Hey guys, love Uniqlo and all, but you love putting unrealistic expectations on women / or you try to flatter them Idk. I grew out of my old pants a bit and needed new ones, the one that said "61cm" are actually 67-69! It's fine to be 65-70 or more! It's healthy and beautiful, when I was actual 58-61 the damn clothes never fit no matter where I went, that was so sad, nobody tries to accommodate smaller women. So ladies, love your healthy and soft selves. And Uniqlo, put right sizes please, and also add some clothes for XXS, actual 58-61cm waist ladies. It's not me anymore, but for years and years I could barely enjoy shopping because of this fact that I'm skinny. Lying about the sizes is not ok.

Shopping at Uniqlo JP has always been a highlight. Not only is it slightly cheaper, there are exclusive wears, their collab comes a few weeks earlier. It's kind of like early access and you get to proudly wear it back home for a few weeks before the rest gets it. Standing at six storeys high, this outlet at Ike Sunshine 60 has a size and selection comparable to other flagship stores. I bought a very lovely hybrid down coat during winter 2023 at Ginza and the visit this time was to look for some summer clothing, cargo pants and the Final Fantasy collab UTs I was anxious for nothing, because there is hardly anyone grabbing the tees off the shelves on day one, a stark contrast to an earlier collab back home in July 2022. Perhaps it's because it's Monday. It helps to narrow down and have a list of planned purchase and their corresponding prices. You can check their website. My gf came here to buy some sale items before our trip back to Canadá and had to get some of her items tailored. The service team went above and beyond to ensure she understood all the steps and even got her to test the measurements multiple times. Big store lots of selection and great service

Worst Uniqlo experience ever. We tried out the UTme option, were you can design your own shirt. We followed all the design guidelines and still got our design disapproved. The reasoning did not make sense and on top of that, instead of letting us edit, the employee deleted the entire design. We started over and tried again. Again disapproved for a rule made up on the spot. Staff is very unfriendly, does not communicate well and does not understand a lot of things about pictures. It took us 1.5 hours to get a design approved. Would not recommend this. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this was incredibly frustrating.

Great clothes quality as always but there is no embroidery service for the cross-body bags you can purchase in this location.

Love this shop, we always go there while in Japan. It's not as loud as for example the Shibuya one, but well supplied. Friendly and helpful staff too.

This Uniqlo branch is one of the biggest ones. A large selection of clothes to choose from, and quiet popular. If you’re not familiar with Uniqlo, there sizes are similar to H&M.
