointment and I believe it was the owner she did so amazing! She made time to take me! Her attitude and work was so amazing. I am definitely going back for a facial!

Had a groupon deal for a microdermabrasion. Booking was easy and I didn't feel I was being treated less coming in with a deal. I'm definitely a returning customer.

Bought a Groupon and came out with buying a package with them. Great customer service very nice people . The place was very clean. Got the deep cleansing Groupon and I walked out of there with a clean face and flawless skin. Their packages are very reasonable price. Will be going back one a month.

Really good service. Had the 90 min deep pore cleansing facial and it was really relaxing. I suggest going during their less busy hours. Compared to the other spas, this place didn't forced me to talk or comment on my skin too much which I appreciated. They will tell you about their promotions but definitely less pushy than other places.

Selena and Flora has been my facial lady for over 15 years! They are doing a great job to make me look like I am in my 20s without the use of botox. She does a great job with extraction which is relatively painless. Her neck massage is very relaxing. It's easy to book an appointment texting her. The place is new and clean.

I was able to do a same day Groupon purchase and book at U2 Beauty Spa. I did a couples microdermabrasion session (purchased 2 individual specials on Groupon). Soon as we came in we where assisted with. The session was very professional, very gentle and both parties left looking very bright faced. Would recommend!

Usually they do a very good job but the workers were so unprofessional. Constantly walking out to pick up the phone. Very unattentive. Hit or a miss depending on when you go.

Today was my 3rd time going to U2 skin care and my experience has been nothing but wonderful. For those of you who wrote bad reviews saying they started to break out afterwards, honey I'm sure that's your skin. Don't blame the place. Anyways. I bought their Groupon deal and went for my first microdermabrasion and within the moment I walked out of the place, my skin looked flawless. I literally went everywhere without make up on and I've been putting on makeup every single day for last 15 years of my life? I suffer from adult acne and after 1st and the 2nd appointment, it helped me so much with my acne and skin started glowing. My coworkers immediately started to notice my skin and asked for a referral. And today I went again for my 3rd appointment and Selena did acne treatment, masks, massage and I even bought one of Chinese herb treatment for acne. I usually dont fall for products but since I've seen significant changes in my skin since I started coming here, i decided to give it a go and Selena is a great sales person Hah. I will definitely be back.

Best place I've been too they make dermatologist look like scams wait.. they are . Seriously went in with super irritated acne they took 1 hour + with my facial doing high frequency DEEP extractions my face took about 5 days to heal from that but wow in 3 sessions my skin looked totally different!! Blown away first time I went it Selena also did scalp and back massage for $69 you kidding ? Yes they do try to get you to by packages but for the miracles she did I don't regret buying it. Wish I was closer to New York to come every month. 5 stars come here if you acne issues and don't want to take pills or drying out topicals that don't seem to work. Selena I miss you haha . They have take home products hat they use on you there so that's cool too . Loved it overall

I went in at 7pm, and they were ready to leave until I said I wanted my eyebrows done. They tried to finish it up as fast as possible and they just plucked a few brows. The lady kept saying that it is clean but it did not look finish at all. I do not recommend anyone coming here for their eye brows because they did not cut my long brows either. It was $10, you can find cheaper and better places.

This is the best skin spa not only in queens but in whole NYC area. It's always so clean and the girls are super nice. I've been going to this place when day just opened and they never have let me down since. I usually get facial treatments but I'd like to try other services as well.

update. i went again in January. They are now doing eyelash extensions as well as laser hair removal:) I was so trilled when they told me and i got my eyelashes done as soon as they mentioned it to me. my natural eyelashes aren't very long so i was happy that it lasted me about a month. once again Selena was very professional and sweet. She has a very gentle touch and was caring when she worked on my facial.

Amazing facials, they helped me get rid of acne and acne marks. They gave good products to offer for skin care. Great service!

I went here a week ago. I haven't had any breakouts for a long time over 8 months now. Ever since I went to this u2 beauty spa, my face has broken out severely! I barely want to go outside. They rip you off by trying to get you to pay for an extra mask and they do the bare minimum. Worst facial ever!

I came here yesterday and I had the laser hair removal. The people here are so nice, especially Selena and Flora! I have came here five times already to get the hair removed and it has not grown back. I absolutely love this place and I recommend it to everyone. I also always get a facial here because my skin becomes really nice. The place is very clean and neat. They have been amazing and consistent with their services.

I went today and the workers there were very kind and very considerate. I came today to get a eyebrow tattoo. It didn't hurt or burn at all and I was very happy with my results. There is a variety of treatments there. I recommend the lifting treatments. The HIFU machine helps tighten the face, and I've had really great results. I have recommended this place to many of my friends and family.

This Spa have such great medicine treatment for acne. Although it kinda smells weird， but after two treatment，that mask just clear up most my redness on my skin and minimize my pores. Super effective with the cream sample they gave me. Definitely will try another type treatment and recommend to teenagers who suffer with acne skin.

Stopped by for some quick cleansing and some facial work done ... Nice clean environment and it was quick n the lady in the front was very polite felt like a family when I walked in.. Well run place ., I'll be back soon with my girlfriend next time and will recommend to my friends and family
