I stayed here just for an overnight with my fiancé. Room: I booked the double room, the bed was comfortable, enough big size ( except combination of two single beds) were was first floor. The room was cold after midnight even though there was a air conditioner, we could not run the air conditioner because it is only for summer. However, receptionist lady provided us 3 more thick blankets. It was sufficient. There was no drinking water which is basic of the hotel supply, but coffee machine. It worked perfectly with tasty coffee early morning. Except the noise early morning and without water all was ok for overnight stay. Service: it is advantage that finding reception to open after midnight as we arrived at 1.30 am, friendly service. Check in/put were pretty easy. Location was perfect who is traveler which is one of the best locations in the Prague. Except not providing water and noise early morning l, everything was good. Thanks :)

I was there during a busy time, Boxing Day through NYE so much could go wrong and much could go right. Positives: Clean room Most of the staff is friendly Nespresso coffee and tea in the room. Close to tram line, so easy access Good bakery and restaurant nearby Thai massage salon on premise Negatives: Getting hot water for shower. Most of the time the water temp was okay, but never very hot. Two mornings I got lukewarm water Hard bed. Bed is not a spring coil bed, it is a wood frame on a wooden board. Mattress thickness gave little padding. So if you like a hard bed, this is not a problem. I do like a little spring in a mattress, so it was like sleeping on a rock One member of the staff doesn't seem to take much interest in the property. When I complained about a senser light in the stairwell not switching on, he dismiss it as a normal occurrence instead of logging it in for maintenance to inspect. This could be a problem at night if you want to take the stairs rather than wait for the elevator. The hotel is not very close to Old Town area, perhaps 20-25 minute walk. So you are forced to use the tram to get around Prague. Hence why your room rate should be substantially cheaper that Prague 1 area hotels. I feel this could be a much better hotel with better bedding and perhaps working something out with the adjacent restaurant to serve a nice breakfast buffet

We had a horrible stay at the Hotel. We had a so-called futon bed in our room which was broken and way too short for a grown person to sleep in. Several tries at the reception to get a new bed or room were not only unsuccessful but were also not taken seriously. The water in the shower was lukewarm at best. The beds had worn out mattresses. In this situation it is almost a mockery that I received a message from the hotel asking me to rate the accommodation as most satisfied customers would normally forget to do so. I can only express my strong dissatisfaction and can only advise against this hotel!

High quality hotel in a near perfect location. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The service was perfect, the staff was very kind and helpful. The only thing that I could complain about is the availability of breakfast, there isn't much to eat.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. It claims to be a 4-star hotel, but it is far from deserving such a rating. There is mold everywhere, both in the bedroom and the bathroom. The smell is unbearable, and the overall cleanliness is absolutely unacceptable. The room was dirty, and there was no bottled drinking water provided, which is a basic expectation in any hotel. This was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It definitely does not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel.

Lovely hotel with nice spacious room. Very clean bathroom also. Staff were friendly and held our bags for us even after we had checked out! Right next to a tram stop which is ideal for sightseeing, can also walk in to the city (25 mins) The sauna advertised is actually part of a spa package and separate to the hotel which we found out when we arrived.

Hello, unfortunately, my review will be negative. I booked a room at the hotel from October 31 to January 3, 2024. I received a confirmation from Booking, and everything seemed like it would go smoothly. However, upon arrival at the hotel, things were different. After roughly 20 minutes, during which their computer system was frozen, we were informed that an error had occurred and that my accommodation was actually booked for November 1-4, 2024. Unfortunately, the hotel was completely full, so they couldn’t accommodate us. After consulting with Booking, we were supposed to be reimbursed for one night at another nearby hotel, and then we could return for the remaining two nights. However, even that didn’t happen, and Booking canceled the entire three-day reservation. Thus, within a short time, we were left completely without accommodation. We had to find other lodging, which was much more expensive. Yes, Booking refunded all the money for the accommodation, but that doesn’t change the fact that the subsequent lodging was much more expensive. It doesn’t seem right to me that on the day of arrival, under time pressure, our accommodation was canceled. Of course, I don’t know exactly where the error occurred, whether with Booking or the hotel’s system. Nonetheless, I would recommend calling the hotel multiple times beforehand to confirm that your accommodation is booked, and if so, that it is for the correct dates.

I spent 4 days and 3 nights in this place, here is my review: Service: The receptionists are super friendly and helpful, when I needed something, they solved my problem easily. The maids are also knows there job very well. Room: I booked a room with a king sized bed, and it was very comfortable. For those who like to sleep in a softer bed, could be a problem tho. They said in the descripton of the room, it contains a coffee machine and an electric kettle. However I didn’t the kettle, but the coffee machine worked perfectly. Also the room has a Television, but it doesn’t have any channel, and I was unable to mirror my phone to it. The bathroom was clean, I was scared about it because of the other reviews, but I had no problem with that at all. If you like to sleep in warmer rooms, than you’ll find yourself in a little trouble, because for some reason, the radiator wasn’t really worked well. For me it wasn’t a huge problem, because I usually sleep in 18-20 Celsius, but I know not everyone doing this. And I had a fridge in the rooms, which was the most annoyning thing :D it just keep doing very weird noises in the middle of the night. Location: Oh boy, this location is insanely good. There are coffee shops, bars, pubs and food places near to the hotel, but also there is a tram stop. So you can be very fast in the Old Town. Also you can find a Lidl and Tesco very close, plus one of the best view from this side of the city, Vyshegrad. However I think this tram stop is the biggest positive thing about this hotel, unfortunetly maybe this is the biggest negative thing too. At night the trams are still working, so it can be very loud, especially in term of older trams. Not a huge Con tho. So yeah, this is a nice place to sleep, because you can go almost anywhere very easily, but it definitely has some downsides.

Yelp
I recently stayed at this hotel for 5 nights during a meeting at the Congress Centre. I was really, really happy with all aspects of this hotel. Here is a summary of my experience: LOCATION: The hotel is approximately 10 minutes walk from the Congress Centre, 5 minutes from the scenic Vyšehrad (Hilltop Fortress), and around 30 minutes walk to the Old Town. It's also a few steps from a major tram stop, which will take you to the Old Town in 10 minutes. ROOMS: I admit, my review may be coloured by the fact that the hotel upgraded me to the double room. They originally said I would have to move midway through my stay, back to a single room. However, I guess because of a cancellation, I was able to stay the full time in the double room. The room was comfortable, quiet, and very clean. There were two beds, which could be pushed together. These were very comfortable. The air conditioning unit worked very well (it was a very hot week in Prague). The bathroom was clean and modern. My only negative comments: 1) The television was quite small (although I almost never used it - there were only 2 English channels), 2) It would be nice to have a shelf in the shower to place shampoo, soap, etc. A quick note to the reviewer below - they have darkening curtains now! SERVICE: The staff was friendly, attentive and very helpful. In addition to the upgrade, they were helpful by: bringing an iron and board to my room immediately when asked, supplying me with extra hangars, and lending me a power converter for free. FOOD/RESTAURANT: Breakfast was included in our stay. It was adequate, but not exceptional. There was lots of choice (eggs, cereal, breads, cheese and meats). Otherwise, the hotel restaurant is very good - I had a quick bite, or beer at the restaurant, and the staff is very pleasant. It's also a nice place to get work done. WIFI: Fast and free - no complaints. Fast enough to watch Netflix. Overall, I had a very good stay at this hotel, and it is very reasonably priced compared to the Holiday Inn at the Congress Centre. I will certainly stay here again, next time I have a meeting in Prague.

Yelp
Stayed here 2 nights...that's enough.!!.. Pros: outlets INSIDE the bathroom, yes ma'am! !!! Cons: the bed decent but not comfortable. .got up with a backache. Bathroom adequate, but the shower and tub are together so when you shower no curtain no door..hello, splash, splash..on the floor! Window curtains, very thin fabric, come VERY early dawn they let in all the light...PLEASE GET SOME ROOM DARKENING CURTAINS! !!! or a least thicker darker fabric! Also, there was a strange gurgling kind of noise that happened every so often not sure where it was coming from, AC?, waterpipes??? I had to wear earplugs to try and muffle the noise. Will not be returning!!! :(

Yelp
Good location. Clean. Street side rooms are noisy. Hairdryer is not very satisfactory. Beds comfy. Service is pleasant and polite. Really needs someplace more satisfactory to hang wet towels. The bathtub has a handheld shower but not a curtain or a door. It's a little awkward for this American
