I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the Sunday brunch at the hotel, and it was truly exceptional. The staff was incredibly attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere that felt both unique and authentic. The venue itself is stunning, with a beautiful terrace that adds to the charm. As for the food, it was not only delicious but offered a great variety that exceeded my expectations, especially considering the reasonable price. A standout was Manager Lena, whose warm smile and attentive service enhanced the experience. She also shared fascinating insights about the hotel's history and provided excellent recommendations for exploring the surrounding area. Overall, it was a fantastic visit, and I can't wait to return. This place is an absolute must-visit!

Very special and beautiful house and location. Best view of the city of Bern and the Alps. Nice, but slow service. Food was ok but some was strange: the small portion of Calf's liver, in a thin sauce, was served with good Rösti, deep fried at the edges! The Vitello Tonnato was served as casually draped veal slices with hardly any sauce. And shame for not having a handicaped parking spot in front of the house!

Nice romantic hotel with a great jazz club downstairs. A perfect weekend get away. Bistro style restaurant was a pleasant surprise. Rooms were spacious with a slightly retro feel. Beds were firm and comfortable and everything was clean and fresh. The jazz tents with students performing alongside the ongoing professional jazz performers in the club make it a destination rather than just an accomodation.

We adored our stay at Hotel Innere. The staff could not have been more inviting. Our room was large and bright with big windows and when the jazz concert was held at night the music came through our windows, it was just delightful.|The hotel breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit (the only hotel out of 5 that we stayed in that had fresh fruit offered). I asked for a recipe and it was given with such grace I could not have been more pleased.|There is a bus right out front (free on the Swiss Pass and the Bern app) that brings you right to the train station in 20 minutes.|The owner can be seen quite often which shows she really cares about her hotel and guests. On the morning of our departure I watched her put flowers she had just picked on each table setting for a large group. As I passed by, I commented on how pretty it looked she told me it was for a christening that they were having that morning. What a personal touch that certainly went above and beyond, I am sure that family appreciated it.|We really had a lovely stay with promise to return.

The most beautiful place to stay in Bern. Lucious, peaceful park, spacious rooms, friendly staff and then the evening jazz performance made it extra special. I can't imagine ever staying anywhere else! Very close and convenient to get to the train station and the city center by bus

Ideally located, charming, cosy, quiet, clean and a wonderful and large room. The view from the dining room on the alps dominating the old town of Bern is unique. The best experience we had in a long time. Highly recommended for a short stay in Bern.

A big compliment. It's a pleasure to spend the night here - relaxed and like at home. Starting with the good bed and the (almost un-Swiss) charming furnishings, they have thought of every detail. What's on my wish list is (for once) everything there, a relaxing mattress, several fluffy pillows, cozy duvets, seating including at the foot of the bed, suitcase stand, desk, sofa, enough cupboard space, tea, coffee, a hairdryer and whatever else in the bathroom heard. Thank you, Hans Zurbrügg & Marianne Gauer, for how you pampered me in a “hospitable” manner! With kind regards, Nicolas Büchler, arch P.S. I can't comment on breakfast and cuisine because I have to get out early.
