very unprofessional would explain why because there's a bunch of kids running the store. Standing outside the store for a half an hour theres no sign saying they will not let anyone in after a certain hour they mentioned store capacity is only 35 people there is no sign showing capacity limit. i work in customer service and as far as i know we accept customers until the last minute. 0 stars if i could

DO NOT GO HERE very unprofessional they messed up my exchange 2 times i talked to the manager and he told me to just call customer service bc they charged my card 2 times for Uggs I didn’t receive Stephanie was the cashier lady “helping me” she said she used my gift card to purchase them and then charged my credit card without telling me… I had to drive 40 min two times this week to go talk to them and my issue is still not resolved

Worst location ever!!! The staff was so rude and definitely didn’t want to work. I asked for a certain size in multiple styles and they kept saying what we have on the floor is all the sizes! I knew it was a lie because there is a back room behind a curtain with boxes stacked up to the ceiling in different styles!!! Finally I went over to a guy on the register and clearly told him I know it is a complete LIE how there is absolutely no sizes for multiple styles and when he was kind enough to leave the register and help by going to the back, oh be hold the shoe size and style I was looking for was in the back!!!! All these workers were willing to lose out on $500.00 worth in merchandise because I bought multiple pairs for my wife and kids!!! Took me and hour to get out of the store because of the staff!!!! It’s disgusting how there is a store FULL OF staff that does not want to work, too much conversation going on amongst each other and caught two girls on their phones at the front end!!! This is a holiday season shopping and the nerve of staff not wanting to help is really horrible! Never again will I go back to this location!!!!

Great products. It's reputation precedes it. I've never seen an Uggs commercial in the US, yet 2 in every 5 females rock these🤔 Sales prices are near impossible to resist.

The sales staff of this store are very unfriendly, and they won’t let me return the shoes that I haven’t worn, and I will never go shopping with UGG again. I am very disappointed with the after-sales service this time.

Walked in one hour before close as a courtesy instead of leaving my job last minute. Only to stand around in front of the cash register awkwardly as a store full of NPCs stacked boxes like their lives depended on it. You can find more personality at your local Walgreens tbh. Eventually some very quiet timid kid had the courage to ask me if I needed help. He gave me the product (gift for GF, I would never in my life wear or buy anything from this store for myself) only to be walked up on and sized up by security for wanting to check to make sure I was not given dirty or damaged product. Maybe if you had more people on the floor I wouldn’t have to be profiled for wanting to make sure I get my moneys worth, so uncomfortable. I’ll stick to online. Happy holidays.
