This is a lovely Japanese-style bar with a nice and cozy atmosphere. The music is good and relaxing. I really enjoyed the French fries, they were crispy and tasty. The staff and bartender were very friendly and polite. The drinks were also very good. Overall, it’s a great place to enjoy a calm and pleasant evening.

I was recommended by a friend to come here, and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the staff were even better. Martin and Drake provided outstanding service to me and my friend, who was celebrating a birthday. The food arrived quicker than expected, and every dish was delicious! Huge thanks to the chef behind the kitchen. Martin was not only friendly but also knowledgeable, sharing interesting conversations about the drinks and clearly knowing his craft. Drake was just as welcoming, recommending drinks that we ended up loving. Thank you, Ume san, for such an amazing experience. We’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Fantastic service and outstanding umeshus! We tried all 4 of their samplers and discovered new favourites among them! We liked their Yatagarasu Shiso Umeiri (Red Perilla), Shin Brandy Umeshu & Ginrei Gassan Jumai Jikomi very much! Food was okay, their dry prawn ramen was nice but a bit 1 dimensional after eating too much, their Mara Wagyu Dry Ramen was not bad. Unfortunately their Wagyu Garlic Fried Rice was quite underwhelming; the rice was clumpy, garlic taste was not strong and wagyu cubes were small that it you couldn't taste much of it. Suggest sticking to their noodles for dinner instead. We ordered their uni croquettes too which were nice but not amazing that it's worth recommending. Staff were great, they served us magnificently and even gave us a bottle of their exclusive Moe Umeshu on the house after we ordered a certain amount 💯 Their umeshu are honestly amazing and we enjoyed 80-90% of the drinks we ordered. Would definitely come back for their drinks again in the future. It's a chill place where you can have good conversations and with good drinks. Didn't get to try their cocktails or dessert umeshus as they were sold out while the dessert selection needed to be pre-ordered but it looked good that will come back for it again! Overall a great experience, would recommend!

Walked in on a Saturday night for dinner with a group of friends and luckily we got a table! The mala ramen was amazing, umeshu was mind blowing. Please get the whisky umeshu tester set, all 3 shots were great! Staff was attentive as well, and very easy going. Had such a good time that we all stayed till the closing time even though our original plan was to go elsewhere to bar hop 😅 I’ll be back for sure!!

Food is great. The ramen texture is amazing. We had several drinks n they gifted a bottle of drinks to us. We celebrated our cuz birthday here and she loves it!

Speakeasy with bites and drinks, easy to talk to. After a while the bar got a bit warm, so staff will turn on the fan to cool down the area. Recommend the highballs, as they're thirst quenching. Not a huge space nor for large crowds so maximum recommended table seat size goes to 4. Ramen was quite tasty. Tacos were crispy and the sauce was delicious.

Loved the umeshu tasting sets, great selection of umeshu! Staff were very friendly and gave us a free drink as we were celebrating a birthday. Food was unexpectedly good – get the ramen instead of rice. Not a lot of seats, but the ambiance was great for catching up with friends.

Ordered 4 items and all were delicious… the asari clam ramen was so good!!! Fruits umeshu tasting platter was rly good too, esp loved the blood orange flavour. Bar is slightly on the squeezier side but still a good time :)
