I recently visited the Ulta Beauty store on East Brokaw Road to redeem my birthday gift. The gift was confirmed as valid for 30 days from the date I spoke with Ulta Beauty customer service, as I had not received an official email notification. Unfortunately, my experience at this location was disappointing. The cashier, Ashley, refused to honor the gift, stating that it could only be redeemed in November. I explained that I had already confirmed the validity with Ulta Beauty customer support via chat and showed her the confirmation. Despite this, she was dismissive and raised her voice saying I need an official email, which made the situation uncomfortable and embarrassing. To ensure there was no misunderstanding, we visited another Ulta Beauty location on Homestead Road. The staff there reviewed the same information and honored the gift without any issue. This contrast highlighted the importance of clear communication and consistent customer service across locations. I hope Ulta Beauty will consider providing additional training or guidance to the staff at the East Brokaw Road store to help prevent similar experiences in the future. I do appreciate the professionalism and assistance provided by the team at the Homestead Road location, and I hope this feedback contributes positively to improving overall service.

I m a DoorDasher. Today i went this store to shop online order for my customer. And I found majority of items but i couldn’t find rest of the items and then i ask help from Manager her name is Vanessa Instead of help me she talk rude and showed attitude and said you r a DoorDasher i can’t help you and said i dnt know where is this product. She is the manager its her duty to take care of the customer but she clearly refuse to help me just because i m a DoorDasher. Then i again keep looking that product and i couldn’t find later after 20 min other employee her name was Erika she was very kind and polite i showed her picture of the item and she found in a second. Just because of the manager I delayed my order and it effect my doordash rating. So i only request to Ulta Beauty owners please fix this issue in your store. DoorDashers are the same humans like the other peoples please be nice with us.

Kassand was so disrespectful and made my sister and I feel quite awkward. Never met an Ulta employee with such little critical thinking skill either. We asked if we could do a price match on a product I already purchased and she charged me for it. On top of that, she laughed at my sister for even asking for a price match to begin with.

I’ve been to this location a few times but this last visit makes me want to never come back again. Came in for a lotion perfume, not knowing where it was, I asked one associate and she was unhelpful pointed me In the direction and walked away…um? Sales? Do sales not matter? I thought sales was the way you secure your hours to continue to getting paid. So I asked her again, as if I had inconvenienced her. She said they were out and again walked away. So I had to ask another person, again didn’t want to help me, but was a little more helpful, I told her look I feel uneasy being in a store like this, I don’t go into beauty shops often. I asked for the perfume instead of the lotion, spending over a 140 dollars. She was also not that helpful. I came back to return the item same night and found out the first woman to help me was the manager, I think her name was Katie. This store feels cold and unwelcoming just like the associates working in it. My stomach turned when I saw she was manager, no customer service skills at all! I won’t be back! Now I know why people shop online.

The cashier, Sanjana, insists to request my personal information, such as my name, phone number and email, when I check out, and she says if I don’t give her personal information, I can’t return the product I purchased. I tell her I don’t want to provide the information, and she keeps saying that’s store policy. Apparently, her actions and claims are against to the state laws. This is an unpleasant shopping experience, especially dealing with a cashier who doesn’t know what’s consumers’ rights. I won’t go back this store!

If you want to talk about the best customer experience, you should go meet Christina, the manager, at this store. She not only helped me find products that were perfect for me, She was accommodating and made my life easy. She called another store and reserve make up items on hold for me that weren’t available. She found and tried different makeup shades on my skin which took time and effort and was very sweet in the entire process. She found the exact match for me with her very wise suggestions. I have completely changed my make up process because of her and I will come back and meet Christina and have her test new products on my face because I’ve never trusted someone’s judgment for makeup since makeup is so tedious. She’s a great manager. Her existence has made this store and it’s experience 5 stars.

There is an African-American woman who I believe is the manager, she never has a welcoming nor inviting energy when me or any of my friends come into the store. I immediately feel judged because she stares us down before saying welcome in. I gave her the benefit of the doubt when I asked her for assistance on a certain product. She said “Hold on.” and took around 10-15 minutes until I just decided to ask someone else as I was in a bit of a rush. Not only this but another one of the supervisors who seem to be a Hispanic woman is quite a bit passive aggressive towards some of the other employees. This made mine and my friends visit uncomfortable, and I have gotten various other friends to stop coming to this location.

I've been going to Ulta's for years to get my haircut, usually not anything big--just a trim here and there. It's reliable and easy to schedule and I don't have to plan months in advance which I appreciate. This is my first time getting my haircut at this location and I am disappointed with my experience. I only scheduled my appointment about an hour and a half in advance, but my stylist was 5-10 minutes late--overheard an employee say she was on her lunch. This really wouldn't bother me except for the fact she told me she wouldn't be able to straighten my hair after our trim because she had another client coming in. Understandable, as I have a lot of hair. I know it can be time-consuming and as long as I got a blow dry, I was fine. Haircut was nothing crazy, I just needed a trim so she took about an inch off and did some layers. Towards the end of our service, she let me know she wouldn't be able to blow dry it at all... meaning I was leaving with mostly wet hair. I understand that she had someone else coming in, but my issue was that she proceeded to charge me for the full service--the signature haircut--which per the booking website includes a wash, deep conditioning treatment (which I don't believe I received because I didn't sit with any product in my hair at the basins), cut, and blow dry. I was hesitant to bring it up at the time and I didn't want to make a scene in front of another stylist and customer, but I do not feel I was charged appropriately considering I didn't receive the full service described. I spent almost $90 for a once inch trim and to leave with wet hair :( just a bummer.

Every time I visited this particular Ulta, I had a great experience both with the staff helping me find the items on my list and the availability of inventory. This time around I met Kass who offered to help, she immediately understood what I'm looking for took me to the appropriate brand and even when I was looking for receipts on my phone to find a particular shade for an eyebrow pencil she stood by me and patiently waited. From the conversation we had it was obvious that Kass is a warm and caring individual and isn't sticking around just because she had to and that means a lot. I'm looking forward to visiting Ulta on Brokaw rd more often. The store is located in a shopping center providing plenty of parking space. Would definitely recommend this branch.

I had a great experience with Haley, who helped me navigate multiple transactions. I had to order a product that wasn't in store, use multiple gift cards and a coupon and she was super patient and helpful even though it was closing time. One suggestion I do have for this location is more Hourglass products please! It's very limited selection in a small display that wasn't very stocked.

I came here in hope of Ulta Beauty carrying Piggy Paint [a non-toxic, odorless, vegan, & cruelty-free nail polish for kids]. Upon entry, you are immediately glared at by the security guard. Dude stands around looking super unapproachable and stone faced. I immediately wander around, most definitely looking lost since it was my first time visiting an UB as a whole. Shelves seemed more bare than not and the staff must be prone to thievery because everyone comes across very suspicious to them. No you aren't trippin' if you feel like you're being watched/followed- you most likely are. I purchased a few products and went on my way. Not the best place to have my first Ulta experience but I guess it'll do.

We love finding skin and hair care products here. We can almost always find what we need. Today though we were disappointed at the associates. There were two cashiers ringing up and three others labeling stuff? All behind the counter. The first cashier was busy with a customer and the second was just finishing up. When she finished, she turns away and starts interacting with the other three behind the counter which includes a manager, and ignores the line. So after a little while I approach the second cashier that's just talking away (about work but nonetheless), and I ask if she's ready to help me. She starts to finish writing something up and says, "she can help you" (now that the first one is finishing up that customers transaction). She didn't even look up. Went back to the first cashier, I think her name was Laura, and she was pleasant. The other four still not helping anyone in line... until I was about done and then one of them ask for the next customer. Seriously....

Never get a blowout at this location. I have received many blowouts from NYC to LA. This was the absolute worst blowout. The stylist was sweet but the pros end there. I received a very poor hair wash with most of the shampoo going to the hair only. My scalp was not thoroughly shampooed. The stylist missed parts of the right side of my head and barely washed the underside of my head. I wanted more volume and large bouncy curls at the ends. My hair went flat about 20-30 minutes after the blowout. A poorly rated Drybar is 10 times better than an Ulta blowout.

My time was wasted booking an appointment for all over color with no professionalism. First, they have services listed on their booking site that they can't provide in store. They called to let me know one service wouldn't be available because they didn't have the materials and I said this was fine as it was just a gloss add on. Then, upon arrival at my appointment, stylist Yesenia M kept telling me she had to check if there was time to do what I had booked, which I felt was contradictory to the purpose of an appointment. She said I had highlights and would need a color correction- which even then is probably a good thing to communicate to customers before hand so they're not anticipating coming out of the store with a service. When I said I didn't mind having some parts of my hair be lighter, she continued to try to reschedule me. It was disappointing and disrespectful to my own time as I could've at least planned for this and instead had to go to the store to be sent home.

I came to this location to find tattoo coverage makeup and the staff here was so kind and sweet! With all their help, advice, guidance, and assistance, I was able to find a pretty good fit despite the intensity of the tattoo. I had just asked about the dermablend body makeup and was readily assisted with color matching, different color correctors, and an even better fit which was the foundation as a result! The makeup for the body was good but it wasn't an ideal match for my skin, and the staff was able to identify what I needed and how to apply it. Mel was so helpful and had expressed she had done multiple cover ups for other clients in the past which was a great fit. I appreciated her color matching me so well, and now, I can't imagine not using dermablend foundation on my face - it's too good! The staff made sure I found exactly what I needed and that I was able to get all of my questions answered in the mean time during the color match. I had never received this level of care and amazing customer service at an ulta, and I was so moved at how kind everyone was and encouraging too. Thank you for making my evening and giving me great recommendations! You exceeded any expectations and gave me even more confidence in myself.

Would have a great selection if more of their items are in stock. There are entire displays of empty shelves. The customer service is also a hit or miss. The woman who helped my friend color-match was really efficient and helpful. However, there were staff members who hovered and followed us around a bit as if we were going to steal, and kept coming up to us when we were looking at products. When I did ask one of these women for a recommendation, she was extremely cold, unfriendly, and borderline rude. She also didn't give me a good recommendation for the product I was looking for. In the end, I found other items I was satisfied with, but the customer service was inconsistent and off-putting.

This location was the only one who had a product I needed to pick up day of in stock. After weighing my options, I decided to give them another try. Very happy to report that they have returned to having helpful staff who did not treat me like a common criminal! I have gone back several times since the initial incident and have not seen the person at the register working at the store. It is now back in line with the experience I had when the store first opened.

Great experience! Ari was crazy busy but took the time to help me look for two very hard to find nail polishes. When she had to run to help out another customer she directed another employee (I didn't catch her name- but she saved the day for me!) also when I was paying Stephanie volunteered to help me find an eyelash curler to fit my eye shape. These women helped make my evening a lot better! Please reward them as they put their heart and soul in ensuring their customers leave happy!

I came here for a pretty simple lash application. Initially I was hoping to make an appointment online but you can only make appointments for full make-up applications or lessons through the website. When I called Ulta it was kind of confusing as I had to be transferred a bunch of times till I finally was referred to the salon. They did inform me that I had to make an appointment even for this appointment that was labelled as an "express" appointment. The salon is all the way in the back of the store and you check in for your appointment there. I was asked if I needed lashes so I think you can actually bring your own from home and they will put it on. Since I didn't have them, the associate showed me to the lashes and helped me pick out a pair that would stand out in pictures without being too extra. The lashes themselves came out to $8.73 after tax although there were cheaper ones under $5 that you could get as well. There was kind of a long wait at the register even though there was only a few people ahead of me so that could have been improved. As for the actual appointment, the aesthetician was friendly and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the appointment. Lashes have a tendency to stick your eyelids together so she helped me with that and made sure they were jabbing me in the eye as well. They stayed on really well for the rest of the night and I was really pleased with that. The cost for the lash appointment was $8 after a first-time visit discount. You are provided with an invoice and you go up to the front cash to pay. You have an option to leave a tip at the register.

06/19/2023: Came into the store during my lunch to grab some needed items. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for in particular. The associate was unclear and did not response well. She did not know anything. The front store ended personal was slow in stock check for me, and as the associate said it was okay for me to look for the item I was in search for. As there was another associate that mention that I was not able to be back there in search. Not a pleasant in store experience.

Yes, it's late they are tired but I'm going to give you my honest review and if you are not helpful or friendly it's not great for business, thus affecting my decision to want to return. I found what I was looking for so that was good and the cleanliness of the Store us always a plus. I wish I had more time to look around, so next time I'll come earlier.

I used to do spray-on tans but that's like $45 every other week so I did some research and found St. Tropez. Yes, it is very pricey $45-$50, I think but it's definitely worth it. The only thing I would comment about this is that I wish they were a spray and not a lotion. My palm is tanned every time I apply this to my legs. The tan lasts 2-3 days... I love! The ageless lotion from Aveeno can be found at Target but since I am going to turn 37 soon, I need to start taking care of my skin because I am not getting any younger and experiencing lack of sleep and stress can do some damages to your face. Great service! Only thing that sucks is the parking.

I came in to the store around 10 - 10:30 Saturday morning, on one of my long morning walks. As I was about to enter the store, I saw a group of girls running out, as if they stole from the store. No one seemed to be reacting, so I went about my browsing. Every so often I would look up and see someone following my every move. Your so called under cover security should have been doing his job by stopping those girls from stealing from the store, not harass a paying customer. I should have left in protest and not have made a purchase that day. I am not ok with being typecasted and followed. I have a job, I don't steal.

Minus one star because the parking lot is always packed! This is my go-to Ulta for many reasons. One, it is closest to my house, and two, there is a Home Goods next door. This store is always well stocked and they always have plenty of staff on the floor to help. There is usually a line to check out but, they are usually pretty good about calling more cashiers up when the line is taking a while. During the pandemic, you can order and pay online and do curbside or walk in and avoid the lines. I tried it today to get my Tarte Shape Tape instead of ordering online and just shipping one tube of concealer. I walked in because there wasn't any parking close by for curbside but it only took a few minutes. Well stocked and clean and if you subscribe to emails, they usually send coupons and deals! I stopped going to Sephora because Tarte is my fave brand and they are the only store front who carries it. Check it out!

I've been finding new things to collect, for example, I am so into perfume now a days. This was my first time actually purchasing stuff at ulta and honestly, I've prefer Ulta over Sephora. Coming into the store, I was greeted by several staff. Everyone seemed so attentive to their customers and really welcoming. This review was actually for my online order. I have not gotten the chance to walk around and shop but I was able to see how well organized and clean the store was when I was coming in to pick up my online perfume orders. There was a robe I was suppose to get since I spent more than $60 but it was out of the stock. The staff was nice enough to accommodate me with a better option, a throw over blanket! I am definitely coming back here soon. This time, I would love to explore the store myself and find more sensational perfumes options they have to offer.

Do not go the this ulta salon! I repeat do not go here. I have to to many ulta salon and never experienced this debauchery. I showed the stylist this image of a long bob. We did a consultation and she said I am going to do it even longer because I have wavy hair. When she starts the hair cut she turns me away from the mirror and tell me to look down. When she is done I look up this is what I got. This is nothing like the photo I showed. On top of that the "manager" made me feel like it was my fault and only gave me 30% off. I told her I was not going to pay for this. $80 for a cut I did not even agree or look close to the pic I showed her. I ended up taking the discount and leaving because I was on the verge of crying. The hairdresser name was Mia. Stay away from this ulta!!!!

I'm over Ulta salon and brow services and especially their on-line scheduling. Product selection is good. Customer service OK. I've been looking for a go to place for my simple style and color. Today was my 3rd appt at kennewick Ulta and I was hit with ANOTHER scheduling SNAFU. I had scheduled a brows appoi (11:20) before my stylist appointment (11:45) through the website. It was confirmed via a text. This morning about 10:15 I received a call to reschedule my stylist appointment to noon because the system had booked my appointment over another. Weird, but ok. I'll just shop for 15 minutes in between. I get there at 11:15 and there is no one in brows. After 10 mins I find a free customer service person who tells me there are no brows appointments because no one is even working brows today. I checked my account to make sure it wasn't scheduled at the other Ulta in town and discovered there isn't even a brows appointment scheduled for me..even though I have a confirmation of it. Manager apologized and is concerned about the scheduling system, this has never happened before, are you sure you scheduled here, etc. I wait. Manager comes back 10 mins later with a goody bag (which I didn't not take) and tells me it was my fault and that I scheduled my brows appointment at the other place. I didn't. I have proof. Sigh. My rescheduled hair appointment then started 15 minutes late. Five minutes after my hair appointment started (so about 12:20) I get a text cancelling my 11:20 brows appointment at the Kennewick Ulta. Really?? I don't need the gaslighting!

I like Ulta because it's convenient and like that they have a curbside/in-store pick up; however, I purchased a lipstick for in-store pick up since I had a bunch of errands to run before my trip and when I got home to pack my makeup bag I noticed the lipstick I purchased was USED. I get that it is the holiday season so I'm sure it gets very busy but at least check the products before prepping them for pick up. I've heard horror stories of people buying used makeup from Ulta before and that they put returns back on the shelf even after used but I thought that was a thing of the past. I haven't experienced this until now since I usually go down and check myself before buying...

I came in today for my waxing service which I usually get all the time. But this time it was something new to me. A few mins after my eyebrows was waxed I asked if she can put more aloe vera on my eyebrow since it was painful and having some burning sensation right there. A few hours Later I felt like it was getting worse and worse. I called them and said "WE CANT DO ANYTHING FOR YOU I SUGGEST YOU BUY YOURSELF SOME ALOE VERA FROM TARGET" I was expecting that they would help me or at least accommodate my concern. I came to the shop and asked for the manager ; She said "I WISH I CAN DO SOMETHING BUT I CANT DO SOMETHING FOR YOU" the least they can do for me is offer a refund, get me some aloe vera or ointment and be sorry. But they never did.

Seeing past reviews, most of them seem to be the service which I don't want to experience at all so that's one star gone. I only come to this location because 1) it's closest to my house. And 2) they provide most makeup brands that exist (ie nyx, colourpop, morphe, revelon, etc). So far, no staffs were rude to me when I pay every time I come here so that's good. I was hoping they would constantly restock items that were out of stock because last time I came here, the red nyx liquid liner was out of stock. I came back today and they restocked so that's great. I'll still come back here since my experiences weren't bad so far and I always know what I want.

This Ulta Beauty is the closest to home and I seem to always end up going to Ross and Home Goods afterwards. Darn the proximity! Anyways, there's nothing exceptional or horrible that I've experienced at this Ulta Beauty. I've always seemed to find what I want when I need it here. The employees were courteous enough to me. I really have never had to interact with them other than checking out. The shelves weren't as stocked as I've seen them normally but perhaps that's just timing. Other than that, it's convenient and I'll either go here or to the one in Pacific Commons though the Pacific Commons store seems to have more inventory and differentiation in merchandise.

Me and my boyfriend went here around 7pm to buy perfume. Waited almost 1hr for sales associate to help get the perfume we want because they only have tester out for all perfumes, still no one approached us to help when we tried to get their attention. I started walking around to look for skincare and hair products and noticed that the security is following me around. Seriously? I'm wearing leggings, a crop top, and small bag that can only fit my phone! How would i even steal anything!? Anyways, we decided to take the perfume tester to the cashier and just ask her for a new one and pay. The cashier used her radio to ask other associate to check if they have it. So, while waiting we let other people go first to pay. After already 4 customers paid, still no one is even looking for what we need. I asked the cashier again if anyone is looking, all she said was "let me ask them again." We just gave her the tester and told her to forget about it. Horrible experience!

I'm a pretty easy going person with my hair. But never have I been more disappointed..twice. The first time I went, all I wanted was a bayalage or something cute done to my hair and I was willing to pay the price for it. My roots were grown out and were an ash brown so I knew we'd have to darken them. The girl somehow made my roots bleached! I had to stay for 6 hours to try to fix that which essentially ruined any lightened highlights she had done and made them much darker than they should have been. I tried to hold my tongue and had to pay $300 even after she ruined my roots! I was pissed. Well the dark color washed out of my roots within 3 weeks, so I decided to call the manager and complain because it was ridiculous. The manager offered to fix my hair so I went in one night to see what she could do. I showed her the pictures of what I originally wanted and she agreed that my hair looked nothing like what it was supposed to. She said she was going to do her best to get me to that depending on all the colors her employee had placed on my hair. She also cut it since the cut was a little funky from what the girl before had cut. I was fine with going a little shorter...but she cut my hair is so short I cant get it in a pony tail, its choppy in places that do not make sense and one side is longer than the other! And not in a sassy way, its longer on the wrong side. My hair also has a blue tint now that she says will eventually wash out because she overtoned my hair. It was extremely obvious the manager was rushing to get my hair done because they were closing soon. But that only led to my hair looking worse. I went into work this morning with my coworkers asking what happened to my hair. Not stating that it looked good in any way. I'm so disappointed, and will not be coming back to ULTA ever for a hair service. The pricing is OUTRAGEOUS! They charge you like you're flying to LA or Manhattan to work with the most professional, but they give you super cuts quality. UPDATE: Went to a professional salon that charged even less than ULTA and the hair dresser showed me even actual chunks of hair missing on the sides. I had to cut my hair even shorter to make it flow. I went in with shoulder length hair, and now my hair is to my chin. Never again...

This review is for the salon. Im very disappointed i left with my hair POOFY AND NOT DONE. I specifically called and asked to do my hair a wash and style to be precise. FREDDIE was his name i told him i wanted to curl my hair and he said it was fine he would show me. Whatever after i wash my hair he was complaining about my hair being long he actually said I should have "warned him" that my hair was long?? Whatever he kept Making comments. Once he was done blow drying my hair he said okay were done i looked at him so confused. Because why did you only blow dry my hair a wash and style means WASH THE HAIR DRY THE HAIR THEN STYLE IT. He kept saying he couldn't straighten or curl my hair because according to him drying my hair was the "style " i will NEVER GO BACK. Spare your self and money do not visit this salon. Very rude and dumb

I'm normally a Sephora girl but wanted to give Ulta a try since they have partnered with my employer. Butttt to start off, the security guard almost ran into me as I entered the store. He did not say excuse me and gave a very dry hello. He started at me menacingly while I was greeted by a sales associate. The sales associate who ended up helping me had no freakin idea what she was doing. She couldnt advise me on substitute brushes for a brush I needed but was out of stock. There was NO concealer for dark complexions. It was a horrible experience as a first time customer and as a person of color. I'll just go back to what I know and love and that's Sephora. I'm a VIB there anyway.

My partner needed to go into Ulta, I usually wonder around while she speaks to the reps. This was definitely not a great experience for me. I don't know who profiled me and I had just gotten out of my office so you can't based it on my attire, I don't have tattoos, baggy clothes or fit that would indicate otherwise. I don't know if it was the security guard, manager, or an employee who profiled me. The security guard thought I was stealing something when I was with my partner. The Security guard was hovering over me while I was looking at the ordinary stuff. Sir, why would I take 7 dollar oil. ?? He smelled really bad (B.O) and at first I didn't believe I was being profiled. I have worked in network security, corporate infrastructure security , and for financial institutions in asset protection and security firms. I know the handbooks and methodologies but this was just plain weird and unprofessional. This gentleman was hovering and making me feel uncomfortable because who likes to be profiled while shopping. I just got tired of talking to the security guard I tried to keep my cool and when I turned around he was still gazing at me. My partner was getting makeup applied by a rep and I went over to her to let her know that this security guard thought I was stealing . The rep said "oh he likes to help out" I saw her signal to him that I was alright when I went back to my partner. I read others experiences in this establishment and I'm not the only one that has had this experience. I didn't buy all the products I wanted, I really wanted a cologne but will just go into Nordstrom and get it.

This ulta always has poor customer service, I've been Racially profiled multiple times and profile because I'm a man, no one greets you or ask if you need assistance. Today I was being followed since the moment I stepped in there, And it to mention the cashier Kathleen with her Stank face and rude ass attitude. I only come here for convenience guess I'll have to start shopping online from now on.

I'm not sure if it was because I'm Mexican but, I had the worst experience being followed around. The funny thing is that the staff working was also part of the Latin community yet, they feel comfortable following people around yet never ask if you need help. If you are going to follow me at least let me know if I need help since you spend more of your time following people instead of stocking shelves.

I have to say that since my last review, I have noticed that there has been many improvements made in customer service and store presentation (mainly their cleanliness and product availability). You are greeted and asked if you need any help upon entry, when you make eye contact with an associate you are immediately asked if they can assist you with anything, and the shelves are well stocked. Items are also organized and available. They do follow covid19 protocols as far as mask wearing, offering hand sanitizers to customers, and providing social distancing guidelines with markers on their floor. It's always great to feel that your business is welcomed, and this store has made changes to show that.

Came in to buy an eyebrows pencil of $10, left with $130 worth of beauty supplies!?! Joey was super helpful and knowledgeable. They have the buy any Ulta brand products of $19.50, and get a FREE 12 pieces beauty stuff. Plus any fragrance of $30 or more, get a FREE overnight bag. I'm all over the FREE craps, hoarding more stuffs that I don't need and that I'll eventually donate to Goodwill HA. Angeline the cashier was super nice too. My first time here, I'll be back.

Don't come here if you're looking to get some help from these employees. Didn't get acknowledged one time here or asked if I needed help. There was a bunch of workers here too walking around with bags but never talked to one customer. I heard two workers talking to each other waiting till they can't go on their breaks! Come here if you know what you're looking for. I only came here cuz this is the closest one near my house. Long line and not that many people working at the cash wrap.

Does this Ulta only hire people with nasty attitudes? Cause YIKES. Before I even went up to the register, the cashier was already mean mugging me. We go through check out and mind you, still a lot of TUDE coming from this lady. She then notices a sample that I had gotten from a worker, she asks me if someone gave this to me. I answer yes. She's doubtful and keeps asking me if someone gave it to me. It's literally a tiny sample, no one's gonna miss it hun. Anyways, the whole exchange was SO uncomfortable and I had no choice but to give her some tude back, while still being cordial. This Ulta is notorious for having employees with bad attitudes and I've only met one worker there that's nice, so heed my warning: buy whatever you came for and get on with yo life!!

This review is for the Ulta Hair salon at this location. The stylist was sick so they called to cancel my appointment and rebooked me for the next week. Today I commuted to the salon just to find out that the stylist was still sick and they simply did not care calling me to cancel. I even got a reminder to come in. Not only did I waste the time but ended up not being able to book anyone else at a short notice. Don't trust their services. Complete mismanagement of the place.
