Loved this place! The interior feels very organic, clean, and thoughtfully designed — warm, quaint, and welcoming. It has the charm of a locally owned spot (and it definitely feels like one). The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, which made the whole visit even better. Coffee was bold and delicious, served in a great rustic mug, and the avocado toast was outstanding, crispy bread, fresh toppings, and so much flavor. It was so good we came back the next morning for breakfast and tried the B.E.L.C.H., their take on a BLT with breakfast potatoes. The sandwich was huge, easily shareable, and came with a pile of perfectly crispy, flavorful potatoes. Overall, a cozy, well-kept spot with great food, great people, and a great vibe. Highly recommend!

I'm angry with myself for not knowing that this location existed prior to today. I loved the food which was no surprise to anyone who's visited either location. The thing that really made this a truly exciting visit was the fact that is was jam packed and the staff was extremely courteous, professional, super knowledgeable, and most important, friendly. It's too easy to be curt when faced with a packed house. I wish I could give them more stars as this is one of the truly remarkable restaurants in Milwaukee. I can 100% recommend the croque omelet!

Whatever they’re paying the chef. Double it. Holy crap what an incredible breakfast - five of us all ordered different things and passed them around. Every bite was amazing. We had: Biscuits and gravy Baja Chorizo hash Avocado toast B.E.L.C.H. Trad breakfast! Do it - you won’t regret!

Cute little spot downtown. It’s smallish inside, though stylish with nice vibes. I wouldn’t necessarily come here with a big group, but perhaps a date night or a small group of 4. I had a nice experience with everyone I interacted with, from beginning to end. Saw lots of smiles. Always a plus. They have an interesting, one of a kind menu. It’s not just basic fares, but everything has a little twist or fusion vibes. We’re talking Mexican to Vietnamese in fine dining. That said, the menu called the dishes “Shareables”, and I expected them to be larger sizes to share, but it’s actually the opposite. They are more like Spanish tapas - small appetizer sized dishes, that I don’t want to share cuz they’re good lol. Usually when i think of tapas, i think of a plate with items that can be shared easily, with everyone just grabbing a piece by hand, or a quick spoon. These shareables were like Italian family sharing kind of food (salad, steak, etc.) but in super small portions. Among the four of us, we each got maybe a bite or two of each dish. So really, it was more like we were “tasting” than “eating.” Cheviche Fresh! Yum! Tofu something Delicious. We had a vegetarian in the group, so I felt bad eating more than a bite, but definitely would have othewise. Watermen salad This was ok. Definitely fresh and good taste, but the watermelon itself was not super sweet and didn’t really add to the salad. Flank steak I would have been happy with this dish on my own. It’s an awkward dish to share, though the steak does come cut up, to make it easy to share, i assume. Pork tacos Yummy tacos. Lumpia Fried spring rolls, kinda like eggrolls. Good, but not break my keto kind of good. Again, all the food items are pretty solid, though the experience of sharing these “shareables” weren’t my thing. Everything is quite pricey for the amount of food we got. My tastebuds were happy, but my stomach wasn’t satisfied. May be better for a splurge date night, with me eating more than my share.

We had a wonderful lunch at Uncle Wofles! Being out of towners, we love trying new places, and this has been our favourite so far! I had the fish burger, and my partner had the breakfast hash, and both were amazing! Great service, lovely sunlight shining through the huge windows, and a great atmosphere, along with incredible food makes this place a 10/10 for us. Thank you so much!

Amazing! Delicious food and great service. Biscuits and gravy were perfect. Early Wolf was just as good. The potatoes were prepared perfectly. Everything was well seasoned and had great flavor. Modern eclectic setting. Loved the blates and coffee mugs.

Hour wait for a big party. They do not accept reservations. The food was pricey. There was French fries in my 22$ vegetarian breakfast burrito. 5 out of the 8 of us said out food was a bummer. The bar seemed off limits. It would have been nice to wait for our table there but we went to Central Standard instead. A woodpecker had bashed into the windowit where it stayed dead on the sidewalk long after the host was informed. Service we not great. The cocktails were yum. And the dishware was really cute.

We usually always go to the Brewer’s Hill spot, but really enjoyed the vibe of the downtown one (plus immediate seating!) Love the Filipino featured flavors on the menu too 🇵🇭
