Americans could do well to get training, ort at least take lessons from our Asian counterparts in hospitality; WE ARE BEHIND and sorely lacking. The right words, such as hello, thank you, etc., come out, but lack genuine authenticity and are cursory at best. Keep in mind that airline travel, though hustle and hustle, is a SERVICE industry, and YOU, UNITED AIRLINES, have competition. Don't take your PASSING CUSTOMERS for granted. ACT like you appreciate my choice to have chosen you!
