An absolutely amazing experience, from the awesome people to the killer coffee. I cannot recommend this place more. I wish I could have visited more while on my trip to Dublin.

10/10, price is worth it, the coffee is INSANELY good. The atmosphere is unreal and the 2 guys here are gents. Tried both their filter and espresso based. Both are unreal! It’s a unique experience in comparison to other Irish coffee shops. Got a bag of there gesha too which I don’t see a lot of in Ireland so super excited to try it.

Fantastic coffee experience for true coffee lovers! If you want to make the most of it, make sure you go there with some time, seat at the bar, and let the team recommend you some coffee. I hadn't tried such a fruity, sweet and well-balanced geisha before. Will be back!

Just class!! Living in the west of Ireland, I’ve had to wait to get here but my god. The vibes are just amazing and the coffee is pretty special. What a place. 🤙🏼🫡

The best coffee that I have had in Dublin. If you are in the area, it is a must visit. All the equipment and knowledge to make the perfect cup. Simple place with a great brew!

Make sure to allow a good amount of time if you’d like a cup of filtered coffee (pour over) as Juliano has an entire experience prepared for you. Probably the best coffee experience I’ve ever had. J is a chemist-turned-barista and has really turned coffee into an art from different water solutions to bring out the various notes to the thermometer monitoring your cup for various mouth feels. Just an amazing experience overall.

Awesome spot for a unique coffee experience and certainly worth the wait (and yes, waiting is ok.) The crew is super knowledgeable and friendly, and we split two pourovers based on their recommendations. You might be thinking “why is there a thermometer for my coffee,” but they do an incredible job making specialty coffee approachable and fun regardless of your experience level. It’s a (caffeinated) lesson in chemistry and the importance of quality ingredients (water!) Speaking of… the glass of water was some of the best we’ve ever had 😂😂😂

Is there a Michelin star system for coffee? I’m not sure, but if there is one - Unfiltered should be on it. We stopped by on a Wednesday afternoon, and spent about an hour in the shop. It was a bit of a pilgrimage for us to come here, and it made me sad to read other reviews that said service is slow. Yes it’s slow but for a reason - it’s attentive. Our server was juggling several things at a time: multiple sit in customers and loads of takeaway customers. I noticed that most of them he knew on either first name or even fist-bump terms. Unfiltered seems like the type of community spot where people naturally congregate, and in that hour we happily people-watched (and dog watched) between sips, chatted with our server and planned the day ahead. The filter coffee was phenomenal, - the best I’ve ever had. It makes sense that our server had a chemistry background because it felt like every molecule of coffee in the cup was optimised for taste. We stumbled out of Unfiltered giddy and buzzing from not just the caffeine but from our whole experience <3
