Translate English- Spanish English: This is the Uber office where you can do any procedure regarding the application add or remove vehicles or fix the app. The treatment is nice, they have 10 tables serving people but since they give you the turn to be served you will be waiting approximately 40 to 55 minutes, the office does not have free parking you have to pay around 5 dollars per hour that if It has parking of boundaries that you pay less approximately about 3 dollars per hour that if as they are parking in boundaries you are likely that someone will chafing the car or you will be scratched, I hope this review helps people thanks. Spanish: Está es la oficina de Uber donde puedes hacer cualquier trámite con respecto a la aplicación agregar o quitar vehículos o arreglar la app. El trato es agradable, tienen 10 mesas atendiendo a las personas pero desde que te dan el turno a que te atienden estarás esperando de 40 a 55 minutos aproximadamente, la oficina no tiene parqueo gratuito tienes que pagar alrededor de unos 5 dólares por hora eso si tiene parqueo de linderos que pagas menos aproximadamente unos 3 dólares por hora eso si como son parqueos en linderos tienes probabilidades de que alguien te roze el carro o te lo arañen, espero que esta reseña ayude a las personas gracias.

Worst customer service ever! Restaurants are able to false advertise delivery times....I selected a specific restaurant because they estimated 10-15 minutes for delivery, well my order came over an hour later and I received melted ice-cream shakes. Instead of addressing the issue, which by the way was only $16, Uber Customer Service cancelled my membership and did nothing about the actual issue. So they prefer to lose a longtime member over $16 restaurant order. Absolutely awful customer service!

What a useless waste of space. Everyone working here seems nice and genuine but has no purpose. You schedule an appointment, you come in, and are told to come back. You schedule another appointment and keep bouncing around from appointment to appointment with no actual response. Not a soul in the building is able to actually assist with your problem. It is all done remotely by The Uber Overlords. What is even the purpose of making me spend hours coming back and forth multiple times. All this to prove that I'm a real person. Here's a review from my real account with my real name and my real profile picture. With that said, I know they're just doing their job, but it is a pointless operation. They should be closed, and they shouldn't waste any of our time other than dealing with virtual meetings that they can't even get right either. Uber has the worst support ever, and they don't respect their drivers. I'm just glad I didn't get an opportunity to work under such a horrendous company.

I tried meany disputes to trying to solve a problem with my account to be active, and I keep bouncing from opointmets waiting time . The office seems to be far from everything. Not solving the isue. Very simple to do and then make things very difficult.

I have been trying since Feb 1 to get my 10-99 form. I have tried numerous times to contact Uber. They do not respond. You have to pay a $1 to supposedly to get it refunded. Yes but then it automatically purchases another app for you. $20 waisted. I would like to get my form and be done with Uber. Not very professional. They don’t even let you talk with them live.

After carefully reviewing Uber and and how your company treat the drivers your company, (uber ) and the information uber submitted as part of my review , my determined that uber is very unprofessional, selfish one way company Uber claims you are your own boss, but you’re not you are a slave the way they have the app set up if you decline a call it drops you very low for you to go back up. Takes a long time if a passenger makes a false report Uber quickly decides to Deactivate but this very reason I will never want to be a driver again and I will never be a passenger. I would rather pay more and pay a taxi then use Uber. You guys are very misleading and this is why I will always give Uber a negative review Uber is very coldhearted by saying your account will remain deactivated because you violated our Community Guidelines and your agreement with Uber. This decision is final. We realize that this news may be upsetting, but everyone using the Uber platform must follow our Community Guidelines to ensure safety and respect for all. We hope you understand our decision. so I hope you understand my decision which is final that you guys are unprofessional unsensitive not caring about your drivers even when a criminal commits a crime. His voice is hurt in the courtroom. You guys like to hide an emails and you don’t listen to both sides of the story even when the driver claims he has a camera with video and audio recordings, I know I’m not alone in this. I hope Uber will have a very short future and when I work for another company, you lost another good driver because my decision is final even if my deactivation gets lifted, I would not choose to work for you. I work for Uber for seven years five star driver. My account was clean with no complaints just because a couple of passengers wanted to get a free ride uber decided. to deactivate me in the edge allegation was not even true and here’s an idea for your advertisement take out the part where it says you are your own boss because the drivers are not if we declined a call we get punished if we cancel a call because it’s not safe we get punished and the best one yet if you are allergic and you put down, no pets should be no pets. There are many other drivers that would take that ride. Why give it to the one that cannot take any pets and another thing I may add if somebody leaves your car extremely dirty or throws up, you only cover it 3 to 5 times you do not give the drivers freedom of speech as a driver gets deactivated. All they can do is send an email that Uber will send back a few days with a genetic message that your account will remain deactivated. If there was a way to give you zero stars I would do it because you don’t even deserve a one star

The staff there are very friendly and helpful. Andrea was amazing! She patiently worked with me in answering all of my questions. She also fixed an issue I was having as a result of creating multiple accounts. She kept the conversation very light - hearted and was overall very positive. I commend Uber on making such a great hire!
