This was the first restaurant we ate in Cusco. The stuffed shrimp potatoes are a must. The meat combo was alright, we weren’t too wowed by it. The trout soup was very flavorful and fresh. Reservations are a must. They tend to be completely booked during the weekends. However, we were able to get a table outside - a bit chilly but it wasn’t too bad.

Loved Uchu. We came for lunch with our two young kids. The food was delicious and the kids loved seeing the meat cooked on the hot stone. It’s upscale but affordable and not pretentious. Ugh and the ribs were soooo good. Also love that it’s local family owned and not some global corporation.

We went in without reservation for party of 8. At first they said only have table of 4person x2table. We wait a while and they got us 8 person table and private. Thanks for your great hospitality. For food , without question, Hot stone steak is the best here. Our server Deyvid is so helpful. If I comeback to Cusco, will definitely come to eat here again. The price is reasonable.

The food here is amazing. We ordered the guacamole with the ginormous crackers and it was delicious. I ordered a medium Alapaca Tenderloin and it came out perfectly medium. For a low fat cut of meat it was tender and tasty for Alpaca. The presentation of the food was such a work of art and the overall tastes were amazing.

Uchu was hands down the best food of our entire Peru trip. The suckling pig tacos were absolutely amazing—my favorite dish of the whole trip. The trout ceviche was fresh and fantastic, the beef tenderloin was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor, and the mashed potatoes had this incredible savory butter taste that I’m still thinking about. Even the guacamole was excellent. Everything was so good we came back for dinner twice during our stay in Cusco. Highly recommend!

Great services from Deyvid! Very nice recommendation of food and excellent attention to detail from him. Totally recommend to visit the restaurant and if you can ask for deyvid would be good he has a wide knowledge of the cusine and can give excellent advice.

We had the most lovely dinner here. The flavours of the tacos and the stuffed potato was incredible. The meat mains too were really good with an incredible selection of dips and a delicious salad. The service was top notch and a big thank you to Omar for being an incredible host. We would love to come back

Came here for dinner one night in Cusco and had a great time. The ambiance is nice inside, the service was great, and the food was delicious. I got the alpaca tenderloin, as this is something I can’t get at home, and it was great. It kind of tasted like a milder steak. It came out pretty rare on a very hot stone and you could cook it to your liking. I also got the mashed potatoes and they were good, but not mindblowing. There were a lot of meat options and everyone’s meals around us looked great too.
