This hotel understands what full-service means. From check-in to check-out, from housekeeping to wait staff and front desk, the service was professional, cordial, and welcoming. The modern decor and nice-sized comfortable rooms combine with service to make this hotel standout, so much so that I re-booked to stay here again when returned to the city. Fitness room is small but adequate. Breakfast selection and quality were superb. The huge new food market is a few blocks away and the bus to the port is frequent and a few minutes walk. No need for taxis.

A very modern and sylish hotel tastefully decorated with various works of art and sculpture including an effective watery piece. Reception staff were excellent and the hotel was spotless with a consistently high standard of service from everyone. including the restaurant staff.My only criticism is that it was a good thirty minute walk from the waterfrony and restaurant area.This is fine in the daytime but not in the dark. We ate in one night (an excellent steak perfectly cooked) but got a taxi in and out of town on the second night. This adds considerably to the cost of eating out.

The hotel is definitely a beautiful and luxurious hotel in a great location, but my experience was mixed. I stayed there for a day-use. Booking through WhatsApp was not very clear—no one asked how many people were staying, and when I arrived with two adults and two small kids, I was told the room booked wasn’t suitable. I had to wait over an hour for another room to be cleaned, and the price ended up being more than double just to use the room for 4 hours. The room itself was spacious, modern, and very clean, with a huge bathroom and comfortable beds. That was a big plus. Parking right in front of the hotel was free and convenient, also a highlight. However, there were some serious drawbacks: • The air conditioning was weak during a very hot day (36°C), making the room uncomfortable and even hotter than the lobby. We spent most of the time in the lobby because of that. • At one point there was no running water in the room, although reception fixed it within 15–20 minutes. • The hotel overall is not kid-friendly: no facilities for children and no kid-friendly options in the restaurant. The swimming pool is for +18 only. In short: a stylish hotel with great rooms and location, but not ideal for families with kids.

Stayed for 8 nights in mid-August. Room itself was quite small for that length of time. Staff were quite good, spoke English and were fairly accommodating. Breakfast was quite good. Hotel was located about a 30 min walk from the city centre so if you're wanting to be closer to restaurant etc, take that into consideration. Parking was included in the rate which was good. There is no outdoor pool. The indoor pool is only available as part of the spa package and required booking, so that wasn't ideal. The tower is served by 2 elevators, 1 of which was broken for 3 days so that led to some queues at the elevators. Tap water was discoloured (brown-ish) for a couple of days too which wasn't great

We enjoyed our stay at unahotels. The room was spacious and stylish. We loved the big window in our room. The parking was convenient. Just across the street from the hotel, and plenty of parking spots are available. The hotel is kind of far in terms of walking to downtown, but having a car was a plus. The breakfast was ok.|We also appreciate that they checked us in early and it was a fast check in.

Breakfast buffet varied and tasty. I appreciated being able to order espresso and not have to have Americano coffee. The bar and restaurant choices are also very good. Pietro, on the front desk is exceptional. Rooms clean and well attended. I would only wish for two bedside tables and two easy chairs, in the room. The parking is a bonus. I would readily recommend the hotel to others.

Lovely hotel, with a business feel to it. Great facilities and services (including free covered parking). Location is away from the center, which makes it easier to get around bit also means you need to taxi to points of interest

Noisy room at night, due to music coming from the window, and noisy aircon system. The gym is very small, too warm, loud music. Breakfast not dairy allergy friendly. Some gluten free option but not 5 stars hotel level. Food restaurant ok. Good drinks and service at the bar downstairs. Good customer care at the reception. Overall it felt like a 4 stars hotel.
