United Airlines

In spite of all the negative reviews from the past year (which are really dated now and that made me nervous about coming here today), I have to say I am quite pleasantly surprised how nice it is. Yeah, it’s a little small, but there is plenty of seating on Both sides of the entrance. The breakfast food choices are awesome- fresh berries (!), scrambled eggs, yoghurt, hot oatmeal (with all kinds of things to add), and a lily espresso machine. The lounge is spotless with an attendant constantly checking on everything and even a guy running a quiet vacuum on the floors. More than I hoped for before my flight!

I had the opportunity to enjoy this travel lounge while watching for my flight home from Philadelphia. This lounge is a decent size for the amount of people who used it while I was here. The lounge was also pretty quiet,one of the more quiet ones I have been in.

The front desk ladies this morning at 5:30 am on 6/30/19, are so nice. It's muggy inside this lounge, but the ladies suggested sitting near the 2 internal air conditioning units. That was appreciated, since it was cooler by them. The lounge is small , but it's clean and not busy this early in the am.

A relatively small but nice club at ORD. Food and drinks were excellent. Had scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, and bread assortment. A pleasure to relax and refresh in.

There is always something with these airline companies, but somehow, I enjoy and prefer flying with United. Got some benefits due to my membership and can visit the United lounges at some airports. I am not shockingly impressed by these lounges and disappointed sometimes about the variety and quality of food. When I pass the Amex or VISA lounges, I envy those members. Overall, I enjoy flying United.

Good place for relaxing and having snacks and coffee before you take a flight!! This is a little small place but I think the seats and tables are enough to accommodate guests. The foods are just some fruits, yogurt, cookies and breads. And some juices and coffee. You can use WiFi and bathroom inside. You need a little walk to get to gates for United airline and other star alliance member. But no worries!! You can enjoy good time for your travel!! Enjoy!!

Quiet, clean place to charge phone. Selection for 6 am in morning was oatmeal, coffee, spoon your own yogurt and a few apples. I travel quite a bit with United . United has really scaled back on food and drink offerings in their club over the years. Personally if I had to pay their fee to enter i would consider it overpriced.

Outstanding! A welcome oasis from the hectic airport environment. We had a long layover in Philadelphia and the Club provided peace and quiet, recharging our personal and device batteries. The snacks are top shelf and were varied throughout the afternoon. Staff members ensured efficiency and cleanliness throughout the day. I highly recommend this place!
