I went in to the Bartlesville Ulta to purchase two items. The one item had a sign in front of it that said buy on get one at 50% off. It also stated that ALL items of this brand are included. When I went to check out I was informed the item I was purchasing was not part of that promotion. I commented that's not what the sign said. What appeared to be a manager what with me back to where the sign was. She informed me I needed to read the fine print. That is when she lifted the sign out of the slot and at the bottom it said item were excluded. Unfortunately when it was in the slot you could not read the fine print. The young lady then said "you need to learn how to read our signs." I promptly left the store, came home and ordered the same items from Amazon for the same price. So much for trying to buy local. I will not be shopping at Ulta in the future. I hope those of you that shop there know how to read their signs as obviously I don't know.

Do not get your eyebrows done by Kira in the salon. I used Lacey with the benefit brow wax and she did amazing every time. She mapped your bows and made she made the brows look correct for your face shape. Since lacey left I thought hey they others might know what they’re doing. I’d just try a regular wax and now my eyebrows are two different shapes and the growth I was trying to do in the middle portion of my brows was just waxed away. She does not try to do what’s right for your face she just waxes the eyebrows small and they are not even. I am filling them in while they grow back. I am just warning others who used to use her do not use this stylist! The employees cringed also when I said who I got them done by because I did complain to another employee.

I went to Ulta to buy 3 products for a women’s event at church. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to get, so I looked around for awhile. I had several employees (more than 5) ask if I needed help and a couple employees follow me. I felt extremely uncomfortable. I don’t know if I’ll shop there again.

Very nice store. All the staff were very helpful. Lots of products and service's. They have gift cards that can be used at any of their stores. Easy to get around with items well displayed and plenty of inventory. Parking is easy with lots of spaces in the mall.

My 6 year old has been begging me for months to get her ears pierced. I found out ulta now offers ear piercings and Booked and appointment with Brooke. Brooke was so patient and amazing during the entire process. She helped my daughter overcome her fear and was understanding when my daughter showed any concern. She is now rocking some freshly pierced ears and is loving it . Thank you!

The ladies at this store truly care about all of their customers! Sophie did a phenomenal job on my make-up lesson! I am 49 and knew nothing about make-up, but I can't say that anymore! Kyra took the time to listen and did a beautiful job on my hair! They have a full service salon! This is a one stop shop for ladies like me that are learning to make themselves a priority again! They took the time to hand write a card and bring to me in the salon while I was getting my hair done! I still have that card and will treasure the personal touch! Happy customer for life! : )

Don't get your hair cut here if you have curly hair. I said I wanted an inch off and no face framing layers. Butchered my hair and was $60 something dollars. I am totally devastated. This is from a "master stylist"

Do not get your hair highlighted or dyed at Ulta. I had Mindi! Apparently they do not know what they're doing when it comes to highlighting because I gave a picture and it shows burgundy hair with purple highlights. My hair was Auburn and I wanted purple highlights she made my whole entire hair purple and as you can see in the before and after it just looks darker so I paid 100 something dollars just to make my hair look exactly like it was, just darker no highlights no nothing. Along with sitting for 3 hrs with nothing to show from it but my whole head darker. No highlights at all!! Any hairstylist knows that actually knows how to highlight hair, that you have to bleach the highlighted area before you put the color on in order to keep the color. I've been getting highlights on my hair for almost 20 years and this is the first place that has never done bleach and then highlights and now you can see why I didn't work and it made my whole entire head purple because apparently she didn't know what she was doing. So I would go to a place that actually knows what they're doing. And now because she screwed up my hair I have to wait for eight weeks before I can get it done again because you always have to wait eight weeks before you can do your hair again so it doesn't get fried. Please save yourself frustration and don't go there because you will regret it and you will not get the look that you want...

My few experiences shopping in this store location have been more bad than good. The store was clean each time, well stocked, great products etc. The only downside is that the staff has been typically rude, sometimes a bit condescending when they do interact with some customers. Not everyone who shops there is clueless about the product brands so don't treat people like they are. In addition, some of us like to come in wearing well worn comfy jeans and a tee, after being in business dress or business casual all week. Don't assume every customer that comes in dressed that way doesn't have money to spend and then dismiss them without knowing for sure. Be respectful. Good customer service is lacking these days. Don't be "that" salesperson.

Was in the store and was waited on and talked to 2 employees not one of the employees told me I had to wear a mask they just waited on me. While I was looking around the manager walked up to me and told me I had to wear a mask. I told her I understand and went directly to the checkout. The manager then came to the checkout while I was in line and very rudely in front of me said she would open up another register so she could "get this lady out of the store" I am not upset about being asked to wear a mask I told her kindly I understood and was leaving the store. Her rude manner is the problem. I would like to remind her if her rude behavior drives off enough customers she and everyone who works for her will be out of a job. I would also like to remind her that she should treat everyone with respect and my hard earned money is what pays her bills. It was a pretty woman moment she made a big mistake.

The lady in charge there (long dark hair) layered my hair and it was uneven all over. Didn't know until I got home because I was turned away from the mirror. Decided to go back and give her another chance and she didn't show up for the appointment. Very rude and inconsiderate.

I booked a hair appointment online several days in advance. When I got to the salon, no one was there. Five minutes after my appointment time, the stylist called in "sick." One of the employees took my name and number and said she would have the manager call me, but I have not received a phone call. This is my second poor experience with the salon and I will not be going back.

I tried calling the store directly to ask about their cologne. When the lady picked up, I asked if they had Versace oud noir and right as I said Versace she said no to cut me off. "We have a lot to choose from! Come on in." It seemed like she was in a hurry and didn't want to check. I'd say this isn't very customer service friendly. People generally call ahead to ask about this because it saves them time when they are looking for something specific. It wouldn't hurt to show some patience when dealing with new clients.

I was very offended when I walked in to go Christmas shopping and was excused of stealing. Not only is this disrespectful it is also embarrassing. I've never met more of a rude staff before. They are no longer getting my sales or any of my friends.

I have used this service several times. I called and asked for an appt. in the beauty shop, with the Manager Kaylynn. They told me she was on vacation, i'd have to wait a week. I did. When I got there, they made an appt. with someone else. Kaylynn had not worked there for sometime. I got my hair cut for $40. She swept up the hair, a tablespoon or less. Tons of product in my hair. Now I will go to Owasso and pay to get my hair done. That's the second time they have given me someone I didn't ask for. Very disappointed both times. Don't waste your money!
