Pedí un servicio en la ciudad de Morelia de la central al aeropuerto, yo venía con mi esposa, desde el principio me pidió que yo me sentara en frente por seguridad y en todo el trayecto el conductor parecia como drogado porq hablaba puras incoherencias se llama Hazel Vladimir, el me sugirió irme por la autopista de paga y yo acepte por seguridad, la caseta la pague yo pero se quedó con el ticket de cuota, al llegar al aeropuerto le pagué en efectivo y el señor no registro el pago y ahora Uber me lo está cobrando, el servicio de Uber cada vez está peor!!!

Pesimo servicio, no resuelven problemas de los usuarios, algunos conductores son abusivos y no reportan que el usuario les paga (como el de la foto), a pesar de muchos mensajes y explicarles la situacion la aplicacion no resuelve, bloquean la cuenta de el usuario. A pesar de tener 10 años en uber prefieren un consuctor abusivo que roba a los usuarios.
