After carefully reviewing Uber and and how your company treat the drivers your company, (uber ) and the information uber submitted as part of my review , my determined that uber is very unprofessional, selfish one way company Uber claims you are your own boss, but you’re not you are a slave the way they have the app set up if you decline a call it drops you very low for you to go back up. Takes a long time if a passenger makes a false report Uber quickly decides to Deactivate but this very reason I will never want to be a driver again and I will never be a passenger. I would rather pay more and pay a taxi then use Uber. You guys are very misleading and this is why I will always give Uber a negative review Uber is very coldhearted by saying your account will remain deactivated because you violated our Community Guidelines and your
agreement with Uber. This decision is final.
We realize that this news may be upsetting, but everyone using the Uber platform must follow our Community Guidelines to ensure safety and respect for all. We hope you understand our decision. so I hope you understand my decision which is final that you guys are unprofessional unsensitive not caring about your drivers even when a criminal commits a crime. His voice is hurt in the courtroom. You guys like to hide an emails and you don’t listen to both sides of the story even when the driver claims he has a camera with video and audio recordings, I know I’m not alone in this. I hope Uber will have a very short future and when I work for another company, you lost another good driver because my decision is final even if my deactivation gets lifted, I would not choose to work for you. I work for Uber for seven years five star driver. My account was clean with no complaints just because a couple of passengers wanted to get a free ride uber decided. to deactivate me in the edge allegation was not even true and here’s an idea for your advertisement take out the part where it says you are your own boss because the drivers are not if we declined a call we get punished if we cancel a call because it’s not safe we get punished and the best one yet if you are allergic and you put down, no pets should be no pets. There are many other drivers that would take that ride. Why give it to the one that cannot take any pets and another thing I may add if somebody leaves your car extremely dirty or throws up, you only cover it 3 to 5 times you do not give the drivers freedom of speech as a driver gets deactivated. All they can do is send an email that Uber will send back a few days with a genetic message that your account will remain deactivated. If there was a way to give you zero stars I would do it because you don’t even deserve a one star
