My waitress was attentive and kept me taken care of. I'd request her again. I like you can order from your phone. The burger was a little too sweet for my taste but overall pretty good. Their ranch was good with the fries.

Google
pleasantly surprised by this brewery. great food on top of good variety and quality of beer.

Came here during a long layover for a meal near the airport. The turkey sandwich was good, with the Salad a little heavy on the dressing. Great beer selection.

Google
First time here. Staff is awesome! Beer and food were amazing! Definitely gonna come back when I pass thru again. Worth coming to and bring your appetite!! Had the chicken sandwich. Amazing!!

Google
The food was great, the beers were delicious, and the vibe was epic. Everyone working there was super friendly, too. To top it all off, I really loved the live music on a Friday evening. Perfect way to end the week! We'll definitely be back to check it out again soon.

Google
Stopped in for a quick bite and beer before our flight. The staff was welcoming and knew we were in a hurry and expedited our spicy chicken sandwich. Some friendly locals suggested the homemade chips and a few flagship beers, plus a great sour. A great experience and wonderful beers.

Google
Such a fun atmosphere and a very good variety of drinks to try! They have indoor and outdoor seating with games you can play. They have a small food menu, and what we tried was enjoyable.

Mark Latham

Google
Place your own order at the table and they charge your card and add 20% tip before the food even arrives. I ordered the Smoked Turkey Club, it was not a club it was a sandwich, sort of, 2 pieces os bread, not 3 and 1 wad of turkey in the center. I paid for extra bacon ($3), it's supposed to come with, but it arrived with only 1 piece, so? Fries were decent but I wasn't going to pay $21 for a lousy sandwich. Manager did refund my money without to much trouble, but I had to laugh when he said "that's how we make them". Ok, then call it a turkey sandwich, not a Club. When in SLC, eat elsewhere.

Yelp
We came to Uinta Brewing Company after being let down at Grid City Brewing. I enjoy Uinta Brewing Company's West Water Hard Seltzer's and their Lime Pilsner. They are amongst one of my favorite local go-to beverages when I'm in a BYOB situation. I'm glad we did visit Uinta. Upon arrival we were greeted by one of two bartenders. A male and a female. it was not too crowded at all. It was midday on a weekday. Although it did begin to get busier the longer we stayed. We sat at the bar. Uinta was very clean. Inside and out on the patio. The bathroom as well. And it didn't smell like an overwhelming dank beer cave like Grid City did. They were out of my Lime Pilsner, so I tried their chile limòn lager for the first time. Not bad, but also not my personal favorite. Refreshing nonetheless. I also tried one of their appetizers. Not your typical bar food here. In a good way. Their fried cheese curds came with a pepper jelly which I may have overlooked in my tipsy state because I would definitely have preferred to request that jelly on the side. Don't get me wrong, It was delicious. I just prefer my crispy cheese curds not getting softened/soggy by a wet accompaniment. The cheese curds batter was delightfully crispy and quite delicious. I enjoyed my experience here. Would definitely recommend.

Yelp
We stopped in here right after they opened on a Wednesday afternoon. We were able to place our orders at the bar quickly. They have several beers on tap, including seasonal and experimental releases. Not wanting to go "all in" on a sour porter (yes, for real), I tried a small taster. It was definitely a little too potent in the sour department. I opted for the seasonal vanilla porter which is always great. We then sat at a booth to await our food. I got the falafel salad (labneh, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onion and radish topped with a lemon vinaigrette). For a bar salad, it was amazing! The fresh ingredients combined with a citrus finish were the perfect combo. My wife got the fish and chips and also liked them. This is a pretty neat place. Don't be thrown off when you are looking for it... it's in the middle of an industrial park. I will definitely stop by again when visiting.

Yelp
Nice little brewery with both inside and outside dining. I had two flights so I was able to try eight of their beers. I also ordered two additional samples. Overall, the beer was excellent! The black lager and trader session IPA were probably my favorites. Had the fried spicy chicken sandwich with fries. Definitely was spicy, but still good. Service from the bar was great.

Yelp
First time in and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The beers were tasty and good selection to choose from. We had the cheese curds which were made uniquely with green onions and a spicy jam.

Yelp
The first time I came to Utah, I hated it. This 5% beer rule is ridiculous. If you didn't know, bars, and breweries can't serve over 5% beer unless they can it or bottle it and open it for you. It's ridiculous. Anyway, after a few times coming to Utah, I discovered this place. It's my favorite of all the breweries I've been to so far in Utah. Great staff, good food and a really nice environment. I am here from out of town, but every time I come to visit, this is definitely one of my stops! Cheers.

Yelp
The beers were absolutely fantastic! I particularly enjoyed the Huckleberry beer and the Crispy Apple beers were both incredibly smooth and tasty. The food was also very good, though I found the BBQ Korean Chicken Sandwich to be a bit overpowering with a clash of too many sauce flavors.
google avatar

Yelp
Nice people. Food was good. First stop we made after landing at airport. Close to airport.

Yelp
Loved this spot! The staff was so incredibly friendly, from the host to the bartender to the server. The smoked salmon salad was delicious and so were all of the fries I stole from my boyfriend. I had the wild huckleberry beer and the fruit sour, loved both. My boyfriend got a flight so it's nice they serve those. One of the staff members gave me a cupcake with an Ariel ring too so that was cool. The place is spacious and welcoming. They have an outdoor patio that had live music too. Overall a great brewery!

Yelp
Great selection of beers from across the pallet. Fun and vibrant designs and standard bar food fare. Great service and another fun brewery near SLC.

Yelp
We've been to Uintah Brewing a few times and always walk away pleased with our visit. It's a perfect, low-key vibe with great food, good drinks, and friendly staff. We ordered the Smoked Turkey Club which was excellent! The Wedge Salad is a unique spin to the traditional wedge and very tasty. The Nachos are covered generously with toppings. The Cheese Curds were good, but didn't stand out as much as the other items we ordered. Finally, there is a great selection of draft beers and they are now serving cocktails! Uintah is a great, off the beaten path place to visit if you want to enjoy chill vibes with a great atmosphere. I love their patio and will certainly be back!

Yelp
This is a little bit further out of SLC downtown. My hubs and I hit it on the way back from the Great Salt Lake. This was a part of a larger road trip. Parking was plentiful. There is a super cute and comfy looking patio. Looks like it is dog friendly. This place has that concrete cool warehousey feel. The beertenders were super friendly. My hubs worked in the beer industry, so he had a lot say! The beers were really good. I enjoyed the Roccapulco, Alpenweisen Berry Rush - my hubs really loved the lime pilsner. They have to serve food, so they have an attached kitchen that was called Nomad. Food was very good! My hubs got the wedge salad and I got the smoked salmon salad. Beertender said it's his favorite thing that they served there. They had games to play so my hubs and I played word Scrabble. It was fun! It was a nice break after our long drive and hike.

Yelp
Went in for some To-Go beer and food. I usually stock to bring back to Vegas when I'm in town. Took back the Detour and Caravan which were just the the right strength and IPA taste I prefer. Also got the fish and chips, Nomad burger, and a souvenir Uinta tall glass to go. Food hit the spot back at the hotel room. It was a weekday and not too busy at the time. " I'll be back!"
google avatar

Yelp
This place has great food and awesome service. The beer is amazing as well. I really liked the spicy chicken sandwich and homemade chips.

Yelp
My wife and I stopped in for a pint and some lunch on he day we got into SLC. I've enjoyed their beers before and did on this visit, too. PLUS, we each had a delicious sandwich. Get there early for lunch, because the line went from 3 to 23 people in about 6 minutes! But, they seemed to move pretty quickly. I got the Knuckle Sandwich and she got the Nomad Burger. Both filling, tasty and messy.

Yelp
Stopped here on a roadtrip. Location was close to our hotel. Food was good, wait staff was freindly. Patio was spacious and we were able to bring our dog. I enjoyed a really good Wedge Salad and dad like his chicken sandwich and his beer.

Yelp
What a dope spot with a friendly staff on top of that beer sundae! We came here last week for some beer flights, a pint or two and some tasty wings. I'm super glad we sought this spot out to try their beers after having their Sum'r beer a few days prior. After enjoying the flights, we tried their Asian wings which were great and somewhat charred. I hopped into the gift shop to grab and spend $70 worth of swag to take home. Shout out to Brandon for being an awesome dude!! I love this spot and would def come back to chill outside next time!

Yelp
IT'S PATIO SEASON Y'ALL! And Uinta Brewing has a great, dog-friendly patio space. We came here for lunch and it was the perfect temperature. There's a few tables on the patio and some comfy couches as well. Some of the spots were in the shade, which surprisingly we almost needed on a day like today, even though it's only March! Nomad Eatery has a small menu of good food that they serve - I got the Nomad Burger and subbed for the Impossible Patty (which was an up-charge) and it was delicious. It had American cheese, delicious sauce, potato chips, house-made pickles and the perfect burger bun. It was super yummy. I actually don't typically like pickles (I know, I know, it's crazy) but these pickles were really good! You can get a side salad, chips, or fries on the side and I opted for the salad with their lemon vinaigrette dressing. I'm excited to come back here again and spend time on their patio and bring my dogs!

Yelp
Very great place! Great beer! The guy running the bar was very kind and helpful, helping me in choosing my drink. Also, midday calmness provides a great place to study while enjoying a brew. I had some of the cheese curds provided by the eatery next door.

Yelp
I do love my beers with grapefruit flavor in them! It's something you could get burned out on perhaps quickly if you had this type of beer often but as it shakes out experiencing grapefruit in my beers is only occasional to keep it interesting and not too frequent. I can take orange more often but as we all know grapefruit has a unique taste signature over other kinds of citrus. Uinta has pretty solid grapefruit IPA. It's a version of the Nosh IPA'S as it looks like there is more than one version. Enjoyably refreshing and just enough to pucker your lips a little the Grapefruit Nosh IPA is a fine detour if you get tired of selecting the same old beer options while out and about trying out new breweries.

Yelp
We come here when we have some time to kill and waiting to go to the airport. It's a great location on the way. Last few times the food and the service was good. This time the service was somewhat ambivalent and the food was not good. First of all the server was not paying attention and was filling pints when I requested a sampler. It happened several times and then I just took the pint so as not to waste the beer. In addition, the bathroom lights will auto shut off on you if you are in a stall. This is a very unpleasant experience and requires using my phone flashlight to complete the task and get out of the situation. They were rather blasé about it and didn't offer any kind of apology. In addition the food was extremely salty. They had a special called a Lomo Saltado sandwich with chimichurri sauce. The meat was dry and over salted, and the sauce did not taste like any chimichurri that I've ever had. I wonder if they even taste what they make. When I mentioned that it was almost inedible, it was received with the same blasé response.

Yelp
Had some time to kill before our flight. So glad we chose this place. Food was delicious and service was incredible. My family enjoyed the beer, but the mule was the best I have had. Will definitely be back the next time we are in SLC.
google avatar

Yelp
Such a laid back and fun place to get some beer and great food. You choose your table and order at the bar. The food is done by Nomad Eatery who has a kitchen there. We got some beers and ordered the cheese curds and the nomad burger. The cheese curds were unlike any I've had previously and I enjoyed it. The nomad burger was spot on with the pickles, chips, the type and amount of American cheese and had a bun that was soft but could hold up to the burger patty.
google avatar

Alyssa R.

Yelp
Hands done, by far the best brewery in the downtown Utah area with amazing food! Austin and Brandon have such great vibes and provide great customer service. The food is not just bar food, it is house made and made fresh to order.
google avatar

Michael S.

Yelp
Food is good, however the wait for the food seemed long. Clean everywhere, modern pub atmosphere

A B.

Yelp
This brewery is pretty solid. The place was tidy, and the bartender was chill and easy to chat with. I'll definitely make a return trip next time I'm in town. Cheers!

Yelp
I've been coming to Utah on business for years and wish I knew about this place! Legit! Food is great - not to pricey and tastes great. Gift shop little small but can buy singles and gifts to go. Beer - good! The seltzer water unbelievable! Worth the meal and the drink.

Yelp
The beer selection is outstanding. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable of beers. My favorite is Port O call.

Leslie S.

Yelp
Service was perfect, the staff takes amazing care of their customers. They keep your drinks filled and not waiting around if anything's needed, but they don't crowd you. The food.... Not your typical bar food at all. It's so fresh and so good. The brewery has plenty of seating inside and out. This will definitely become a regular place to visit.

Yelp
Fantastic beer and spot on customer service. Food is high quality. This is one of my favorite breweries in Utah.

Yelp
Great place to stop in for lunch or hang out with a group of friends for happy hour. The Nomad Eatery attached to it provides great food. Today I had a wild huckleberry beer from their massive selection of beers on tap and had a salmon salad (usually comes with almonds, but that's not my thing) and both selection were great recommendations from the two bartenders working, Kylee and Cardi. They provide friendly and fast service and quite the entertainment for their patrons. In addition to the selection of draft beers, they have a wide variety of cans as well plus a nice touch was the alcohol. Most breweries I've been too don't provide liquor service and I love this option as some people don't like just beer. All around a great place to hangout whether for a quick lunch, or a happy hour get together! Will definitely be back!
google avatar

William F. I.

Yelp
Great craft local to Salt Lake City beer. Theyve either partnered with, bought out, or have some sort of agreement with, Nomad eatery which serves food at this location and it's all fantastic. I highly recommend. Pro tip: it's a great place on your way or coming from the SLC airport. If picked up a couple of friends from the airport the other day that had a three hour layover, it was more than enough time for me to pick them up, head to Uinta for beer and food and get them back for their connecting flight. Game on

Drake G.

Yelp
Great beer and solid food. Had the black bean burger with a homemade patty, carmelized onions, arugula, and a good sauce. Delish.
google avatar

Jason B.

Yelp
Solid 3 stars... Started out with the hazy...average haziness, not too hoppy, mildly juicy. Next round needed something crisp to cut the heat of my sandwich...Was Angeles was the recommendation. Crisp, clean Pilsner was good. I know it's out of season, but I wanted a Porter or stout to kick off the night, and while the others were fine this joint came off as a 3star. Attached to Nomad, so I'll be back!!!
google avatar

Robert N.

Yelp
Perhaps the best service in SLC! Great beer and generous sandwiches. Check out the Spicy Chicken Sandwich! And the Lobster rolls, WOW Don't pass this place up!

Steve E.

Yelp
Best double IPA! Detour! Fun to visit the brewery and buy a fresh 6 pack and a pint glass! Too bad the kids couldn't come in so we could hang and have a bite to eat. But the girl who checked us out was super sweet and helpful. Keep up the good work Uinta!
google avatar

Elaine N.

Yelp
We met up with some friends for food and brews at Uinta on our most recent trip to SLC. We tried the Nomad Burger, Loaded Fries, and a side Salad - all were great. My favorite part was the flight - we tried the Raspberry Westwater, Hazy Nosh IPA, Birthday Suite, and Sum'r Ale. I love that each flight comes with a little profile of each beer - background, level of hops/malt/body/color, and IBU. Overall a great brewery - friendly service, plenty of seating indoor and outdoor, and the food/brews were great.

Tauolo R.

Yelp
The food is amazing and service is really good...went on the fall crawl and had some really good beer.
google avatar

Lindsey M.

Yelp
Phenomenal staff, great vibes, excellent brews, and the food was beyond expectations. We can't wait to come back, our only regret is not being able to stay longer.

Tonya P.

Yelp
Exceptional service! Great selection of beers to fit any preference. We go back time and time again because we just appreciate the staff so much.
google avatar

Melissa B.

Yelp
Great service, super nice servers. Food is not too exciting but what I expect from a chain restaurant in an airport. Fast!
google avatar

Aaron F.

Yelp
This is a bar. 21 & older only. I've visited Uinta 7-10 times and while they aren't especially amazing at any one thing overall it's a great spot.
google avatar

Rosa R.

Yelp
Came here for some food and beer and we were very happy with service and food. The people that work here are so friendly. I ordered the fish n chips and my honey got a sandwich. Let's just say that everything is so fresh and super tasty! Love this place. We ended up getting bees and souvenirs for our friends. Thanks guys!!!
google avatar

Norm C.

Yelp
This little brewery was great. Staff was very helpful in selecting a beer and they had lots of choices. Lots of space inside and out. They had a take out area separate from the bar and food area. I did not try any food but it looked like a solid selection. The place is a bit hidden in an industrial area but well worth the find. Music was a little loud but hey it is a brewery. Go find this place. You will be happy that you did.
google avatar

Carlee P.

Yelp
Stopped in on our road trip from Oceanside to Yellowstone. The hubby loves Uintas beer so was stoked to find out we'd be driving through the area and the tasting room would be open. He grabbed a pint from the bar and we stoked up on a build-your-own 6-pack for the camping trip. (We even stopped again on the way home from Yellowstone so he could buy some beers for friends.) Love the details, like the base of a bottle/ growler to hold the utensils, can-dles for sale in the store, etc. Next time we will have to give the food a try (as long as there are vegan options... I didn't even scope out the menu since I knew we weren't eating, but everyone we overheard talking about the food said it was delish).
google avatar

Jaimi G.

Yelp
Awesome beer selection. Awesome food. Awesome service. Awesome vibe. Highly recommend!
google avatar

Robin S.

Yelp
Made a pilgrimage here for my sweetie, he really enjoys their beer. I'm not a beer wench so I had the Antelope Island rum & coke. Very good stuff! Nice clean place, spacious and fairly new. Enormous burgers with interesting sides, try the sweet potato tots!
google avatar

Chrysanthi L.

Yelp
First stop in SLC! Awesome staff and was impressed with the beer as well. Nachos were fire as well. Incredibly affordable and quality experience!
google avatar

Yelp
Had a great time here last night. The kid in the gift shop was super sweet & fun to chat with. Bar staff was killer awesome. The cheese curds & Southern White BQ wings.... Yup... gonna have to go back for these!!!

Yelp
Let me tell yewwww... the fries... outstanding. Great environment and staff! This ish was bussin bussin.
