"Shop the Uniqlo Flagship Store in Ginza Uniqlo is the affordable and stylish brand of Japan. They sell men's and women's clothing and they excel at the basics: cotton tees, plaid shirts, underwear, sundresses, and jeans. The Uniqlo flagship store is located on Ginza's Chuo Dori amidst luxury brand giant towers. This twelve story Uniqlo has some specialty Tokyo bags and shirts made only for the flagship store. On the top floors you'll find a gallery of t-shirts decorated with anime favorites, Disney characters, and Star Wars scenes."

Google
Fantastic 12-story store with its own café and a flower shop on the ground floor. Each level has seating, which was great for resting while the younger ones explored. They offer exclusive items you won’t find elsewhere, including limited-edition shirts. It's a long stretch of floors—definitely a bit tiring to go through them all! We visited during the grand opening, so it wasn’t overcrowded. Compared to the U.S., prices were noticeably lower.

Google
not as crowded as i expected and great selection. i was surprised to see that the sizing wasn’t so different from us sizing and i actually ended up fitting in some really cute kids tees. the service was great and our cashier was super funny and sweet and spoke good english. everything was tax free as well which was nice.

Google
Great store with its own cafe. 12 story shop. There are seats on each floor allowing us to rest while the young people do the shopping. There is a flower shop in the first floor.

Google
First time in Japan visiting from Canada - this store is massive! Each floor has a change room, so it's best to try on clothes as you go up. If you can split your group into 2, men have like 3 floors and women have 3 as well (I think). Top floor has a cafe, which we deeply needed. I had the White Peach soda, so delicious 🤤 (sorry forgot the photo). It can get packed sometimes we went in at 1pm and out at 3:30pm. Around 3 it started to get waaaayy too crowded. Best thing ever is it's tax free and you get a lot for your money!

Google
The Uniqlo Ginza Flagship Store was excellent. As usual we cannot manage not to shop a lot <3 With 11 floors there are a lot of product lines. They also have a lot of special clothes and services like print your own designs The only negative. Looong wait on the ladies restroom and the store was a bit hot.

Google
It is one of the biggest store of uniqlo. It is in Ginza. From. Ginza station it is only 300 m away. At the 12 th floor, it serves coffee shop. This store is little crowded but well managed by staffs. Every floor has checkout counters. Also this shop is tax free for travelers. However, tax free things are not for residents. So, this crowd is mostly foreign travelers. At the entrance, uniqlo has flower shop too. Enjoy shopping ☺️

Google
As the biggest Uniqlo store, it has many floors packed with affordable and stylish clothing. The prices are very reasonable, making it easy to find great deals. You can also enjoy tax-free shopping right at the store, which is very convenient for tourists. Plus, they offer some exclusive Japanese local designs that you won’t find elsewhere. A must-visit for anyone who loves quality basics and good value!

Google
I went there during golden week and it was not that crowded as everyone hyped it up to be. You can find almost all of the Uniqlo products here, even the ones that are not in stock at other stores and yes, it’s definitely a must-see place if you’re in Ginza.

Yelp
Are you looking for brownies in Ginza? If so then this is your lucky day! Located on the 12th floor of the Uniqlo store is a little cafe. At this cafe they sell some really addictively good brownies. I also purchased a honey lemonade to go with it. Really hits the spot on a hot humid day. They also happen to sell clothes here too, and you can make your own customized shirts here. Pretty much the entire Uniqlo inventory is carried here.

Yelp
This may be Uniqlo's flagship store but it's honestly underwhelming. Despite spanning 12 stories high, I couldn't find much that distinguishes this location from other locations in Tokyo. It's kind of impressive; they somehow managed to fill all that space without making any lasting impression on me. All I saw were Airism blank tees, the usual selection of denim jeans, and other basic items for rows on end. Nevertheless, you can expect slow and massive crowds on every floor since the store sits in the heart of Ginza. The employees had to implement guided paths for crowd control when I visited in the afternoon. It was also raining that day with the elevator out of service. Not a fun combination of circumstances. The floors that felt the most empty were the men's and women's casual sections (the two most important floors!), but oh wait... the clothes on these floors aren't tax-free. The only things that stand out about this flagship are a couple of cool interior designs such as the pendulum displays in the lobby or the futuristic theme of the graphic tee floor. To be fair, the graphic tee floor does have quite a large selection, but I'm fairly certain that most people know Uniqlo for their versatile and high-quality essential clothes instead. Tokyo has plenty of less crowded Uniqlo locations with a very similar selection of merchandise. If you still want the flagship experience, be my guest, but I honestly don't think you're missing much.

Yelp
Uniqlo Ginza in Tokyo is 12 stories high and their main branch. This is next to many expensive brand stores as well. Second time here and is as always very crowded. Traffic is more than last year. Easy to find from the station. They seem to have some seats by the window for the dad's. Ok prices compared to the states but then this is convert to yen. They do offer tax free items but you have to keep y these in the sealed bag you are home. Keep the receipts together. They have some good value clothes, decent quality and designs, and decent prices. Usually, we come here for emergency clothes while abroad. Staff is helpful but not all speak English. All understand English. I am sure we will be back. [65R,2025]

Yelp
Wow 12 story Uniqlo building! I spent over 2 hours here just because there are so many floors. One unique thing about this flagship store is that there is a coffee shop on the 12th floor. They have quite a bit of seating. Not an unique thing to Uniqlo but in Japan in general is that when trying on clothes they give you a covering so that your makeup will not stain the clothes and you would need to take off your shoes prior to entering the dressing rooms. All staff are very friendly. The value/price of the clothes are very reasonable compared to the states.

Yelp
Founded in 1984, the company's name was to be "Unique Clothing". But, due to a typo when registering the brand, the letter "C" in "clothing" was mistaken for a "Q". The boss liked the sound of the error and shortened it to the name you see today. This location in Ginza is a whopping 12-floors tall. A cool, swinging pendulum t-shirt display greets you as you enter. Unisex wear occupies the first floor, women and children on 2 thru 7, men on 8 thru 10, with specialty items on 11 & 12. You can either wait a while for the slow elevators or take the escalators. Either way, it's a painful way to shop, IMO. For as busy as they were, the store was very clean and tidy. I was able to find unique t-shirt designs depicting the UNIQLO name, city name of Ginza, along with simple artistry, something that's not available at their Hawai'i store. I'm not into their shirts that feature other brands like Peanuts and Disney, etc. Their printed collar button-down shirts are also faves of mine but I didn't see any here. TIP: There's a small florist on the first floor. OVERALL: Affordable prices akin to budget brands Zara and Urban Outfitters, but far superior in quality.

Yelp
The Uniqlo Flagship Store in Ginza is a pretty nice place to shop. While you may have Uniqlo where you are from, it's nice being able to sort through their entire inventory, which spans into twelve floors of departments. While we scanned through the entire store for what we need, we ended up getting a fanny pack with custom embroidery and a jacket. Both items we purchased were approximately 40% less than what we'd spend in the US (with current conversion rates) and, as tourists, we were able to make our purchase tax free.

Yelp
I love Uniqlo and been to many during my trip but did not love this location. Yes it has 12 floors and the entrance has the wowing swinging sweater display (no photo since people were just blocking the tiny entrance to take photos). Felt like a bad design to have that there as it just made the entrance more crowded. Although there were 12 floors, each floor was a bit tiny and crowded. The selections were not that different than other Uniqlo's that I have been to. And when I picked up an item and later went to try it other items on another floor, I honestly couldn't remember which floor I grabbed it from. So you might want to just try it on the floor you grabbed it since they do have fitting rooms on each floor. Certain floors have Tax Free counters while some do not so while you make your way up, pay attention to the signs and stickers on the floor to find the right counter to make your purchase. This does mean if one counter is busy, just go to the other floor instead of waiting. It is great you could directly get the items without paying the taxes. Just make sure you have your passport with you. It is a great deal and makes a difference to the final price as tax is 10% here. Another major turn down was the restroom. For the entire 12 story building, there was one women's restroom on the 9th floor with 3 stalls. And 1 was out of order so that went down to 2. So you could imagine the bathroom line was longer than any of the checkout counter lines. They did have a place to put your un-purchased items before entering the bathroom. I did not use the cafe as there were not a lot of space to sit and they didn't have much to offer. It was super tiny right next to the escalator.

Yelp
Uniqlo in Ginza...12 floors of merchandise! I enjoyed our little shopping spree at this flagship location in the Ginza district. We had stopped in other stores at other locations but this is a must see. The kid picked out a few from the many tee designs. The quality and simplicity reminds me of the popularity of the old Gap from the 80s. Now I understand the popularity of this brand in Japan from my observations of fashion in the subway. I'll have new appreciation shopping at the local store here in the U.S.!

Yelp
Lots of different floors for both men, women, and children! The staff were helpful and friendly, too. This flagship one has a specific floor (I apologize I forgot which one), allows you to customize your own bag or shirt. The line was TOOOOOOO long so I didn't try but maybe next time. I tried various clothing in the fitting room. They tell you to take off your shoes before you enter the changing room. Also a cover so when you try on clothes, your makeup won't get on the clothes. The clothing were very affordable. My friends who bought me Uniqlo things in the the states would be $15 w/o tax yet but here, only $8 USD and tax refund over 5500yen ( around $34). The texture of the shirts I got were very nice! Keep in mind, certain floors have tax refund stations, NOT ALL so be careful or simply ask! I got a couple tshirts (see my pictures) and two pairs of pants because it fits petite me (aka, I don't have to fold my pants up to make them shorter haha). They also have a cafe on one of the floors, too. They have a few drinks, snacks, and seats for you.

Sonny W.

Yelp
As the flagship, extremely packed! Lower floors are for the ladies, with the men relegated to the higher floors. The best floor, IMHO, is the 11th floor where they have latest design/items. In particular, they have T-shirts that are unique to Japan which make great gifts as well as to update your own wardrobe! I recommend going on Sunday to Ginza, as the street on which the store is located is closed to traffic and you can walk all around!

Yelp
Today I went to Uniqlo Coffee in Ginza and it was a bit different from what I expected. I had heard about the cafe on the top floor of the Uniqlo in Ginza and I was excited to try their drinks. To reach the cafe, you have to take 12 escalators to the top of the building. I was looking forward to a variety of drinks, but they only sold two options: ice matcha and lemon tea. We tried both, and while the matcha was decent, the lemon tea was a bit too sweet for my taste. I ended up pouring out half of it because I couldn't finish it. Would I visit this cafe again? Probably not, as their menu didn't quite meet my expectations.

Yelp
Shopping in Ginza, Tokyo, Japan... I really wasn't going to buy anything in Ginza. I got my sakura Starbucks tumblers from Asakusa already. Plus, I think Ginza area has expensive merchandise in general. We had to go to this Uniqlo (with 12 floors) because this was the meeting place for our group of 70 people. The good thing was that the women's restroom was on the 9th floor. The bad thing was that out of 3 stalls, only 2 were operating. My roommate wanted a striped black and white sweater. I needed shorts because she likes the room warm and it's too warm for me. We saw the tax refund sign... with a purchase of at least 5500 yen, customers can receive the 10% tax back when a foreign passport is shown! My roommate got a cap to make our total a little bit over the 5500 yen minimum! Yay!

Yelp
Tokyo's flagship Uniqlo store located in Ginza. Best known for their 12 stories of shopping, each floor being dedicated to different people like womens, mens, kids, specialty items, cafe, etc. This is a must visit since Uniqlo is so popular not only in Japan, but also in North America. Lots of tourist come mainly to get personalized embroidered items such as bags, shirts, etc. You must pay for your items first before bringing it back to the embroidery/ customization floor. You then pay again for the customization based on what you're getting. I opted to get their popular uniqlo bag with embroidered customization which ranged around $5-$7 per embroidery. While I was there, the turnaround time for the items was 2 weeks. This wasn't a problem for me since I was in Japan for a while, however, a lot of people got turned away since they couldn't make the pick up dates. So keep that in mind if you want a customized item done - should probably get it done at the beginning of your trip. Overall, a great and hectic shopping experience since there's so many people. But still have to check out this landmark while in the Ginza area.

Yelp
Oddly enough, we have shopped at these stores around the world. This one's in ginza and comes across as a bit of a flagship store. Very nice displays... Kind of small square footage per floor... We found some good deals and are picking up several things. I'm looking too for myself...

Yelp
Uniqlo was our go to shop while we were in Japan. I think we must've been to at least four different Uniqlo stores while there. The first one we went to was Uniqlo Ginza. It's a very big store with lot of floors/departments. My husband loves their shirts and he was able to get so many. He loved that they had the Street Fighter designs there when we were there. He found all kinds of gaming shirts in Uniqlo. I swear by the end of the trip, he must've bought around twenty shirts. At this Uniqlo, you can also customize your own shirt. They have a designs that you can choose from to create your own image on your shirt. Or I think you could even draw one yourself if I'm not mistaken. Before we got there, it seemed pretty interesting but it was a little too much creativity for me, haha. While my husband was looking all over the men's department for his shirts, my daughter and I went to the kids area. They have a small section of kids tshirts that have Japanese characters so we got a few of those. They had Sanrio characters and Doraemon. She likes Doraemon so she got a few of those. The kids shirts are way cheaper than the adults shirts. I decided to try one on and see how the fit was. The biggest kid size fit me pretty comfortably so I got it. I think I got it for 990 yen. They also have nice comfortable pants good underwear. We had to buy those for my daughter here too. She was admiring a water exhibit and she went to take a picture next to it and fell in the water. So her bottoms were all wet and we had to get her new clothes so she wouldn't be walking around wet. Overall great experience at Uniqlo Ginza.

Yelp
This is the flagship Uniqlo store!! While the swinging shirts on ground floor is impressive, the rest of the building was whatever to me. There are literally twelve floors. Floor 12 had the coffee shop. I saw a lot of dads and other dudes waiting here, heh. They do customizations here. I have heard you have to wait a while, so I didn't do it. I think each floor had tax-free shopping, except floor 8. You need your passport with the QR code visa thing for this. Minimum spend for tax-free was ¥10,000. They were also giving a free gift for spending over ¥5,000. It was a cute little tote bag.
google avatar

Yelp
This is the flagship Uniqlo store in Ginza. A lot of good selection at this location. It's 12 stories high and a coffee shop at the top floor.
google avatar

Mike L.

Yelp
My wife and I were in town on vacation in early December. There are Uniqlo stores all over Japan, but this was their global flagship store which was also the largest one I've ever seen, 12 stories. This flagship store in Ginza sold flowers, had several sections including a t-shirt design store, and a coffee shop on the top floor. There's a lot of customers everywhere, and the staff seemed to do their best to try to meet everyone's needs. The Uniqlo prices in Japan are better than everywhere plece, plus we benefited from the 5500 yen minimum to qualify for tax free which requires showing your passport. It's not hard to reach 5500 yen.
google avatar

Annie L.

Yelp
WOW it's like Uniqlo on crack!! It is so packed, this place is literally a half day event. They had a lot of repetitive items on several different floors. They also have a try on limit of 5 items per person then you have to go to the back of the line to try on additional items (it's a bit ridiculous, it should at least be 10 items). I wanted to try 2 different sizes of the same item so I technically was only able to try on 3 items which is super frustrating. One cool thing is that they offer alterations and they can even complete it the same day! I found a few basic items and a couple special ones all for reasonable prices! Another caveat, the tax free line can also be really long. I'd say it is best to split up with whoever you're with so if one person is ready to try on their clothes, they can stand in line first and save your spot. Same with paying, whoever is ready to pay, stand in line first and save your spot.
google avatar

Bryan S.

Yelp
Uniqlo Ginza is a must visit location if you are in Ginza and are shopping for practical and reasonable priced clothing. Also the window and floor displays are usually animated in surprising ways and worth a stop to look over.
google avatar

Natalya R.

Yelp
This is the flagship for Uniqlo. The store is twelve stories high and centrally located in Ginza, only a few minutes walk from my hotel. It's a futuristic room where all their graphic tees are displayed in a scintillating fashion. What was remarkable was that ALL the designs were there. When I'm shopping online, designs come and go, and you have to catch them, but at this Uniqlo, oh baby, they were all there.
google avatar

Misa L.

Yelp
Uniqlo deserves more than 5 stars for the fact that they make their elevators a priority for strollers, pregnant, disabled, wheelchair users. When a staff sees you waiting, they make sure that when the elevator doors open and it is full, they guide people out and direct them to the escalators so I'm not waiting half an hour trying to get to another floor. Honestly not sure why people wait as the escalators are right there and can get you to your floor quicker.

Yelp
Good god. I didn't know there was a Heaven on earth until I saw this enormous Uniqlo in Ginza. It is MASSIVE. I guess when they were building this flagship store, they figured to go big or go home. World's largest Uniqlo, and it is the DREAM. Why we need 12 stories of Uniqlo, God knows why. But I still went up every floor just in case I might have missed something. The first several floors was where I spent the majority of the time. The first floor is just the entrance - kind of like the line to get into line, ya dig? The second floor has both Mens and Women's clothing, like most other Uniqlo locations I've been to. The next few floors are for specifically women, hence, where I spent most of my time. Mens floors next. Boring (but I guess useful if you were mens clothing). I still got off on each floor to peruse briefly just in case. The penultimate floor has seasonal and specialty items - when I was there, I was desperately trying to find this super cute Hello Kitty crop tee, but it was only in very large sizes. I regret not getting it anyway. The top floor reminded me of a gallery. Untouchable and unlike any other Uniqlo items I've seen before. Remember to bring your passport and spend over 5,000 yen for the tax free discount!

Jackie M.

Yelp
Great selection and sizes. The store is always crowded but the check out line moves quickly.

Yelp
UNIQLO Ginza: Once upon a time, I visited a UNIQLO store and I was instantly smitten by the bold colors, the lack of patterns on their sweats, the overall uniformity of their styles, and the $99 cashmere sweaters. That was over a decade ago (review: http://bit.ly/2OoVEBN), and I waited breathlessly for a San Francisco store. It finally arrived, and so did the chain in such a big commercial way that it feels like they're now pretty much in every major shopping mall across the country. Now here I was on the Ginza where it all began standing in the global flagship store. It's quite an expansive vertical space, 12 floors each one devoted to a unique style of clothing including a floor dedicated to dress suits which I've not seen introduced yet stateside (photo: http://bit.ly/2KyIEsg). The rotating mannequins are in full force here on all 12 floors, quite a sight from the outside where sensory overload is the norm in the Ginza (photo: http://bit.ly/37hMPT0). RELATED - Traveling in Japan? Here's a collection of places I've visited and reviewed: http://bit.ly/2qrUBZo

Mike S.

Yelp
There is a very large inventory of clothing for men and women that are priced very moderately so everything is quite affordable but very good quality and workmanship. My daughter was able to find good work clothes that she wouldn't be bothered if the kids she works with were to damage them.
google avatar

Knicole Y.

Yelp
ONLY 12 STORY UNIQLO... ONLY 12?! This building is great! It's very beautiful on the outside and organized inside. Top 5iah floors are for women (of course), and I was able to go through racks after racks and the whole women's section. I thought that was pretty awesome. It is recommended to bring your passport for tax discounts!
google avatar

Frances S.

Yelp
This is Japan's flagship Uniqlo store so if you are a fan of all-things Uniqlo like I am, you MUST visit! It's 11 floors of Uniqlo heaven! I honestly thought I was going to be overwhelmed by how massive the store is, but I was pleasantly surprised by how well-organized and plentifully-stocked the store was, making our shopping trip ever more enjoyable. It's essentially 50% women's clothing, 30% men's clothing, 10% kids & babies, and 10% UT which is found on their 11th floor featuring graphic tee collaborations with different brands and companies (i.e. Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, Andy Warhol, One Piece, and more) The only qualm I have with this store is simply that Japanese sizing is very different! So be sure to try on the clothes as some items may fit smaller than US sizes. Also, if you spend over 10,000 yen (or approx. $80) you can get tax-free, so bring your passport to save yourself some moola.
google avatar

Christine P.

Yelp
Start at the top floor (12 Fl) and work your way down. Best way is to take the elevator from ground level to the 12th floor, have a 200 Yen iced coffee at the coffee bar there, then slowly visit one-by-one the floors below. My favorite was the 11th floor, which has all the special Ginza collaboration t-shirts only available at the flagship store.
google avatar

Hurjane V.

Yelp
Holy....this Uniqlo is HUGE! Guess that's why it was on my places to see. If you're a die-hard Uniqlo fan, you'll have to come here. Everything is so well organized, and the top floor has a stunning museum of t-shirts. The style here is quite different though, so you'll definitely find something for you! The sizes though, might be slightly different. Just make sure you give it a try before purchasing! Overall, hit up this place if in Ginza! Even if you don't buy anything (like me), you'll have fun going up and down the elevators.

Yelp
Uniqlo, my love. I breathe Uniqlo. No other clothing brand has my loyalty like Uniqlo has captured mine. If you can relate, then coming to the world's largest Uniqlo, a 12 STORY UNIQLO, is a must. Highly recommend. Most of the floors are women clothes, and the mens clothes don't start until the upper floors. And yes, as you can imagine, every floor is filled with wonderful Uniqlo clothing. Most of the workers also know enough English to help tourists, so that was something I also greatly appreciated. It was so busy when I went and the employees were visibly stressed and sometimes frustrated from customer antics and language barriers, but they could not have been more pleasant and polite. Definitely give them credit for keeping the place running so smoothly. What was the most special about this Uniqlo was the 12th floor. As seen in the picture, it's a futuristic room where all their graphic-Tees are displayed in a scintillating fashion. What was really cool was that ALL the designs were there. Often times when I'm shopping online, designs come and go and you kind of have to catch them, but at this Uniqlo, oh baby they were all there. I came to Ginza just for the Uniqlo here, and I highly recommend anyone to do the same!

Yelp
The largest Uniqlo shopping experience ever! 12 floors to look through! If you have a foreign passport, show that to them when purchasing and you get the goods tax free!

Yelp
UNIQLO GINZA Floors and floors of clothing! 12 floors of clothing to be exact! (At least I think it was 12.) The roommate's brother likes Uniqlo, so his one and only request on this Japan trip was to go to this store. We stopped by on Monday, April 11th around 7:15pm. I don't shop at Uniqlo much, but I've found pants in the past at the San Francisco store in the US, so I figured I'd see if I would have the same luck with this store. Luckily, I found two pairs of jeans at 1,000 yen off each! I wasn't sure if I'd be able to find my size as I'm not a skinny little Asian girl. But I was actually able to fit into a smaller size here. So weird as things tend to run smaller in Japan. You should note, the largest size I saw in pants was a 28, so if you're larger than a 29, you'll probably be SOL. It didn't look like they carried sizes larger than that. If you're from out of country, remember to bring your passport for any purchase over 10,001 yen. They have a duty free register you can take advantage of as long as you have your passport. I believe it's on the 6th floor? Make sure your purchase is over 10,001 yen, as I had to add a clothing item to make the minimum. Ended up buying some shorts for the roommate's dad. If you like Uniqlo, this would be the location to visit!

Yelp
We came here for some light shopping and spent a good deal of time just walking through all the floors. There were 12-13 floors total and it was a mad house, full of people and clothes, etc. I made it through 8 of the floors and had to take a break. The best part of the store is they offer a tax discount if you present your passport at checkout.

Yelp
This location is HUGE! and slightly overwhelming... There are 12 floors but the floor space isn't big. It just looks big because Uniqlo takes up the WHOLE building... So, I only went straight to the floor that I needed to go to which was the Kid's section on Floor 7. Sizes for kids are in "cm" so, if you needed a starting point, 100 cm could be for children who are around 2 years old - more or less. Of course, the place is well stocked and very organized. If you're looking for something specific, you'd definitely find what you're looking for at this location.

Yelp
If you love Uniqlo, you HAVE to make a pilgrimage to the main temple. Everything is so fresh and shiny, and the sales associates happy and multilingual, and of course, heaps of clothing. UT is stocked to the brim, tons of selection. And I'm pretty sure they stock the entire season at this store so best be taking advantage of that. Head to right to the top floor first to see what the special collection/collaboration is and work your way down. Don't forget your passport because you can also get a tax refund if you spend over ¥5000.

Yelp
This Uniqlo is huge! Everyone was so nice and friendly. They offered me a bag when they saw I had too much on my hands. It was tax free but I don't understand why they tape the receipts to your passport and stamp it.

Yelp
If you like bargain clothing shopping, Uniqlo is a great place to shop. There are plenty of Uniqlo stores in Japan, but the one in Ginza is where you should go to if you are in Tokyo. It is huge with numerous floors of store offerings. If you are looking for a particular Uniqlo clothing line, this would be store that you would most likely to be able to find it.

Yelp
Wow this place is huge and it's a pain to get up and down the levels with so many people. Not sure why they need so much space so many of the same items can be found on different floors.. some sizes were hard to find. It's definitely a tourist attraction but still fun to see

Yelp
12 floors of shopping! Wha?! Yes 12! Glad we just randomly decided to walk in while walking around the Ginza area. Tons of options for clothes. I don't shop much, but we ended up spending hours here cause there was just so much to choose from. Not too pricy and very fitting for Asian sizes. None of the other Uniqlo stores compares to this one, if anything, go check out the nice views from the top! Bring your passport for tax free shopping for foreigners!

Yelp
Apart from the extensive selection (12floors full) and the fact that this ginza location seems to have more items on sale than other locations I've been to, the customer service leaves much to be desired. This is the largest uniqlo in the world apparently. You'll find shirts and pants and shorts and kids wear and lounge wear and accessories. However if you find something you like on a mannequin, chances are you wont be able to find it on the floor and the tyrants who work here won't let you take an item off a mannequin and won't help you find it on another floor. Also, be warned not to wear things around the store that you intend on purchasing, like hats or beanies because the workers will literally throw a shopping bag at you and yell something in japanese (probably along the lines of "carry the merchandise you plan on purchasing in this bag"). Don't use the elevators, they don't work on certain floors. Like 9 and 10. We tried going out and pushing the button again to no avail. Tax free purchases can only be made from the second floor cash register line and can only be used if you are buying over 10000 yen worth of product. Hopefully there aren't too many chinese tourists when you go, otherwise you'll be standing in a ridiculously long line. If you're a uniqlo fan, it's worth checking out, but don't expect exceptional service.

Yelp
I think this Uniqlo is their flagship store. It definitely is their largest store with about 7 or 8 floors. I swear this store will take you a few hours just to browse through the store. They have all kinds of lights in the floors that make this store cool. This place is a must if you're in Ginza. I'm pretty sure they would have the item that you are looking for from Uniqlo.

Yelp
This is my go to store in Tokyo and the best store so far I've been to. Whenever I go home, I always come here to look for something good. There are 12 floors, and it's always busy especially on weekends. However, there are only two elevators and the single escalator. There can be a long line for the restrooms. The cashiers are located in most of floors, and tax free cashiers are available as well. Also, the fitting rooms are available at most of floors, but the women's floors' can be busy, so I would recommend to go to the men's floors. There are some clothes that only sell at this location. You'll be able to find most of uniqlo products here, but since there are so many tourists shop here, some sizes/colors can be sold out. If so, there is another uniqlo in walking distance. If you want cute Tokyo T-shirt as a souvenir, there are some cute ones on the 11th floor.

Yelp
This is the place to be, the 12th floor is dedicated to their T-shirts (no, not the ones in the bags) but the art-y ones. My son and I actually got 3 each that you never see in stores outside of Tokyo, in fact I think they may be flagship store exclusives as we did not see them in regular stores in metro Tokyo.

Yelp
This Uniqlo is really nice it has 7 floors which has pretty big for Japan since spaces here are tight. It was well organized and the workers are very helpful. I enjoyed shopping here.

Yelp
I love this shop in Ginza. Let's just say it, Uniqlo is pretty much what I want to wear every day, every time. The material is of very good quality and although people might compare it to H&M in Scandinavia, the quality is far far different despite the affordable price. Their shop in Ginza has so many floors I have actually lost count. Nine, maybe eight? I can't recall, but it seems like this shop is endless to make your shopping experience as overwhelming as possible. Last year I was here spending (almost) all my money and this year I was better (well I did go to the one in Shinjuku). They have categories name in English so it's better to browse the items. As a tourist, you're entitled to tax free shopping, just remember to bring your passport with you. The tax free counter is on the ground floor and beware of the long line. If you're not a Uniqlo convert yet, please check them out next time you are in Japan!

Yelp
The biggest UNIQLO I've ever been to! With 12 levels, the Ginza location has everything. There are registers on every level and they even have a level dedicated to T-shirts. They carry a lot of things here, but it can be a bit overwhelming. If you want somewhere that has a lot of options, this is the place to visit.

Yelp
Uniqlo in itself is awesome with the fashion and styles they have at very reasonable prices. Coupled with the ability to find one almost everywhere you go in Japan? Even better. Enter the world of the Uniqlo in Ginza...it has 12 Floors of everything you are looking for. Each floor is designated to a sex and a specialty for Women or Men. Each floor also has a cash register you can check out of and the staff is very helpful even if they can't understand you sometimes (if you don't speak Japanese). The best part is that foreigners can get tax free shopping here when you spend over 10,001 yen which is very easy to do here. I'd highly recommend taking a trip to this particular Uniqlo even if you're "Uniqlo'd" out by the time you visit this store.

Yelp
This store is well worth going to if you're at all a fan of Uniqlo, and even if you aren't (yet). Uniqlo in general: good prices on good basics. Trimmer cuts than a lot of American retailers. This Uniqlo: twelve stories high, which helps spread people out. Way different from Bicqlo in Shinjuku, which we found to be a *sea* of people. If you aren't in a hurry, I'd suggest taking the elevator all the way up and making your way down... the elevators do not stop on every floor. I'd agree with other reviewers that the selection seems wider here than at other locations. There's a lot to see. Thankfully, there's also a lot of seating and staff available. Prices were OK, and definitely sweetened by the favorable exchange rate (for us, on our visit) and tax exemption. If you're in the area, go.
