"Camping on the Beach Umm Bab Family beach, is located 80 miles west of Doha. Umm Bab Beach is part of a vast natural reserve called Alreem natural reserve. The beach is also known as “Palm Tree Beach” because of the small cluster of palms at the end of the road alongside the small pier. The beach is ideal for camping with young ones because it has its own fenced beach area for families, toilets and kids' playground, the water is shallow and the beach is very private, without being off the beaten path. To get there, drive west on Salwa road for about 60 miles until you see the sign for Umm Bab. You’ll have to drive north into the town and then south to the beach. N25 12.401 E50 46.067"

Its a free public beach with no facilities. Not very crowded; the shore is sandy and clean. There are some rocks in the sea.

Stunning Views but Rough for Swimming. Um Bab Beach is a beautiful spot with a breathtaking view—palm trees swaying near golden sands and clear blue waters make it a picturesque getaway. The scenery is truly postcard-worthy! However, the beach has a downside: the shore is covered with stones, making it uncomfortable to walk barefoot and difficult to swim without stumbling. If you're looking for a relaxing dip, this might not be the best choice. Overall, it’s a great place for photos and enjoying the view, but not ideal for swimming. Bring good water shoes if you plan to enter the sea! 🌴🌊

It's very nice place for bachelor's gathering, and making camp, can cook bbq and your meal whatever you want. There is no any restrictions to stove ignition. Around 85KM from doha through salwa rd. Through dukhan 109 km.

Good view of a beautiful sunset, no other attractions as the beach is full of sharp rocks and shallow water. No wash rooms for changing rooms. No restaurant or useful shops nearby.
