Everything about this store was terrible. I walked in to find a shoe for my boyfriend, because they don't sell women's shoes (another downer) and not one person greeted me or asked me for help. You also couldn't tell who worked there because there was no uniform so it was even harder to ask for help. The options were very slim and I have also heard they make you wait outside the store sometimes when they have people in the store. Overall my experience was not satisfactory and I ended up just going to Nike. Costumer service was great there.

Worst customer service of all time. You will not get any type of decent customer service unless you personally know the employees of this store. Any good reviews on here are probably by employees themselves or friends of the employees. All they do is backdoor sales of exclusives and lie to customers they don’t know so that they don’t sell the shoes to people who aren’t personal friends. Don’t even bother. Their “raffles” are just a rigged system for them to pick and choose the people they know to “win” exclusive shoes

Dope ass spot with some really cool stuff. Tons of new and hyped sneaker releases were just chilling when I went in. The store is really dope and has a rustic vibe with old brick walls. Furnishings are new and very nice. Everything was well displayed and they had brands like pleasures, raised by wolves, reigning champ, a couple stone island pieces (some even on sale!) they had tons of coffee table books too and some small accessories like glasses, coffee mugs etc.

I ordered a pair of shoes from their website. After having issues of having my street name be considered valid on their website. I had issues when the delivery. UPS was unable to deliver the item and it was shipped back to them. After having very short-lived communication with a customer service rep about getting a refund. I lost all contact with the individual and would’ve never gotten my refund if I hadn’t paid through PayPal and put in a claim. Horrible service. Will never order from them again.

I called one days ago make sure I can get limited quantities in store and today after I wait four hours, the shoes is not available and when I ask them why they told me in call they said nobody said that. Don’t waste time here. It’s horrible. I don’t even want get one star.

Really nice looking store. Bunch of cool stuff. Terrible customer service. Its like I'm the only one in the store and you don't say anything to me. The employees look at you dead in your face and don't say anything. They're to busy talking with themselves rather then ask if you need any help or at least say hi. Guess I wasn't dress in a hypebeast outfit to get services

Ordered a shoe from this establishment online on 31 May via PayPal. Money was taken out and processed. On June 4th I sent an email inquiring about the shoe due to the order having no updated status. On June 5th after receiving no email I decided to call the store since I couldn’t find a customer service number. They gave me customer service number I contacted them and the lady informed me my order had been cancelled this morning due to an inventory error. I received no email replying to my inquiry, no cancellation email, no my money back. This shoe was also a special release meaning it’s no longer available. App she said was sorry. After holding my money for a week, telling me PayPal will take 1-3 days to receive it then saying the email should’ve been sent to me and there’s nothing she can do. Smdh worse customer service I’ve ever received. Only reason I gave one stars is because I had amazing service in store but I will never recommend this store again!!!!

The most unprofessional and rude staff, definitely made me think twice about purchasing anything. They made the shopping experience highly uncomfortable and appeared bothered that we even came in. Maybe they’re upset because A Ma Maniere is around now.
