I visited the restaurant for lunch on Tuesday 06/01, arriving around 12:15 pm. I went to the counter to place my order because I wanted to confirm that breakfast was no longer available, even though this was already stated on the menu. A member of staff confirmed that breakfast stopped at 12:00 pm. I then chose a seafood basket and a burger, both listed as weekday specials. When the food arrived, we received a banh mi instead of a burger. I said to the waitress that I had ordered a burger, and she replied that this was the burger special. I said it was a banh mi, but she said that it was the burger special, exactly what I had ordered. When someone orders a burger without any additional information, it is reasonable to expect a beef hamburger. The digital menu photo also showed a beef hamburger, but I only realised this afterwards. Banh mi is made with pork and included a type of ham, and I do not like pork. At that point, I felt uncomfortable questioning it again, as I had already raised the issue and was told that this was the correct order. I decided not to go back or make a formal complaint. The seafood basket my wife ordered was very tasty and I would definitely recommend it. However, the so called burger was disappointing. The high rating on Google did not reflect my experience, and for this reason, I am giving two stars.

Good location, fresh ocean air, quick service, helpfull staff. Dog friendly place. Price is same as market, about 30 AUD/dish. The big minus is food. Sorry to say, they are bland all. We have Chicken parmy, Calamari, Thai beef salad.

This restaurant offers a moderate selection of food and a wide range of cocktails and drinks. It also has a dog menu. We ordered the Dogs Bark-Fast for our dog, who thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided our dog with several dog biscuits. While the food was expensive, it was well worth the price. I recommend this restaurant when visiting Clarkson or if you are just simply hungry.

Omg! The food here was simply delicious, very generous and the different flavours has your taste buds singing like Celine Dion at full pelt! Was such a treat and I understand why its always busy in the mornings. WELL WORTH coming in for a sneaky apple pie pancake and a coffee 😍 i ate the chicken waffles and oh boy! Yum

Absolutely loved the food! The portion size was incredibly generous and definitely more than enough for one person. All the staff were super friendly and accommodating, which made the experience even better. Huge kudos to all the Chef and Chef Karen for the amazing dishes! 🤩

Had the best Banh Mi Vietnamese sandwich had a few in Vietnam but this one blew the others away!! The pork belly was delish, and the flavours amazing, served with chips $20 fantastic value! My friend had the crispy chicken wrap also surprisingly served with the best fat chips!!! Ive never known her to complete her meals, often taking half home, but she enjoyed it so much she ate the lot!!! All the staff are very helpful and friendly a lovely atmosphere for a wonderful lunch 😊

Went here on Good Friday. Ordered at 1.10pm and food came out at 2.15pm. Not too busy, but the food came out real slow. Although, I have to admit probably they are on skeleton staff and understaffed. Chilli mussels, very dry and not saucy 6/10 Steak n chips, ordered medium and perfectly cooked 9/10 Fish n chips, perfectly executed 10/10 Seafood chowder, great mix 9/10 Chicken parmi, size abit too small, but great taste 8/10 Overall great food n atmosphere

A quick coffee one morning while walking around the marina at mindarie Perth. It's a nice cafe overlooking the water with plenty of seating outside. They have a decent selection of food and even have some dog treats for sale to the owners who are walking there dogs around the area. The coffee wasn't bad a little weak for my liking but still ok. Can't comment on the food as I never had any and my time in the area was limited so didn't return.

This place is a little pricey...two mains & two coffees came to $65...I dare say the view over the marina is part to blame. There was also a 40 minute wait for our lunch...in a restaurant that was half-full during a weekday lunch. On the upside, the food was tasty and the service was friendly.

Service was great and the food was delicious. Some items weren't available on the menu, but overall a nice and relaxed atmosphere.

Tiny serving of garlic prawns for $26 and some still had the vein through the back which was totally off putting. Service was fine and the view is lovely however slightly over priced and wish they did all day breakfast.
