The hotel is definitely a beautiful and luxurious hotel in a great location, but my experience was mixed. I stayed there for a day-use. Booking through WhatsApp was not very clear—no one asked how many people were staying, and when I arrived with two adults and two small kids, I was told the room booked wasn’t suitable. I had to wait over an hour for another room to be cleaned, and the price ended up being more than double just to use the room for 4 hours. The room itself was spacious, modern, and very clean, with a huge bathroom and comfortable beds. That was a big plus. Parking right in front of the hotel was free and convenient, also a highlight. However, there were some serious drawbacks: • The air conditioning was weak during a very hot day (36°C), making the room uncomfortable and even hotter than the lobby. We spent most of the time in the lobby because of that. • At one point there was no running water in the room, although reception fixed it within 15–20 minutes. • The hotel overall is not kid-friendly: no facilities for children and no kid-friendly options in the restaurant. The swimming pool is for +18 only. In short: a stylish hotel with great rooms and location, but not ideal for families with kids.

We enjoyed our stay at unahotels. The room was spacious and stylish. We loved the big window in our room. The parking was convenient. Just across the street from the hotel, and plenty of parking spots are available. The hotel is kind of far in terms of walking to downtown, but having a car was a plus. The breakfast was ok.|We also appreciate that they checked us in early and it was a fast check in.

Breakfast buffet varied and tasty. I appreciated being able to order espresso and not have to have Americano coffee. The bar and restaurant choices are also very good. Pietro, on the front desk is exceptional. Rooms clean and well attended. I would only wish for two bedside tables and two easy chairs, in the room. The parking is a bonus. I would readily recommend the hotel to others.

This hotel played a great part while staying in Cagliari for the day. It was great to use the facilities and relax before heading to the airport. Parking across the road and it's free for guests. Highly recommended.

Very quick and warm welcome at the check-in, Rooms are large and the bed is very comfortable. Great position also close to Parco della Musica.

An exceptional experience! The room and spa were not only perfect but also impeccably clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, with special thanks to Baha and Sara for their outstanding service. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options each morning. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be returning!
