Ula Dubai

We visited Ula as a family of 4 (with two children aged 3 and 4 months) and had such an amazing visit. We were a bit nervous at first as our children are only small, but the staff at Ula were fantastic and so accommodating (helping us with choosing an appropriate table, being patient with menu choices and helping us when the children were being a little bit mischievous). I believe they are allowed in the restaurant until 8pm and they have a separate menu for kids with lots to choose from. The food here was unreal, some of the best we've had in Dubai and cooked to perfection. The restaurant was spotless and service was to an extremely high standard. It is also situated in the most perfect location (Palm Jumeirah) with some of the best views in Dubai (instagram worthy). Overall we had a fantastic visit and plan to visit again shortly. ULA is a real oasis by the sea in Dubai! This restaurant offers a chic and soothing atmosphere, perfect for an escape for lunch or dinner. The setting is magnificent, with a breathtaking view of the sea, an elegant decoration and a very refined bohemian atmosphere. The Mediterranean cuisine is delicious, refined and full of freshness, with a nice selection of dishes to share. The service is impeccable, attentive and professional. ULA is definitely an address to remember for a luxurious and gourmet moment of relaxation.

Place has its own vibes! Good place for a brunch with friends or alone. Service is a bit slow on a busy night. But would say a bit understaffed. Food was ok. wouldn’t say all dishes blew my mind, no. But would say it was worth the money the brunch costed. (Also surprisingly sushi was delicious!) Would definitely recommend for 1 of the best brunches in Dubai.

I did the Rose Sunday and is absolutely brilliant! If you would like to have a relaxing day with chilled Rose wine and fantastic food this is something I will 100% recommend. The food was delicious, the service 🔝always attentive and friendly! You will enjoy a great view and great music with a DJ. Definitely the best plan for a Sunday. 🍷 ☀️ 🌊

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. And sadly, not the first time. As a resident, I’ve ordered drinks multiple times using the QR code system, and it always takes over 60 minutes, completely unacceptable. Today was the final straw when not many people in the morning. Not only was the service delayed again, but the situation was handled with zero accountability or care. I approached the bar frustrated (rightfully so), and instead of an apology, the bartender argued with me, offered no solution, and made things worse. I was told they were “looking for me” – even though I had already called the call center after 30 minutes and they had my number. No one followed up. No one came. What’s worse is the lack of basic training and professionalism. Staff are careless, unqualified and instead of resolving the issue, they throw accusations like “you’re shouting” when you’re simply explaining loudly when not heard or listen to. Then they have the audacity to teach guests how to speak, completely backwards. I work in hospitality management, and this kind of behavior is shocking. We would never treat our guests like this. This is not a one-off issue. It is a pattern of disorganization, poor communication and disrespect. I hope this review pushes management to finally take action and deliver the standard of service residents and hotel guests deserve.

It was an amazing experience at ULA Dubai! I highly recommend it to everyone. The vibe and ambiance of the café were perfect, and the staff was incredibly friendly—especially Mr. Nick. He was outstanding, providing detailed explanations about the food and beverages, suggesting the best options, and being considerate of any food allergies.

Well decorated , its more like a bar than restaurant music are loud , people are drunk and shouting in loud , food was good but not perfect , good service though its a-bit slow , and some staff member are not cooperative they showed some unaccepted attitude , kind of expensive , you cant reach it by walking from the car or hotel lobby they have a club car service which takes around 5 Minutes , no car parking , difficult to access the hotel , over all i didnt find something special worth the value and complexity of accessibility I wont repeat the visit again

The woman at the entrance is absolutely terrible. This is the first time I have seen such a welcome in Dubai. However, the staff and waiters inside are polite and smiling. The ambiance is not worth going to if you are not by the beach. Even though I stated that we were on honeymoon before booking and there, they did not help me. (many tables were available, you can see in the attached image) This was the first time I experienced this here. We ate our meal for 1 hour and left. we had to give it to the valet next door because the valet was full, for which we paid an extra 150 dirham. Our bill for 2 people was 300 dirham, it was definitely not worth it! you should go after reading this review.
