Unfiltered coffee

Short review: Exceptional coffee spot run by friendly and passionate people. Regulars very chatty and welcoming. More in depth review: We had a flat white and cappuccino which were absolutely perfect. Then went for one of the filter/pour over coffees. This was an experience in itself. The gentleman walked us through the whole process, brought out different water compositions and added them to the first small pours to showcase the impact of various water configurations on the coffee. Then broke out a thermometer and advised me to try the coffee at various temperatures to truly enjoy it and the complexities of the beans. This isn't a place to go if you are pressed for time or in a rush. This is a location to sit down, relax and enjoy the world class coffee.

Very friendly service, and The best flat white I’ve ever had, so fruity and delicious without any sweetener or flavoring. They have changed their water filtration system to create a perfect ph to taste the coffee bean. Must try for the coffee enthusiasts.

Mind blowing fruity and floral pour over coffee. The narrow focus on acidic coffee, along with the way the coffee is served, make this is a unique sensory experience in Dublin. The espresso is also nice, but not the traditional espresso in any way.

Cool little spot. Not your traditional looking coffee shop which makes it unique. Only got a green tea to take out which was lovely (not ur store bought green teabag & string). Definitely would love to sit down inside and enjoy the friendly atmosphere next time.

Wanted to hate this place, the idea of an elitist coffee experience made me take pause. However the coffee is simply delicious and well worth the trip. Easily the best coffee I have had in Dublin and while the thermometer might seem like theatrics, the ceremony it brings actually adds to the taste. Don’t bother with the pastries (stale), they don’t do any food and while dogs are welcome, not somewhere I would bring kids. Will most certainly make a pilgrimage back,worth every penny.

Was called "stupid" and "idiot" for crossing over to see the pastries. There was slightly fresh cement that wasn't signaled/marked (a tiny bin on the floor is not the right way to signal). Staff were extremely rude and aggressive, even after I apologised for the mistake and suggested that having a sign for others would be handy. Was told to go away (in a much more rude way) and to take my money back. Save yourself the experience and absolutely avoid.

Next level coffee! It may surprise you with how pricy it is but it’s well worth the price! The whole experience brings drinking coffee to a whole new level. Simple but cozy interior. Would recommend trying!

A really interesting and engaging tasting at Unfiltered on Saturday evening. Juljano's enthusiasm and knowledge for the craft and subtly of filter brewing is amazing and broad ranging. The dedication and drive to focus on exceptionally high quality of the coffee and experience was beyond impressive. Thoroughly enjoyed the evening and great to have this on the doorstep in Inchicore!
