Sariah was extremely helpful and kind. I went in not really knowing what I was supposed to be looking for and Sariah made me feel so much better about what products would suit me best. She had very helpful tips and was so above and beyond that when I go back, I will definitely be asking for her. ❤️

My daughter in law was there today asking for help with foundation color matching because her and my son are getting married next weekend and she encountered the rudest people. The ladies treated her like trash. Will never step foot in there if that's how people are treated.

Online customer service is by far the Worst! I placed an order and was suppose to have 3 sets of free gifts but I only received 2. Spoke with a manager he said it wasn't nothing he could do and was Extremely Rude! Last Online order for me! At the end I just wanted my free gift and he told me couldn't send me anything to replace what I didn't receive just horrible!

Chris was amazing and helped me find some really good deals!!!! Definitely a star employee. Very kind.

Today I picked up my online order which couldn’t be located at first. Then when I opened the bag my bottle was damaged and had no cap. I asked for a new one and the lady said there was nothing wrong with it and went and got me a cap for the spray! She was very rude and unpleasant! Will not be returning to Lufkin Ulta

Katie did a wonderful job with my hair. I usually have a difficult time finding a stylist who can manage my thick curly hair but she did wonderful. She does great at the shampoo bowl too 10/10 relaxing experience Definitely recommend booking with her!

Mrs.Brooke is amazing at what she does. She is very passionate about working in Ulta. Her personality is very kind & she is very patient. She truly cares about her clients best interest. Mrs.Brooke is the best at Ulta. 😁
