We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding venue. The space itself is absolutely stunning, and having the freedom to choose all of our own vendors allowed us to truly personalize our day. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Addie, our coordinator, was truly amazing. She was so detail-oriented and attentive with everything I provided her. Because of her and the wonderful staff, our wedding day went off without a hitch. I felt completely confident knowing everything was in such capable hands. The venue is beautiful, and my vision was brought together perfectly. I especially loved the speakeasy and having two separate spaces for the ceremony and reception. It made the day flow seamlessly and feel so special. I can’t recommend this venue enough!

Our wedding day was absolutely magical, thanks to this incredible venue. The exposed brick walls and abundant natural light created the perfect backdrop for both our ceremony and reception—our photos are breathtaking. We loved that everything could happen in one place, from morning prep to the last dance. The getting-ready suites were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, making the entire day relaxed and seamless. The staff was attentive and easy to work with, keeping everything running smoothly so we could simply enjoy every moment. Truly the perfect venue for an unforgettable wedding—five stars without question!

UNION was the perfect venue for our big day! Every aspect of the venue is beautiful and was exactly what we were looking for! Having multiple floors offered great flexibility in making the day seamless, and the speakeasy sold us immediately! When comparing to other venues, the 24-hour rental and BYOB were definite selling points. The Crossroads location was perfect for nearby activities and walkable hotels, and not to mention the breathtaking roof for skyline photos! The staff were easy to work with and walk through Wednesdays provided a go to day to have someone available for questions. I would recommend UNION to anyone!

We got married in June and had the BEST experience with the whole UNION team. We used UNION as our venue for our ceremony and reception, and hired Allison as our day of coordinator. From meeting Jessica on our first tour, to Allison helping pack all of our stuff up at the end of our wedding night, they were all outstanding. The space is beautiful, the team is easy to communicate with, and the location is perfect. From the moment we chose them as our venue, they helped make our day as stress free as possible and played a huge part in creating our perfect wedding. Seriously, I am a VERY detail oriented person and was becoming overwhelmed with wedding planning. Allison stepped right in and gave us the peace of mind and organization that we so desperately needed, all with a smile on her face. My wife and I have jokingly said that we wish we could get married again, just so we could work with the UNION team again! There aren’t enough words to describe how much we recommend this venue and team! From the bottoms of our hearts, THANK YOU!

We are so happy that we chose UNION for our wedding venue! It is exactly what we were looking for. The space is gorgeous! We loved that it was a 24h rental. We also loved the BYOB of the venue. It was a great location for us - very central and easy for out of town guests. Having a wedding in winter was a gamble, but having the ceremony and reception in one space meant no driving if there was inclement weather. Our rooftop photos are DIVINE!! Great lighting indoors for photos as well. We loved working with the team - Jessica, Hayden, and Madison were all amazing. Madison was our day of coordinator which helped take so much wedding stress off of my shoulders. She is a BOSS and got things handled so everything went perfectly. I cannot say enough amazing things about her - she truly made the wedding everything I wanted. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend checking out UNION. I also highly recommend using their coordination services.

I was the best woman in my brothers wedding here just over a week ago. My brother & his husband said they wouldn’t change a thing about their wedding- except the venue. The staff at the venue were the only negative aspect of the entire day for the grooms & their families. Prior to the wedding they regularly took a full week to respond to any emails asking questions & trying to get ahold of them was difficult. On the wedding day, the woman in charge was incredibly rude to several people. One of our guests was in a wheelchair & the staff had to be located to turn the wheelchair lift on. After the guest used it, the woman in charge told her she was turning it off so that people “didn’t play in it” (this was a childfree wedding) & that the guest in a wheelchair would have to come find her to turn it back on later so that she could leave. The guest asked if it was possible to leave it on & was told no. The woman in charge was unpleasant for the entirety of the interaction. While discussing the venues rules & policies, they had informed my brother & his then fiance that they are a no shot venue & do not serve shots of alcohol. My brother told them that our cultural background traditionally involves drinking at celebrations like weddings, particularly one specific kind of strong alcohol. They were told they could have one bottle of that alcohol served as shots as a cultural exception to their rule. The night of the wedding when guests tried to order it at the bar they were told it was “too strong” and they could not serve it to them. My father tried to speak with the woman in charge regarding why the alcohol was not being served & was told it had been removed from the bar & locked in a back room because it was “too strong.” My father asked for our bottle of alcohol back & said it was not okay for her to take alcohol that the venue promised to serve & lock it away without speaking to anyone about it. The woman repeatedly shouted at us stating she was “well within her rights” to do so & threatened to cut us off & have us removed from the venue (the family of the groom). When discussing these interactions with other guests afterwards, several people mentioned they were also treated unpleasantly by this individual & by one of the bartenders as well. The DJ even said it was the worst staff out of all the venues he has worked before. The only kind & helpful staff member at the entire venue was the lightskin young lady bartending. She was lovely. Overall, I would NOT recommend this venue unless there is change in the current personnel.

UNION is amazing! We had the best experience here and can’t picture getting married anywhere else. The great location, vendor flexibility, and blank canvas the space offers is unmatched. Jessica, Allison and all their staff are great people and helped make our day unforgettable. I will forever recommend UNION to anyone in need of a great venue!

Union has a special place in my heart!! The space is gorgeous and the price for the venue is great considering it’s in the Crossroads. The rooftop was perfect for pictures to highlight the beautiful KC skyline - some of my favorite pictures are up there! The bartenders were great; Madison was so fun to work with and made sure our day was exactly how we wanted it; the brick walls are so pretty that you don’t need much decoration; the bridal suite & speakeasy are so fun; and the 24-hour rental is a lifesaver!!! I feel like I saved so much extra money by choosing Union. Seriously, big time recommend that you choose Union for your wedding 🖤🖤
