Website said every color is available and it was. Test bikes to ride outside. Bought in a package and the receipt was immediately sent to me via email, nice, no need for paper waste if you wish. While in store, some boys came in with an electrical scooter and the worker friendly lend them the tool to fix it in a pinch. Friendly and how it should be. At least this impression wants me to go back.

I had a great experience at this bike shop! I came in looking for a bike for my daughter, and Asef took the time to help us find the perfect one. Amazing service and great work with kids. It is an amazing experience for whole family. The choice is huge, the advices we got are professional. All in all, great experience with renting and buying the bikes for our kid.

We bought 2 kids' bicycles and had a fantastic experience. First spoke via email and phone, and after arriving in person today we left with the bikes within less than an hour. Price is actually better than buying online directly from the manufacturer, as it includes excellent customer service, both consultation and assembly, test driving, free coffee - and even a maintenance check at the workshop within the first month from buying. Everyone was super helpful and friendly to adults and kids, and spoke excellent English. Toilets were very clean and child-friendly. We’ll be back.

The kindest staff!! What an amazing bike shop - I highly highly recommend!! They went totally out of their way to help me as a visiting tourist before Ironman Austria. I cannot thank them or recommend them enough!!!

A very friendly place with great people and amazing café and cakes. Perfect to wait around for little reparations on the bike as well as hanging out when in the Seestadt. And the bike shop will try everything to accommodate service to the full extend possible: your bike will be in very good hands.
