Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. And sadly, not the first time.
As a resident, I’ve ordered drinks multiple times using the QR code system, and it always takes over 60 minutes, completely unacceptable. Today was the final straw when not many people in the morning. Not only was the service delayed again, but the situation was handled with zero accountability or care.
I approached the bar frustrated (rightfully so), and instead of an apology, the bartender argued with me, offered no solution, and made things worse. I was told they were “looking for me” – even though I had already called the call center after 30 minutes and they had my number. No one followed up. No one came.
What’s worse is the lack of basic training and professionalism. Staff are careless, unqualified and instead of resolving the issue, they throw accusations like “you’re shouting” when you’re simply explaining loudly when not heard or listen to. Then they have the audacity to teach guests how to speak, completely backwards.
I work in hospitality management, and this kind of behavior is shocking. We would never treat our guests like this.
This is not a one-off issue. It is a pattern of disorganization, poor communication and disrespect. I hope this review pushes management to finally take action and deliver the standard of service residents and hotel guests deserve.
