As always Kimchi toast is one love! And definitely this is the best coffee place probably in the whole Amsterdam! Very often I purchase coffee beans for my home. Plus it’s great they have decaf option. Thank you!

I love the vibe and atmosphere here. Full of people at weekday's morning. Staff is friendly and attentive. I ordered filter coffee, flat white and pastries. They were all very good! I would recommend filter coffee and banana bread!

Stopped by Uncommon Café in Amsterdam and had a Kenya washed filter — absolutely excellent. Super clean, bright, and well-balanced, with great clarity in the cup. Big shout-out to Lugh, who was genuinely great to talk to — friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about coffee. Made the experience even better. Highly recommended if you’re into quality filter coffee.

This place was just incredible. From the impeccable service to the top quality food, it was amazing! The coffee was fantastic a the flavours of the meals were insanely good!! I have been to over 150 cafes in Australia and this was the best breakfast I have ever had! The mushrooms are too notch!

My partner and I arrived into Amsterdam after a big day of travelling and really needed some caffeine and food to keep us going. We had a bit of a look on google to find the closest cafe to us and uncommon was a suggestion, we made our way down and were kindly greeted by Emily, she found us a table and took our coffee orders. Two incredible lattes came out and were honestly excellent, best coffee we have had! We also had some food, which was amazing. A bit of a hidden gem! It can get crowded, so be prepared to wait for a seat or take your drink to go. Honestly, it’s one of the best spots in the city, if not all of Europe. The variety of coffee is impressive, and the staff is super welcoming.

Nice spot with a cool concept — the café on one side of the street and their bar right across. Service was friendly. Food-wise: the porridge wasn’t great for me, a bit underwhelming. The mushroom toast, though, was excellent — flavorful, filling, and worth the price. Portions are huge; we were full until dinner. Coffee was good. We also tried the cinnamon roll — it tasted more like cardamom (maybe we got the wrong bun), but still enjoyable. Overall, a pleasant place and worth stopping by for a meal.

Really nice specialty coffee shop that clearly knows their coffee! A great selection of filter, as well as a creative banana cold brew. Banana bread was good, too. They have a lot of brunch items that looked delicious, I’ll have to try next time! Service was fast and friendly. I came twice on my weekend trip to Amsterdam!
