I ordered the Palestinian falafel sandwich and was a bit disappointed. The falafel itself was good and the flavours were nice, but the sandwich fell apart as soon as I took a bite. It was too soggy and hard to eat. I also would have liked more hummus, especially since the description made it sound like it was a pocket full which it wasn't.

Soulful food. My first time at Umi falafel and definitely won't be my last. The Palestinian falafel tastes so fresh and high quality, with the pickles and the tomato sauce, just superb. The chai ice tea is delicious too.

One of the best options for healthy vegan food in the city, and good value. The falafel wraps are great, so is the lentil soup. Love that the baklava is vegan too, they're usually not. Friendly staff.

If you want to be insulted, go to this shop. This shop is under new brazilian management and the rudeness is unreal. They served us cold soup with no lemon( which they used to the last 4 years : previous management when we have been going there) and when we asked about it, we were told that she don’t sell lemon here and leave if you are not happy. She is the new owner aparently. It is disappointing as Umi Falafel has always been great in Ireland and their food and service has always been excellent. Never stepping in again !!!!

Excellent food and good vibe. The only caveat is the way the wrap sandwich. It's not possibe to eat easily and i prefer it to be served in a plate by the pita bread and deeps rather than that form of half open sandwich which lead to a mess.

If your looking for a vegetarian 🥗 options then this is a place to check out in the centre of Dublin City 🏙️. The place is set out quite nicely and the food when ready is bought out to your table. Super fresh foods on offer all Middle Eastern cuisine. It’s a falafel food place which is really nice for those who don’t want to eat any meat 🍖 dishes. Falafels super nice and fresh and made to order. Stuffed vine leave and mixed salad 🥗 with pitta bread. The baba ghanoush is a dish to order which we had to, it’s a must. Check it out and have a day off from eating meat 🥩 😂.

Delicious pitas with falafel, recommend adding halloumi, it makes the food taste even batter! Great sweet potato fries. Really good option for quick healthy lunch.

We placed our order and after serving one meal they informed us that they were sold out of the second meal (no more chicken left at 7pm on a Wednesday). We ordered a soup and hummus instead, they come back 10 min later saying there’s no soup left. All the other person had to eat was hummus and when asked for extra bread we were charged extra. The woman who took our order was pretentious and disrespectful. After coming multiple times, we will not be back.
