Ultimate Apartments Bondi Beach

I loved my stay here! The rooms are clean and so spacious! Whilst it’s older style and dated , don’t let that detract from what they offer. The room was so quiet, the bed very comfy. Perfect location walking to beach every day so easy, and it’s so affordable!! I will definitely be staying here again when I visit Sydney next.

Great location, walk to everything, secure parking. Ok, rooms are a little dated, but it is clean and comfortable. It is not a resort, it is an old style motel, somewhere to sleep. With it's location, secure parking and convenience, it suited us.

These apartments are not what we anticipated. By American standards, these apartments are more like a Motel 6 than an apartment. The pictures online show a beautiful room, clean and spacious. In reality, the apartment we stayed in was cramped and dingy. The bathroom had open ventilation making the apartment, this time of year, always cold. The heat in the room was by way of a space heater, which we have since learned is common. We would not recommend the Ultimate Apartment.

Positive: Often stay here for it's location. May be a bit old and in reasonable repair but is always clean and well serviced. Negative: Cannot complain about anything

The location is excellent restaurants , little cafes just a walk away, the rooms are old and dated , our sheets and towels changed once in nearly two weeks, there is a little pool which you can cool off on the hotter days, and a large terrace area , but most of the chairs are broken. It's a shame this place been could be so much better, just needs to be refurbished. One more thing if you haven't been to Bondi before its very hilly so take that into consideration. Going down to the beach was lovely , back to the apartments was a different matter.

This place has definitely seen better days - outside the room there's lots of paint pealing off things and in general, it just looks shabby. There's even a pool for anyone who cares to risk it. The room was relevently clean - all obvious surfaces had been cleaned but if you looked under things (the mircowave/the sofa/etc.) there was thick layers of dust and dirt. Ants could be seen on all the kitchen worktops and a cockroach needed to be removed from the room. The location is great though, just a short walk from the beach and there is secure parking available.

Positive: The location is great. Negative: It’s more like a dorm style room and less like a hotel.

portable heater very run down apartments, paid 500 for 2 nights . Had antz infested in out apartments. Sent an email and response was antz is going to be everywhere you go ! Rooms should be maintain better or better of pest control ! Very disappointed so . Oh and no service after 5 . Horrible stay absolutely Putrid !

Not a bad stay but signs everywhere you go!! I took pictures and will post!!! Rooms are not serviced daily and we were not told this upon checking in!! If you want towels you must go get! If we were told this it would have been better!! Probably wouldn't stay here again for the price we paid!!
