"Uma's, perched perfectly on the sands of Playa Jobos in the far northwest of the island, is your quintessential beachfront surf shack: just a handful of umbrella-covered tables on an open-air deck. Vibes are breezy and relaxed, especially at sunset, when the beach empties out. The menu is scribbled on a chalkboard sign and changes daily, but you can expect catch-of-the-day seafood, big colorful salads, and delicious Russian dumplings (yes, you read that correctly). While staying in Isabela, my crew and I visited 3 times. I really like their breakfast food. The burrito and N.Y bagel is amazing. Highly recommend to eat the N.Y bagel there while because it's still nice and warm. The omelette however wasn't special so I wouldn't recommend it. Also had shrimp tacos for dinner and it was great too. The shrimp was nice and crunchy. Very wide range of selection for food tho. It is right next to the beach where you can just walk to the beach and chill or at least walk off your food. The bilingual servers were all so nice and helpful. The only thing is that if you have a huge group, they made some mistakes on the orders.

Great views of the waves and beach here. The bartenders are on point with keeping you beer heavy. Mixed drinks were also on point. The chicken bites and chicken shish kabobs were juicy and perfectly grilled.

Excellent food and vibe… We went twice over the weekend 👌🏼 Chicken curry and chicken sweet and spicy bowls are the best😁

Great views of the ocean while you are having your meal or drinks at the bar. Great for a date night or a beautiful view and great food and people. If this is your first time in PR they are very polite and bilingual.

What a cool little place! Open early for breakfast and right on the beach. You can eat and literally paddle right out from the patio here. The view is astonishing. The food is delicious. We had breakfast and lunch here, both were out of this world. Coffee was incredible. We’re not drinkers but did have some virgin mixed drinks here too that were perfect and tropical for the beach. All the staff were super friendly! Thank you so much for helping make our vacation incredible

Casual beach place, great to watch the surfers and see the sunset. Amazing pumpkin empanadas! Flavors were excellent (curry, coconut flan was terrific), yet meat was overdone. Filet mignon kebabs and chicken were not tender at all. Overall nice view, nice meal, friendly staff. Would come back just for the pumpkin empanadas and coconut flan, not for the main entrees.

The food was so fresh and well prepared. My husband and I had the ceviche and tuna poke bowl. Highly recommend this stop!
