Terrible doctor. Careless and brutally rude. Gave my sister 5 minutes of her precious time asking her to follow her fingers, etc and she ignored clear symptoms of a stroke, refusing to even do a CAT scan. My sister was discharged from SIUH because of Dr. Ugur's bare-minimum check ups and she had a massive stroke. They saved her life in NYU Medical Center and Neurology clearly stated that a simple CAT scan would've prevented her massive stroke. If you appreciate the lives of your loved ones, do not let Dr. Ugur near them. What a joke!

In January my husband had a stroke. We lucked out having Dr Ugur being the Dr on call and taking care of him while he was in the hospital. She is an excellent caring Dr. We continued with her and trust her. My husband has fully recovered and we created her fast action. He will continue to follow up with Dr Ugur.

Terrible experience for a young patient who has been through a lot. I’ve waited three weeks to hear back about 2 tests that came back positive. I was told to get follow up tests & mri’s by the PA with no detail as to why. I was told she is not comfortable answering my questions and they continue to tell me I’m at the top of the list to get a call back - yet no follow up calls or consideration for the patient is given for 3 WEEKE NOW. Purely stressful. Never felt I was in good hands with this doctor. Nearly IMPOSSIBLE to talk to the her. I will be closing up here and going elsewhere.
