I am so disappointed with my experience this winter with Ugg. I have always loved the products and this year I finally decided to spend the extra money and get a pair of boots that I've always wanted. I wish I would have gone with a completely different company. In October, I order a pair of Ugg boots off the website Ugg.com. I was very excited for my boots to come. Days after the estimated arrival date, my shoes never came. I called in the customer service line and they advised me to wait a couple more days. I waited and nothing ever came. I became worried my package had been lost in the mail. I called in again to request a refund, (i wanted to just go into a UGG store in my area to purchase the shoes). The customer service agent told me she would process a request and to be expecting that within 3-5 business days. This never came. I called again on Nov. 1st because I realized there was $170 charge on my account rather than a refund for $170. They explained I was never charged for the shoes in the first place which is annoying because I was requesting a refund one week before. They told me they would process a refund request and to be expecting that within 3-5 business AGAIN. I waited the 3-5 once again. At this point this is just getting ridiculous. I feel like I've been lied to several times now. I don't even wanna spend my money with Ugg anymore. This is just horrible customer service. I finally called customer service one last time. A nice gentlemen informed me a request was NEVER processed. NEVER requested like I had been told 3 different times, once by a manager. Once getting off the phone with him, I received a email actually notifying me of the refund and to be expecting it within 3 - 5 business days. Its almost a month from my initial call and I still have no received the shoes nor the refund. I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. I always thought this was a quality brand, thats why i chose Ugg before any other company. SADLY I WAS WRONG. I will never recommend Ugg to friends or family. This has been the WORST experience I've had using customer service and ordering online. Ugg needs to make this right.
