Ukishima Garden

Enjoyed my meal at Ukishima Garden. Ordered a burger, fish and chips side, and gyozas. The burger patty and bun was delicious. The fish was superb with the tartar sauce, which was really tasty. Gyozas were so good as well. The portions are very small, I could have easily had one more dish. Food is a little pricey for the portion size. So be prepared for that. For me it's not a problem because in the US we are paying even more for that. There was maybe one other person people in there, and food took quite a long time. Other than that waitress was super nice and accommodating. The environment is also very nice. They sell a lot of vegan products amongst other items.

We were not too sure what to expect in a Japanese vegan cafe. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of the food. The ginger ale has fresh ginger taste that was refreshing. The fried fish of potato and cassava were amazing too. Recommend this for those who wants a slightly different Japanese cuisine. Plus the cafe’s wood base deco is lovely. We sat upstairs and it was nice.

Super friendly staff who can speak mandarin and also gave her recommendations! The food served was lovely! I must say it’s healthy but yet very tasty! The dumplings were so good and it doesn’t take like it’s made of vegetables! The burger was tiny (well I expected that size as it was just a side and the price kinda hinted it to be small) which was great as we weren’t that hungry! Similarly it didn’t taste like it was made from vegetables. The veggie taco rice was tasty and healthy! We had a great time there. We went there for dinner and did not made any reservations but I guess it was course we were early (6pm) as it was crowded at about 6:45pm. Anyway they have seating on level 2 too! If u like healthy food or don’t mind having a vegetarian meal you have to try this! Yums.

Beautiful quaint restaurant in Okinawa. The food is amazing as is the service of the staff who are so so lovely. Both speak Japanese, and English. Menus are in both Japanese and English. I sat outside in the garden area, very peaceful. Incense burning, chilled jazz music and gorgeous sunshine. I tried the burger combo, 2/3 small burgers with a salad. All very delicious, and especially knowing it’s all ethnically sourced food. The detox cola is also very delicious. I’d love to come back again soon.

Fine organic vegan restaurant in Naha, Okinawa. Just a few minutes walk from the central part, Kokusai Street. Food is tasty and healthy. Price is a bit higher in Okinawa but quality of food and drink are worth paying it. There are relaxing seats inside and they also have outside tables under refreshing sunlight and clean air. Accept credit card payment (over 3,000 yen).

Amazing vegan options! This is a fantastic local eatery with a plethora of outstanding tasting vegan options. The staff is just great and very helpful. Parking is limited in the area. Food was really awesome and I am very happy I found this hidden gem.

Great vegan place, with super friendly staff and amazing food! Update: came back for dinner and was pleasantly surprised by a totally different menu. There are 2 set courses and also a la crate options. One of the few vegan places in Okinawa open in the evening. Thank you for the great experience Ukushima Garden! :)

Nicest and most helpful staff ever!!! My mother had left her bag in the taxi ride over and they called around for a long time to try and help us get it back, cant praise them enough for this!. They have cute vegan dishes and a vegan version of taco rice which is famous dish in Okinawa. The drinks and deserts are delicious too. They gave us ice cream too 🥺. Please give them a visit if you are vegan or vegetarian and visiting Okinawa/Naha 🙌

This place is a dream! I ate here twice on my 3 day trip to Okinawa. They are just off Konkusai Dori, the main shopping street. The staff is so nice and the ambiance of the place is so lovely. Great wine and food. I recommend the caprese (it's tofu) and the mushroom pasta dish. It's a wonderful retreat away from the tourist area hustle and bustle. Also, they take credit card ;)

Very nice cafe near Kokusai. Would recommend, vegetarian options. A very delicious meal, only downside was the catsup (ketchup)... b/c I HATE catsup (ketchup). Otherwise perfect meal.

This was a good option among the 0 options here in Naha for Vegan food. Everything was underwhelming other than the price tag. I understand the food is locally sourced and they support local farmers with fair wages with that said I still think the prices are too high. The only problem is not the price because I will have no problem paying top dollar for top food. This was just not good enough to justify the price.

We went to Okinawa for an early Autumn trip last month. One of my favorited restaurant was Ukishima Garden where you may eat fresh vegan foods. Pizza was very delicious for me. I loved shima tofu and vegetables that all come from the local farmers. So lovely and healthy.

We loved Ukishima Garden. The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Also, the atmosphere was relaxing and quaint. As a vegetarian, this restaurant was such a treat for me. My husband, who eats everything, also loved it. We highly recommend it!
