Google
This place looks very low key on the outside, but inside they are all sorts of cool people sitting at the bar, bartenders were great, excellent drinks and food was great also. Really enjoyed this place and would come back.

Crystal A.

Google
Loved the ambiance and service. Ordered baby back ribs but was dismayed when served pork ribs. Sauce was meh, potato “fris” not so great. Caesar salad had a real anchovy, which was appreciated but, otherwise was unspectacular. I don’t care for Tai food but the menu was small and had mostly Thai selections. Great for people whole love Tai. Not sure why the fries are spelled in French. Menu items didn’t seem like French entrees, maybe the duck? Anyway, cute place, would try again. Family had a great time.

Great food and atmosphere with an amazing staff. For a treat have dinner or just a drink at the bar. Loads of fun! Two dining rooms + outdoor tables when weather permits.

We had dinner at the Underwood Bar & Bistro last night and we would give Christa more than 5 stars if that was possible. She was great, allowing us to have a leisurely meal, but checking back frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was also excellent. Absolutely loved the Thai Fried chicken, so moist and wonderfully crispy. The rest of the group had the salmon or the rigatoni and everyone was more than satisfied. We also shared the mac & cheese, cauliflower au gratin, and a flatbread - yum! Despite all the food, we managed to share a creme brulé for dessert. I would also like to note that the wine list provides lots of delicious options at reasonable prices.

Google
Finally tried and hearing many good things. It was delicious. Server was friendly, relaxed and knowledgeable. Favorites of night the Thai oyster shooter and the mussels. Bread also. Definitely will go back!

Google
Slightly more expensive restaurant serving a delicious set of dishes. From classic American to French and even a few Asian dishes, it has a lot to offer. Recommend trying their duck confit and their soups, but also check out some of their other main courses, which all have large portions! They have friendly staff and a large covered back patio that's perfect if you bring your dog to dine!

Went to Graton for the super well put together Graton Day Festival and dropped into Underwood with some friends with no reservations. Had been there years ago but it was even better than I remembered. Beet Muhammara, Pad Thai and Cheese plate were spectacular. They even had Peay wine on the menu! Class restaurant in a beautiful little NorCal town right in the thick of wine country.

Andrea L.

Google
Exceptional service by Alondra. On short notice was able to snag a reservation. Nice wine selection, local brews, beautiful bar & restaurant. Easy parking. Delicious beet salad, burger cooked to perfection, classic fries. Lively bar. Staff was accommodating. Absolute pleasure to dine in mid week.

Yelp
Came here after wine tasting for lunch and to our surprise it was not busy at all! We sat in their outdoor back patio. All shaded and some ceiling fans. We ordered the cheese pizza for our toddler, a salmon entree for me, a beer and burger for my husband and oysters to share. Oysters were good, fresh. My salmon was delicious. The greens went well with the salmon and so did the sauce. I enjoyed it. The pizza was small and crispy, I think the cheese was a little fancier cheese bc it tasted like an upscale pizza. Baby enjoyed it and he ate 2 slices. Husband's burger was good, except I didn't like the blue cheese but he loved it. Overall a great place to stop by for some lunch. Prices were decent.

Yelp
I don't recall ever being in downtown Graton before, it's kinda small and charming like this place. This restaurant looks like an old school pub, but the menu is teeming with fun creative fusion. Also, very dog friendly on the patio! Oysters: Such a refreshing briny way to start a meal. A nice taste of the sea in the middle of the woods. Loved the tart mignonette sauce against the fresh oyster. Pomme Frites: Huge portion! Great for snacking between oyster bites. Really crunchy. Hoisin Glazed Baby Back Ribs: Super meaty and super tender. The umami and sweet hoisin glaze was a perfect complement to the rich pork. Doesn't look like many ribs but they're covered in meat and quite filling. The fresh coleslaw, with some fruit, was very nice too. Hat Yai Fried Chicken: The fried chicken is great by itself, with crispy skin and moist meat. However, that dipping sauce really took it to the next level: sweet, spicy, sour, umami, salty. All the great flavors. Rice was a good pairing too.

Yelp
I did not expect such inventive food! I was thinking it would be mostly steak, French onion soup, classics... but in addition to those, we ordered Hat Yi fried chicken, Thai-inspired entrees, anchovy crostini, flatbread... lots of variety. The vibe is pretty much perfect: warm, cozy, wood. Perfect for a winter evening.

Yelp
Excellent place to meet an old friend. I had the grai pow and it was so good. My husband and the pad Thai and had no complaints. Our friend had the lettuce cups and was very happy. Nice atmosphere and a great bar!! Little out of the way for us but well worth it.
google avatar

Yelp
Business lunch for two today. I really wanted mussels but it's only on their dinner menu. Our server was friendly and patient with us, we were busy yapping and she gave us plenty of time to decide. We had the second best seat in the house at the corner booth. Decor is wood, simple and classy. We started with 1/2 dozen raw oysters. I had the Frisée aux Lardons. He had the BLT with Pomme Frites. Everything was delicious. Our server was very attentive. I didn't have to ask for more water, she was on top of it. They have bar and patio seating as well. We sat on the patio with my dog last time. Overall great visit!

Yelp
I'm so happy that we finally discovered this locally-loved gem in the charming town of Graton, just a block from Paul Mathew Vineyards tasting room (wine, and then dine!). Like it's sister cafe across the street, Wildwood, Underwood maintains an old-timey bar/bistro vibe but offers a fresh menu of American cuisine, with an interesting Thai influence. They offer a lunch menu, afternoon menu, and dinner menu. We started on the afternoon menu and transitioned into dinner, thankfully beating the rush of regulars coming in for Friday dinner. Be sure to call for a reservation! Although the Thai food sounds delicious, we went the Americana route: -Cauliflower au Gratin - ooey, gooey, warm plate of comfort! Vegetables but make it comfort food! -Baby Lettuce Salad with goat cheese, beets, and almonds - balance! -Braised Short Ribs for him - he licked the plate clean -Burger for me - added cheddar and bacon - a classic burger with lettuce, tomato, pickled red onion, and fries - delish! Service was genuine, warm, welcoming, and attentive...oh-so-Sonoma County, and we love it! We left full and satisfied. We look forward to returning and trying more of their delicious offerings.

Yelp
I love this place, such great food and such a diverse menu, the Thai food, the oysters, everyone raved about the burger. Great service it's a must stop

Yelp
This is one of my rare 1 star reviews. We wanted to like this place but was truly disappointed. THE SERVICE 3 stars First I want to point out that the service was good. The staff was friendly and approachable. The only downside was trying to flag down our server to get a refill on my soda and it took a while to get the check. THE FOOD 1 Star THAI LETTUCE CUPS $23.75 The dish was absolutely drenched in lime and fish sauce, rendering it inedible. The additional sauce only intensified the overwhelming sourness, making it almost painful to eat. PIZETTA with serrano ham, arugula, manchego cheese, egg $19.75 This was the polar opposite. This was sooo bland that we ate a piece and stopped. I should have sent this back. RAW OYSTERS (half dozen) $24.00 They were good INTERIOR The restaurant is nicely layed out and they have a full bar. I was hoping for something better since there aren't many restaurants in the area. You have better luck getting a decent drink at the bar than the food.

Yelp
Charming interior, good service and great food with ample portions. I ordered the grill chicken sandwich which came with a very generous serving of some of the best French fries ever! My partner had the chicken which was equally tasty.
google avatar

Cindi B.

Yelp
Lovely lunch today at Underwood Bistro! My husband had the BLT which was plated beautifully and my husband loved it! I had the Smoked Chicken Cobb Salad. Delicious but seemed to be lacking the Blue Cheese which is usually included in a Cobb Salad. The salad was yummy and had a great vinaigrette it though. We ate on the patio, but the interior is fascinating with a great-looking bar!

Yelp
Awesome atmosphere and food. Beautiful quaint town of Graton.. We had a wonderful family dinner here.

Yelp
Surprisingly great thai food, which you wouldn't expect from here. Great martinis and bar. We had the oyster shooters, pad thai, lamb parpadelle, fried chicken, and pork thai dish.
google avatar

Yelp
For 20 years now this has been the best restaurant in west Sonoma County. It's mostly a French bistro menu - French onion soup, steak frites etc but there are Thai street food delights such as shrimp pad Thai and delectable lettuce cups in the mix too. All the winemakers in Russian River valley and Sonoma coast frequent this vibe positive gem - so the wine list including by the glass options is always on point.

Rory S.

Yelp
Food: Average Service: Slightly Below average. Ambulance: Great. Table next to us, (4 people) dined next me. Maybe 6 drinks between them all; two appetizers, and four entrees...$450.00 Ummm? Huh?!?!? They were stunned...I mean stunned so that their table was boisterous about the check, and is the only way I knew of their tab. (Granted they might've tracked their orders and prices for less shock). I left stunned...for them.

Yelp
We showed up close to their closing time and they still took us! The service was outstanding and the food was good. I had the French dip and the au jus was quite good! It is a table seating bar so you can get all your cocktails and other drinks with dinner. Very nice place.
google avatar

Stan M.

Yelp
Doing a job in town we decided to eat here for lunch. We started off with a dozen & half of oysters. They were fresh and tasted great. They provided lemon, lemon garlic sauce and cocktail sauce. For lunch I order the Moroccan Chicken Sandwich with came with fries, sweet peppers and pickle slices (2). A ton of food, they sand was sliced chicken with tomatoes, lettuce and a good sauce on a flat bread. We ended lunch with a port drink and chocolate cake, all very good. Next time I'm in the area I will be stopping in.

Yelp
Fun night out in the heart of Graton! Excellent service as always, I hope they never change the duck!

Yelp
It has been a while since we last visited, it was excellent and it was excellent again. Well worth driving out to Graton for dinner, but make a reservation as this place can be hopping. Service was excellent and attentive but left you alone to enjoy. Pictures speak a thousand words, everything was perfect and so tasty. My surprise was the anchovy crostini, that I thought could be over fishy, but was not, and the blend of the ingredients was so excellent. We highly recommend a visit.

Yelp
Comfortable friendly environment, incredible food and drinks. Everything was outstanding!! Can't wait to come back. The ambiance feels classy and casual at the same time, with wood paneling and art deco light fixtures. The bar top has a polished metal surface that makes their cocktails stand out in stark contrast. That bar area can fill up in the late afternoons when you'll rub elbows with locals and wine tourists alike. The wine by the glass list is small but well curated. The stand out, by far were the Thai Oyster Shooters. This no booze appetizer is an expertly crafted morsel of surprise and delight. The creamy oyster was topped with a sweet and tangy lime dressing, diced jalapenos, and rimmed with a smokey lime salted rim. Every single taste bud across your whole tongue will light up all at once. We immediately ordered a second round after the first. The anchovy toast was delicious with pickled caper berries as a nice accent to the rich fish with parmesan shavings. The cheese plate was also delish with a local truffle cheese. We ordered steak and could not have been happier. I had the hanger steak which came with crispy onion rings on top and a rich red wine demi glaze. Cooked perfectly medium rare as ordered. My wife ordered the Steak Frites, also cooked perfectly, and the fries were so good to be called addictive. You really should give underwood a try if you're in the area. I'm already planning my next visit.

Yelp
Great drinks great food great location. And patrons are mostly locals which makes it a super convivial experience.

Yelp
Extremely delicious, service was amazing!!! Potato leek soup was delicious with just the perfect amount of bacon. The steak was very good, well paired with fries! Duck leg was cooked perfectly, with perfect crispy skin! The lentils with bacon, chef's kiss!

Yelp
I have heard great things about Underwood for years, this was our first time finally getting out there. The restaurant has a great vibe, a super old building and quaint. Our waiter was okay, but nothing too special. The drink menu has a lot of delicious options and it was nice that they had a NA beer option. The Menu itself is full of great options! The Thai menu is interesting given the rest of the options, but we have heard it is delicious. We ordered the sardine appetizer which was delicious. My wife had the special flat bread which was a bit boring and disappointing. I rarely order chicken out, but it sounded so good I had to get it. Wow that was a good decision. The skin was so delicious and crispy. The verde sauce and beans were also amazing. It is not hyperbole for me to say, it is the best chicken dish I have ever had out at a restaurant! We will be back for sure! Cant wait to sit out on the patio.

Yelp
West county GEM!! I have enjoyed a few meals over the years with small groups, large groups, intimate date nights and cocktails on the fly and underwood never disappoints. The space is bigger than you think and the staff handle the space without missing a beat. The French onion soup and burger are so amazing! I know a burger doesn't seem special but this is truly a treat. The steak with frites is one of my staples here. I highly recommend making the drive and venturing to Underwood for a great meal experience.

Yelp
Underwood Bar & Bistró came highly recommend for date night and it did not disappoint. With rustic charm and a casual upscale atmosphere Underwood offers a simple menu of steakhouse classics and Thai cuisine which I found surprising. Our entrees arrived beautifully presented and tasted just as good as they looked. I ordered the salmon and it was the best salmon I've had in a long time. Service did feel a bit rushed in my opinion, but we did visit the restaurant towards the end of the night so it was understandable. Overall I'd say Underwood is a great pick for a date night and I wouldn't mind the drive to Graton for another visit.
google avatar

Nathan H.

Yelp
Underwood is worth the drive if you don't live near Graton. The food here is always consistent and is another one of my favorite places to dine at. The ambiance and service is just as consistent as the kitchen, as I've never sent anything back. Underwood IMO is definitely a classy romantic place to take a date to. I can't find the picture of the Duck Leg Confit, but that is my favorite dish aside from the New York and Flat Iron. These 3 dishes alone are worth returning for! I haven't had anything from here I didn't like. Everything is always seasoned to perfection and needs nothing else other than how it comes. Great wine list and cocktails. I was surprised they had Rafanelli Zinfandel which of course perfectly pairs with most everything on their menu. All of the cocktails I tried were great and my espresso martinis are always up to par. Huge shoutout to everyone at this place, I always look forward to returning.

Yelp
Food is great when you get it. Service really needs improvement. We had a reservation at 7pm and it took more than entire hour to get our entrees (8:15pm). We had only seen our waitress twice during the entire time we were there. At the 1 hour mark (still didn't have our entrees and no one offered to refill our drinks), we asked another waitress who had been serving all the other tables around us if she knew where our waitress had went since we hadn't seen her at all. This waitress rudely said to us that our waitress had an emergency and just left. She knew of the situation and didn't even offer to check if there was another server assigned to our table and walked away. She never came back to serve us. Starved and angry, we finally got our food. The food was really tasty, but we were too frustrated to appreciate it. At this point we were ready to leave. Since no other waiter/waitress was serving us, we had to go to the host stand to ask for the manager and the check. We explained what had happened to the manager. The manager was very apologetic and gave us a discount for the inconvenience. However, if our original waitress had truly left and the other waiters/waitresses were aware of the situation, you would think that someone would have notified all of the waitress's tables and assigned them a new waiter/waitress. Very disappointed with the service. If you don't mind sitting for an hour with no refills or check-ins, then worth it.

Dianna D.

Yelp
An underestimated place so get ready for really good food. It's a busy place so reservations recommended. The fried chicken was spectacular as were the salads and beef. Enjoy!

Jennifer B.

Yelp
Oysters my nephew ordered were not very fresh (and from the East Coast!), and the lack of vegan/vegetarian options is really disappointing as I am local but never do for that reason. Servers were awesome though!

Yelp
I seriously cannot express enough love for this restaurant!! My husband and I love discovering new places, and it's even better when it turns out to be the most fantastic place ever. We keep a list of restaurants that look good that we'd like to try and Underwood had been on our list for a short time. We gave it a try about a year ago and it's become a regular for us. We have never been disappointed in the least, but rather blown away every time we're there! Underwood has a very charming outdoor seating area that's fenced in and covered. They have lots of nice foliage to decorate and heat lamps if needed. The outdoor area is always staffed so I never feel like I have to hunt people down. My husband and I typically go for the outdoor seating, however the last couple times we've been there, it's been too hot for comfort so we opted to sit indoors. We love the vibe in there! It feels very vintage and elegant. The lighting and decor details are excellent. The staff is always exceptionally courteous and attentive. We're always greeted by someone very friendly, and once seated, we're tended to often but not enough to feel overwhelming. The food is really what keeps us coming back. Underwood's menu is relatively small and changes from time to time, but everything we've had is absolutely fantastic. My absolute favorite are their steaks but I've also had their pork chop which was amazing. Very juicy and tender, and cooked just right. Their sides are always top notch! They did a stir-fried kale once and I haven't been able to stop thinking about it, and I don't really even care for kale! They have some great Thai options (I hear their fried chicken is to die for), which I keep meaning to try but I always get lured away by their other entrees! I can't speak highly enough of this place, and I recommend it as often as I can.

Yelp
First off, I have to give a huge thank you to Jen for making Mother's Day so special for my family. She spoke with my husband and managed to squeeze in a 10 person reservation for lunch on Mother's Day. She was so kind and helpful through the whole process and thanks to her, our whole family got to have a great lunch together. It's been a few years since I've been here and I was so happy with the food and service. I like that they have a smaller menu (lots of starters) and the entrees you have one meat option per entree. I got the lamb sandwich which is pretty much a lamb gyro. It was delicious!! So light and fresh but full of flavor. My husband got the burger which was probably the best burger I've ever had. He gets it plain (not my cup of tea) but whatever spices they add and the quality of beef and cheese, made it the best tasting burger! My daughter had the fried chicken with sticky rice, cucumber salad and sweet and sour sauce. That chicken was CRISPY and so flavorful!! She wasn't crazy about the cilantro in the sauce but I loved it, had a great kick. My Sister had the smoked salad which was light and refreshing. For 10 people, the service was great! Our cocktails took a while to come out but that's no problem (it is Mother's Day so the place was packed) being seated outside in the covered patio had the perfect ambiance. I'm excited to come back for date night and try more cocktails and starters.

Yelp
Always the best experience!! Recently sat at the bar and had amazing, attentive service and amazing, delicious food. This was my first time going to Underwood and NOT eating the burger; I was not disappointed with the Steak Frites. Yummm the steak was cooked PERFECTLY. I LOVE this place.

Amy W.

Yelp
My friend chose this place for our Saturday night dinner. I had been eyeing the Frisse salad with Lardon, but in the end I caved and got the burger - which our waitress highly recommended. The fries were very good - and upscale version of McDonalds. and the burger was very good , but not the best i ever had. it was on a nice soft bun and I chose Gryuere cheese, which I could not really taste. (I sadly - I mean VERY sadly) forgot my doggie bag of the 2nd half. (Insert salty, salty tears here). The dining room is very pretty - very France bistro vibe. Our waitress, Caroline was a doll and catered to our every whim.
google avatar

Michelle Z.

Yelp
We had my daughter's rehearsal dinner at Underwood on a Thursday night in June. There were 25 of us so we reserved a private room. Amazing service and delicious food. Everyone was very impressed. So worth every penny spent!

Amabel Y.

Yelp
Our photographer recommended this restaurant as my fiancé and I were nearby for our engagement shoot. Apparently all the winemakers like to dine here so that alone speaks for itself! The food really hit the spot here! Everything was so flavorful, I did not complain! We ordered a few items: 1. Roasted beet salad with feta cheese, almonds and balsamic vinaigrette: made to perfection and the beets were sweet to taste! Highly recommend! 2. French onion soup: this is a must! No joke! It was made fresh out of the oven... piping hot! Nice layer of browned gruyere cheese on top then underneath it was filled with artisanal bread (maybe sourdough or plain baguette) couldn't tell, but was so good! Can't forget the onion inside! It was nicely browned and sweet! It really hit the spot on a cold evening! 3. Petit pomme frites: nicely fried to perfection! Portion was huge even though we got the half portion... can't imagine how big the full size is! It came with gourmet ketchup and aioli! I kid you not, the ketchup was so good! 4. Hoisin ribs with mango slaw: wow the meat just falls off the bone! Perfectly cooked! Only con was that it was on the saltier side for me! However, it paired well with the fries! If I knew it was that salty, I would've asked for the chef to go a notch down with the salt/sauce. Other than that, it was good! Parking: they have street parking all over and wasn't an issue on a Sunday night at 7pm. Overall, I would pay this restaurant another visit if I'm ever in the area! They have outdoor seating that is perfectly covered with heat lamps! Very clean inside and outside! Food are made from quality ingredients and very tasty! Can't forget to mention, the service was on par despite a busy night! Our server checked in on us and updated us that our food will arrive shortly several times.

Geraldine A.

Yelp
Delicious food! Excellent service. I recommend the grilled ham and cheese sandwich! Definitely will be back for the onion soup too!
google avatar

Bailey S.

Yelp
A staple of Graton. Always great service, food, strong cocktails and a suave environment. Most people can't resist one of the best burgers of your life, but I HIGHLY recommend being open to go there just for their Thai menu! An unexpected treat and great addition to their classic menu. Go treat yourself!

Eric N.

Yelp
Always fresh, delicious oysters available to enjoy. Hamachi crudo--impressive flavor and freshness. Baby lettuce salad never fails to impress with the farm-to-table flavor. You can never go wrong with the burger and a glass of local Pinot Noir. Amazingly, the fries always stay crisp--from the first bite to the last.
google avatar

Brooke E.

Yelp
Very nice staff and good food & drinks. The only issue I have is the volume in the restaurant. It seems to pretty loud and the music in the bar area makes It hard to have a conversation.
google avatar

Angelin R.

Yelp
Hands down, delicious food and beautiful bar space. My service was excellent and friendly. The cauliflower gratin and Meyer lemon panna cotta were the stars of my meal. Interesting menu, offers a variety of dishes to please everyone using quality ingredients. I look forward to visiting again. Parking was easy, offers full bar with extensive cocktails and intriguing wine list, bathrooms were clean.
google avatar

Candice L.

Yelp
Love the Underwood. Great cocktails and eats! Steak frites and arugula salad! Yum Don't forget to sit at the bar

Dana T.

Yelp
Always a pleasure! Whether stopping in for a drink and apps or a full meal, Underwood never disappoints. I on my last visit I ordered the salmon, which was perfectly cooked with in a warm and savory miso broth. Wine and dessert were an added treat.
google avatar

Tom C.

Yelp
The food and service were great. We took my 101 year old mom to lunch there and we all loved it. Mom had the French onion soup and it hit the spot for her.
google avatar

Molly B.

Yelp
Food is so good, such a great menu. Full of tasty choices for everyone. One of the best Mac and cheese in the area. Fried chicken is so yummy!
google avatar

Adrian L.

Yelp
Reservations were hard to come by on this Saturday night and this folks at Underwood encouraged us to try walking in for outdoor open seating. We were very lucky to have a 15 minute wait. There was a limited amount of menu choices. I enjoyed the burger with white cheddar. We also had a tasty mac and cheese. My wife had a salad and a mountain of fries. We're looking forward to exploring more restaurants in the Santa Rosa area.
google avatar

Yumi R.

Yelp
Visiting the Sonoma area and we decided to check out this little bistro. We sat on the patio since it was a nice late afternoon day. They staff was small but we were seated immediately. The service may have taken a little bit longer but it wasn't terrible and the server acknowledged us and the timeliness. I ordered the salad and as you can tell from the picture it was beautifully plated and tasted delicious. I didn't get the pics of the oysters and dishes my friend ordered but we really enjoyed our meal there. The food you won't be disappointed in and it's worth the little wait if they are short staffed.
google avatar

Susanne W.

Yelp
Will never go there again. First they lost my reservation for five. Secondly, they placed us at a dreadful table halfway between the kitchen and the restrooms. Thirdly they said they would move us outside. The woman who promised this disappeared. We sat and waited for about fifteen minutes and were not even served water. Service, zero. Ambiance, very noisy. If I could post a zero star I would.

Jaclyn M.

Yelp
My fiancé and I have been here a couple of times after our wine tasting at Bowman Cellars, and this place never disappoints! S E R V I C E: Always on top of everything. Servers seat us right away and check up on us frequently to make sure we're not missing anything! The outdoor seating is perfect - spread out for Covid precautions and also very pretty! F O O D: The group of people we went with last weekend wanted oysters, so they shared a dozen oysters and everyone seemed very satisfied. I had their pad Thai, and although the color was lighter than I usually like, the flavor and spice was all there. It had jumbo shrimp that was cooked to perfection, and the texture of the noodles were just right! It was probably meant for two people, but I dominated half of it and was able to take some home - yay for leftovers! O V E R A L L: This place is worth your money - dishes here are not cheap. My Pad Thai was $22, but it was one of the best pad Thai I've ever had ever since moving to the North Bay. Definitely a place to try especially after enjoying some wine tastings!

Yelp
Came here for a birthday dinner. Not to much here for Vegetarians but we made it work with the Mac and cheese which was delicious. My son loved his food said it was delicious he ordered a seafood dish. Ambiance was nice and staff were friendly.

Yelp
This review kinda breaks my heart. I've been a loyal repeat customer for years. Occasionally I'll order the burger. Medium please. But they invariably come out rare. Bloody, cold, and slimy in the middle. Today I decided that I was unwilling to accept that. Sent it back and was given another rare burger in its place. I cut it open and showed the server, who told me that this was how they cooked a medium burger, that they were unwilling to cook it to medium, and that she was unwilling to deal with it anymore. Actually refuses to come back to the table anymore. Wouldn't even bring the check. Loved this place. Done with it.
