Don't come to this location. I ordered something online a few months back, and chose the "pick up in store" option. I have a week to pick up the order, so I went to this store on the 6th day. When I got to the front of the line, the employee rudely dismissed me and told me to go upstairs to pick it up, before she had even really heard what I'd said. She went back to the backroom to pick up my order after I finally got a chance to explain what I was there for, and handed me "my" package. My mistake was trusting her to do the correct thing.
When I got home and opened my package, I realized it was the wrong order. Being an honest person, I went back to the store the next day, and approached the same employee at the cash register about it. She accepted the wrong item back, didn't admit her mistake, and instead went back to the backroom to see if my order was still there. It wasn't, because this was the 7th day the order was there, and it was supposed to be shipped back to the warehouse. I told her, look, this was not my fault, this mistake is on the store, and it would be great if they could place the order for me again, or give me the item from within the store (since I'd already paid for it).
She was like, Naw, go online and call the phone support. So now, three months later, I still don't have my damn leggings, and I've gotten entangled with the crappy online system, promo codes for online credit that don't work, and more phone calls that promise free express shipping that I'd have to reimburse later.
Don't come to this store. The employees don't care, and they make mistakes and don't own up to it. It shouldn't be this much trouble for a company as big as Uniqlo to fulfill an order, and it shouldn't be this hard for a cashier to do their ONE job.
