An amazing event venue. The management and staff work seamlessly together to make the evening a superb experience! The framework of this venue is such that you can make the space your own. Last night this restaurant transitioned into an amazing event space. There is room enough for seating and a large dance floor, the ceiling height even presented room for the Hora.
The venue also included patio space and was ADA accommodating so everyone could be a part of the night.
The management and staff worked together as a team in preparing for the evening and when glitches surfaced with the decorator in preparing the centerpieces, the team was helpful and effective with brainstorming solutions.
The chef was very mindful and accommodating as several guests had severe allergies, and required special meal preparations, that were unknown prior to the evening. This amazing chef (Max) managed to meet the unique dietary needs of several guests and did so unplanned and in an instant, with such care and clever creativity, that those served, asked about locating the ingredients for themselves in the future, they loved the food!
I must say I just had the cookie from last night for breakfast, and it was deliciously soft and not too sweet, with undertones of oatmeal and whole wheat. I can't say enough good things about this venue, the staff, management and most of all the food. A guest approached me after receiving his dietary unique meal, and told me they were at a similar event in New York in times square a few months ago, and though it was obvious the New York event was more grandiose, this event here at Under the Sun, would be the one this guest would choose to attend if given the option of attending only 1. This event was spectacular!
