We are a Norwegian couple on cartrip and stayed one night in august 2025. The price vas appr. EUR 300 for one small room, which is very expensive. |It is really a camping place.||We had booked and prepaid the full amount several days in advance. It is only possible to book though booking app Agoda. |We arrived at around 13.00 and were asked to come back one hour later due to cleaning. We came back after 2 hours, hoping that the cleaning would be finished. And after still another hour, a man appeared in the camping reception. ||Since we are experienced travellers, we had brought copies of all documentation from the booking process. I had even pictures of the confirmation that was given after the booking. So - in all other hotels, it would have been easy to just give us the roomkey.|But noo.. |I presented all the documentation to the man in the reception - but he told me to go away and wait for an e-mail. |When I told him I had not received any e-mail, he exploded and called me an idiot. I must go home and learn myself to use the phone.|(I am working as a head of accouting in a multinational industry consern - and are very updated in todays technology).||The reception guy continues to harraze me - and finally he called the big Boss for the campingplace.||After talking to the big Boss - it came clear that all information was availible in the reception all the time - and I got the roomnumber and the code from the big Boss.||So, if you can find another place, go there. Everything is better that this.||PS - the mail that he talked about, came at 21:15 that same night.
