Terrible customer service with poor communication. As others have said, the staff is unhelpful and when things go wrong just push you away.
Unfortunately, my flight to Sweden was delayed which meant I'd arrive one day later. My booking was non-refundable but I quickly emailed the hotel asking if I could also delay my booking one day (I checked, and there were still rooms). I was promptly told to tell my booking agency (Agoda) to contact them instead. Why? I don't know. Agoda tried several times to request a change, but they waited to respond until *after* the original booking day had passed and then finally responded with "we are strictly enforcing our cancellation policy".
I understand that rules are rules, but the poor communication, sending me back and forth and not giving a clear answer, as well as the inflexible nature of the hotel means I would not recommend. I've never known a hotel with availability not to agree to change a booking after unforseen circumstances.
