Ulaanbaatar Hotel

My stay was enjoyable. A very helpful and welcoming staffs.Clean accomodations. Food was goof and great value for money.

It's very comfortable and the location is close to everything. It also has a much better service than other hotels because it employs only foreigners.

Average but well located. Double room with tiny bed, only 1 mug, 1 glass and 1 towel although 2 people staying. No room either side of bed and very dated decor. Unclear from reception whether breakfast included. Noise from function downstairs really bad. Bathroom is wet room , dated and floor slippery. Staff very friendly, and willing to help . However much cheaper than other hotels in area, and bedding clean and teeny tiny bed was comfortable

The general manager doesn't know what hospitality is and I think this is his first time working in a hotel the way he was talking to customers was rude he even said "What do you want" rudely for me this experience was not 5-star I don't think it will be even worth 1 star. I just wanted an apology from someone responsible for this establishment. Please take into consideration that the people who are in the service were just too rude and inconsiderate.

Very good location. Newly decorated. Manager guy is very kind. A very good service. Highly recommended to stay.

Hotel is okay, would not say it's 5star anymore. We had to pay upfront and they would not take cash. Room was spacious, two single beds provided, both were rock hard, like trying to sleep on concrete, extremely uncomfortable so did not sleep well at all!! The bathroom was very modern and nice, although the shower leaked all over the floor as the lip is not high enough to contain the water and no door on shower so had to use towels to dry the floor. WiFi is only available in room, in main reception area / restaurant it does not work. Staff in restaurant are extremely slow and some of us ate there the other night (only 3 in the restaurant) and it took over 1hour to get our food, service is bad so don't be in a hurry to get food!, pizza base was undercooked.

Stayed for one night. Shower / bathroom completely flooded and AC did not work. I heard the exact same across multiple rooms on various floors. When checking out got accused of stealing bathrobes and persistently asked multiple times. I do not recommend staying here unless it is winter time when AC is not needed.

The hotel has been renowated in 2024 so everything is very nice and clean, but still a lot of room for upgrades, especially regarding to the restaurant and coffee shop - they are not even close to the 5* hotel level
