If I could give zero stars I would, Manager Joanne was completely rude to me and wouldn’t let me exchange uggs tasmans that my girlfriend bought me 2 days ago and gave them to me yesterday. They said I wore them which makes no sense because there is literally no visible damage or wear. The sales associate Kabib was trying to make me feel stupid and was showing the entire store asking everybody which one is the worn shoe. Absolute disgrace and I’ll never be coming back. Was my FIRST and LAST time at this location.

I am extremely disappointed by the way I was treated at this UGG location last night. I arrived at 8:43 PM, well before the posted 9:00 PM closing time, and was refused entry by a woman who identified herself as the store manager, Joanne. The store was not busy (approximately 10 customers inside), and there was no valid reason given other than “we won’t be able to leave on time if we let people in.” That is not a customer-facing policy, that is a personal convenience being enforced as a rule. Per UGG’s official Store Hours and In-Store Shopping guidance (UGG website, Store Information / FAQ section), customers may shop until the posted closing time, subject only to capacity or safety limitations (which in this case was not an issue). I have worked in retail myself and understand closing procedures. However, if a store is open until 9 PM, customers should be allowed to enter until 9 PM, especially when capacity is not an issue. I clearly stated that I knew exactly what I needed and would take less than five minutes, yet I was still dismissed rudely and without any attempt at professionalism. What made this situation even more disturbing was the tone and behavior used toward me and another customer behind me (a Black man), while customers inside the store were white and allowed to continue shopping. There was no politeness, no explanation with empathy only arrogance and an outright refusal. This felt discriminatory, unprofessional, and unacceptable. UGG is a global brand, and behavior like this reflects poor management, lack of training, and a complete disregard for customer experience. Closing a store early and making up rules on the spot; while speaking down to customers is not how a reputable company should operate. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I hope corporate takes this seriously. Customers deserve respect, consistency, and fairness, regardless of who they are.

I’ve never had such an uncomfortable experience in a retail store, especially one that’s supposed to be a premium brand like UGG. From the moment I walked in, the staff was openly hostile and unprofessional. Items were being thrown around behind the counter and on the floor with zero care, which already set a negative tone. When customers were present, the attitude didn’t improve—staff members were rude, dismissive, and clearly irritated to be there. Instead of being helpful or welcoming, it felt like we were an inconvenience. There was no willingness to help and no professionalism whatsoever. The overall vibe was aggressive and chaotic, not at all what you expect when shopping for expensive products. It honestly felt like the employees were taking their frustration out on the merchandise and the customers. UGG is known for quality, but this location completely fails to represent the brand. If you expect respectful service or even a neutral shopping experience, I’d recommend going elsewhere. I won’t be returning.

I am visiting from United Kingdom and I was there to shop and the store manager Joanne didn’t let me and my husband step in the store even when the store showed open not only she was disrespectful but extremely rude. Strict action must be taken against them since they are not following store rules. We were there to shop for our family and children for holidays and this was a huge disappointment. We ended up going to Kate spade and coach who were so accommodating.

This place is a joke. I’m done with this location. The manager, Joanne, and the associate, Kabib, were incredibly disrespectful to my sister. They acted like we were causing a problem and talked down to us the entire time. I’ve never dealt with such unprofessional behavior. Save yourself the headache and go to the Riverhead store instead.

I will NEVER go back to this store again. Manager Joanne and the sales associate, Kabib, were unbelievably rude to my girlfriend. They talked to us like we were doing something wrong and made us feel completely stupid for no reason. Absolutely unacceptable. If you want to be treated with basic respect, do yourself a favor and go to the Riverhead location instead.

I went to this store earlier this week and let me tell you how bad it is. Customer service reps were on their phones helping customers and the manager did nothing but be rude to me and not help me with my purchase. Let me tell you I will never come here again awful service!!!

We were waiting for more than 30 minutos outside the store and there was too cold they can’t receive all the customers… that’s not a good service
