Great place for our stay and very accommodating! Staff were responsive and helpful where they could be. The apartment was very nice! The downside is the roads to getting here can be very bumpy however I don’t think that is the fault of the Unho

Price, cleaning and ambiance was perfect! really enjoyed our stay here. To go to the zone where the restaurants are is a little far, so take that into account.

My stay at UNHO was lovely. This place is a fairly newly built complex with really nice minimal decor and a clean aesthetic to take photos to your heart's desire. The room itself is lovely, with a spacious kitchen island to cook, with all the equipment needed and a smoothie blender which was a nice touch. The bed is massive and so comfortable, with the Aircon cooling down the room really quick. The massive panoramic window shows off the great views of the outer jungle perfectly along with the outdoor pool area which is a nice addition for when you overheat and need to cool off. The shower is nice, with a good pressure from the water and nice toiletries supplied! We had a power cut one night for the whole night, which was unpleasant because we were super hot/humid without the AC working, but this was a city wide problem. The location itself is decent. You either need to ride the bicycles they supply (they had two at the time) or hire some sort of vehicle as taxis are expensive in Tulum. The roads and infrastructure around the area is disappointing, but this is a well known Tulum/Veleta problem, and not the fault of UNHO. Overall it was a great stay, and everyone who helped us at the hotel was amazingly friendly!

This place has a lot of potential but doesn’t deliver. The apartment was not clean and most appliances and faucets where super water stained. I would not be staying here again.

We’ve enjoyed our time in this beautiful place. Studio unit was nicely decorated, bed was really comfy. Plunge pool was so nice after being outside in the sun. AC was our best friend 🤩 Kitchen needs a little touch up with its utensils and pots. Also need kettle for sure, had to boil our water in a pot for our morning coffee. Friendly staff.. area is still underdevelopment. Hard to walk night time..so, we carried flashlights for the nights. Bikes needs to be replaced, they were so rusty, and tires were not good. We’ve had to rent our own bikes. Overall, we’ve enjoyed our stay in UNHO, and we will recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in here.

Rooms are lovely and comfortable for a few nights. However, there is tons of construction and unpaved roads surrounding the area. We had a rental car and it had rained the day before, and we had to drive through massive potholes filled with water. Also, there were people partying super loud until 4 AM each night where it was hard to sleep and very noisy. The hotel manager is very helpful and fixed our wifi and AC unit once we got there. However, other staff is not really attentive. They didn’t look up from their phones as we came and went and didn’t say hello. We do speak spanish so it was not a language barrier. Coffee is provided which is nice, and you are able to do laundry if you provide your own soap which was also helpful. Overall I would stay here again if it’s only for a few nights and they paved the roads.

Best location to stay in Tulum. The room was awesome and very comfortable. The bed is so large.. There was a small private swimming pool on the balcony. There was also everything to cook a bit. Gerardo is so kind and gave us tips for restaurants in Tulum. A guardian is there everyday in case we needed something. He was lightning up a small fire every day at night on the fireplace on the ground floor. You always have free coffee at the reception desk and they even offered to let us use their washing machine for free. The only issue we had was due to other people talking loud at night on the rooftop where our apartment was but when we told us to make less noise they immediately stopped. We felt like home and even better. All the staff is kind and attentive. Thank you so much for everything.

Hell HOLE. Terrible location. Everybody tries to rip you off. Can't walk to town Taxis cost you $28-$30 each way to go to the grocery store. Too many bad things to list. Potholes everywhere ! NEVER GOING BACK TO TULUM[ HELL HOLE ]
