Umaid Bhawan-A Royal Heritage Style Boutique Hotel

Absolutely fantastic stay at Umaid Bhawan Heritage Hotel. The staff could not have been more attentive, with a personalised touch. The attention to detail and the heritage style throughout the entire hotel was beautiful. The food was outstanding with so much choice (and so hard to pick because it was all 10/10). We chose to eat here for most meals. The rooftop bar had a lovely atmosphere with traditional entertainment to enjoy in the evening. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our whole stay was absolutely wonderful and unforgettable, we would definitely recommend it to others and would return in a heartbeat if we're ever back in India.

My stay at this hotel was just okay. While it had some potential, there were several areas that left a lot to be desired. The breakfast spread was limited, and the taste was very average. I was expecting a better variety and quality of food. The staff was not very cooperative or helpful. They seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns or providing assistance. The rooms were also very small, which made it difficult to move around comfortably. Additionally, the hotel's location is not on the main road, which made it a bit difficult to find and access.

Very good ambience. Beautifully made and kept Haveli. We took the royal deluxe room. Room itself is small, however, there is an ample bathroom and balcony as well.The rooms are clean and the entire place is well organised. Courteous staff. They even arranged a packed early breakfast for us since we had to go out. Buffet breakfast certainly needs improvement as there were very few items. Certainly a good place to stay.

We stayed with our family in the property during end of the year for 2 nights. The hotel is located in a good central place (near the secretariat). Unfortunately we had a very mixed experience with the hotel staff. Whilst their staff manning the restaurant were very polite and courteous, the reception personnel on the other hand, were quite rude and curt. The toilet in our room was leaking water and in the first day we informed the reception to have it either fixed or to change our room. Although they assured that this would be looked into, they didn't look into this at all. When we came back later in the evening, the staff claimed there was no leakage and tried to attribute this to us not using the washroom properly. I then called their staff again when I saw the leakage still happening which ultimately led to that person finally acknowledge that there is a problem in the washroom (he still didn't even have the courtesy to offer an apology). I asked him to change our room - however owing to the peak season, the only other room available was too small for the 3 of us. We ended up paying a full price staying in a sub-standard room for a so called "4 star hotel" putting up with rude and an indifferent staff

Pleasant stay in an old style hotel. Rooms were large (for 2 persons). Could be a bit noisyb(specially on the 3rd floor under the restaurant). WiFi worked well. Shower in room 308 was super powerful! Breakfast was buffet style but tasty. 2 nights ample to explore Jaipur. Staff were friendly without being overbearing.

A must place to visit for their Classic antique style and FOOD. We came coming back at night only for their food. Polite staff and very engaging. Got calls in room for not missing our breakfast. A stay we will always remember and look out for more.... A well maintained property .

It is beautiful, but a little outdated hotel. Good for 1-2 nights stay! If you are a sensitive sleeper, you might want to request a room not under the restaurant (which is on top floor). They start preparations at 6am and it is loud🙈 Also breakfast is not thought through for non-locals. No vegetables at all. But they do have a lovely selection of dishes from Indian cuisine. P.S.: one night we have stayed in the restaurant for dinner and food was good, even though slightly overpriced.

The staff were excellent and the room was beautiful. The facilities were very well cared for and decor very inviting. We enjoyed the heritage style of the hotel. There were many outdoor spaces to sit which comfortable and quiet. Just what we needed.
