Umaid Bhawan-A Royal Heritage Style Boutique Hotel

We had such a wonderful experience thanks to the warm hospitality and welcoming atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, the service was attentive yet never intrusive, which made us feel completely at ease. A special thanks goes to Khet-Singh, whose professionalism, kindness, and genuine care truly stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us, making the evening memorable. His attention to detail and friendly manner added such a personal touch — we couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be returning!

This place is gorgeous! It felt like staying at a palace or temple, beautiful art, intentionality and details. They had potable water available, a delicious breakfast and dinner (with live music and show every night). We didn’t use the pool since it was right in front of the lobby.

I cannot recommend more this hotel for anyone staying in Jaipur. The staff are extremely hospitable and their attention to their guests is on par. I personally had a very good experience with Shrawan at the reception; from arranging my transportation to helping with other hotel needs or inquiries in the city. |The hotel also help us arrange a driver for a city tour; in a very comfortable car, and very good driver in a city where traffic can be extremely chaotic. |This hotel made our short visit to Jaipur one to remember.

A Royal Heritage Hotel, with a royal feel and full of history. Great customer service, especially from Khet Singh. Excellent food, Lovely pool facilities to cool off after touring Jaipur. They also, have a transport company, and we kept our driver, Mohit Singh for the duration of our stay. They also organised our taxi to Agra and Delhi.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff has a very bad attitude – they don’t help with anything and simply say “no” to every request. There is no valet service, and the hotel is located in a very bad spot inside narrow streets. The room was poorly maintained with broken switches, dirty bedsheets, and overall unhygienic conditions. Breakfast was terrible, and staff made no effort to provide anything properly. Parking is a nightmare – there is no proper parking space, and I had to keep moving my car around looking for space multiple times. Overall, extremely unprofessional and careless staff with the worst service. Definitely not recommended at all.

We had a wonderful stay at Umaid Bhawan Hotel in Jaipur—the heritage charm, clean rooms, and delicious food made it really special. A big thanks to Mr Keht Singh, whose warm hospitality and attention to detail made us feel so welcome and truly enhanced our experience.

After travelling through India there was nothing that was to much for them. The rooms were comfortable and rascally decorated, the overall appearance of the hotel was majestic but the highlight for me was the quality of service in the restaurant/ bar area. Nothing was too much for the staff and the food was nothing short of amazingly tasty. When I’m|Back I will definitely return.
