Yelp
If you're looking for a yakitori place in the Shibuya area, this is it. Came around 6:30pm on Tuesday night. Having been to "Hole In The Wall eateries, this was pretty roomy. We were a party of 5. It got pretty packed by 7pm. There were so many choices of skewers. Each order is One skewer. Chicken skin Chicken cartilage Chicken butt Chicken hip Chicken heart Meatballs with raw egg sauce French fries Bacon wrap mochi Pork belly- highly recommend Return Factor- it's a great place to go with friends to have beer and skewers to go with it.

Yelp
Winner winner chicken for lunch... Walking amongst the hills of Shibuya many don't realize how much incline there is once you pass the famous Shibuya Crossing and as we explored the many twisted backstreets it's quite a workout. You'd think there'd be many places to eat and there is it's the combination of convenience, price along with the agreement of cuisine and type of service and sometimes our preference though exhausted is quite particular. Well Yakitoriya Sumire in Shibuya was the winner for us as just glancing at the menu...yes it's all chicken (obviously!) but we just had to be sure and with that I can have it in many ways making cross contamination less of an occurrence as they didn't really have much seafood here. Another plus for us is the super spacious interior and not the cramped izakaya seating as those are the gem of the local biz...not with our shopping carrier as it was quite large and as we entered and greeted by a gentleman and were told that everything was done by QR code. Yes even in Japan were many places are now self ordering here they don't use the machine where you pay and enter it's all QR for order and pay though you're still able to pay in cash as well...if you still have some difficulties they staff are able to help you order using their own iPad but it's still with some instance. We ordered the Bowl of rice topped with Daisen-dori chicken tempura and the other a chicken tempura as well and topped with tartar sauce (sorry don't know the formal name) and with it being teishoku style it came with rice and small side dish of seasoned sprouts and spinach along with soup and a heaping amount of mentaiko (spicy pollock roe) both at 864 yen (950 inclusive) it's a deal that was worth the effort. Standard on each table are a pitcher of water, cups, menu along with salt and pepper the semi self service in a causal dining room setting is a great place to relax and reload your energy without costing you. どうもありがとうございます!

Yelp
We dropped in here after a long day, and it was delicious. Everyone only spoke Japanese, but were very accommodating for us silly english speakers. Our server helped us navigate the phone menu where you can place your order (there is an English page, but you have to get through a couple of Japanese ones first). The location is very convenient and the inside was nice and spacious. The corn fritters really stole the entire show... I'd go back for just them!

Yelp
Went to the Akihabara location and loved it! We had two kids and they got free soft drinks. Although a few smokers around, it was generally kid friendly. Recommend going early in the evening. Order everything from an iPad where English description was available. Easy to order as you go. We ordered from happy hour drink menu and the drinks were awesome for about 200yen. For food, we ordered a variety of yakitori, ochasuke, chicken ramen, and Korean chicken with cheese. We ordered a salad but didn't need to since cabbage was provided for every table. The tsukune balls with cheese sauce and chewy bacon were our favorite. Overall, everything was delicious and prices affordable. The service was good but they didn't really check on us when it got busy.

Yelp
This place has good yakitori! But it's all smoking area so my asthma kicked in. You order on the tablet and it comes out. They also can split the bill. The green tea alcohol drink was really good, taste just like green tea!
