We visited Ubud Health Spa this afternoon because we were really looking forward to a good, relaxing massage. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be quite disappointing. When we arrived, things were already a bit confusing and not what we had requested. After some back-and-forth, they eventually said they could offer us a 90-minute massage. We agreed and were taken to the beds together. However, after about half an hour, it felt more like gentle stroking than an actual massage. We gave some feedback and asked if they could apply more pressure or adjust the technique, but it didn’t really improve. My girlfriend eventually stopped and told them she wanted to end the massage because it simply wasn’t what she had asked for. I continued, and my massage was fine, but hers was definitely not. The staff apologized and told us we would only need to pay for half an hour for her, which seemed fair. But when we went to the counter, they presented a bill for two full 90-minute massages. We explained what the therapist had told us, and they didn’t deny it, but it still took a strange turn. In the end, we had to pay for half an hour for her—but even that amount didn’t match one-third of the price. They added some extra charges that didn’t make sense. All in all, it was a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this spa based on today’s visit.

The landscape is outstanding. Ambience when entering the location and having breakfast by the river are memorable. Excellent services and great location. Close to many main attractions in Ubud and walking distance from local shops and restaurants. Will come back someday!

Much nicer than the pictures! The resort has such a calm and peaceful vibe — with the sound of a little waterfall, birds chirping, and many cozy spots to relax either alone or with others. The pool is beautiful and adds to the relaxing atmosphere. Rooms are very clean and private, and the staff are kind and welcoming. The yoga class is only from 07:30–08:30. Breakfast is simple but fresh: an omelet (good), noodles (super delicious), a few fruits (papaya, watermelon, mango, pineapple — all fresh and tasty), plus coffee and tea. It’s an open buffet and enough, but if you’re looking for something like scrambled eggs on toast with avocado, you’ll need to go outside. Overall, a very peaceful and clean retreat.

The location is spot on with markets and main spots accessible with minimum walking distance. Service is great as well! The only issue was with the room which is why the rating is low. The architecture feels old, the rooms badly need a revamp to adjust to the modern style of accomodation. They don't have hand towels and no tissue paper in the room as well. The pools are there but mostly won't be used due to their locations. The breakfast is good, plenty of vegetarian options and overall experience is a mixed one due to the rooms quality. If you are spending your day out and need a stay just to sleep, go for it.

The restaurant here is wonderful. A large selection of dishes, mostly raw but three are some cooked food items as well. The atmosphere is great abs the staff are courteous and helpful This would be our third visit

I absolutely loved my stay at Ubud Sari Health Resort. The resort is beautifully maintained, and the hospitality of the staff is truly unmatched—warm, attentive, and welcoming. The location is perfect—peaceful yet just a short walk from all that Ubud has to offer. After each day’s adventures, coming back here felt like returning home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene and restorative experience in Ubud.

Except staff and food is very nice place. Staff totally don’t care - especially in the restaurant. You can wait hours before they notice you and then you wait hours for everything. The portion of the food is small but it’s actually good because it doesn’t taste good. I ordered fish and it tasted mostly like garlic.

Magical place with very peaceful vibe. Beautiful big garden and really friendly stuff. Prolonged my day from the day one and gladly would come back here again.
