We chose a flat rate envelope that should have been... you guessed it, A FLAT RATE. My husband had to pay double the rate for no clearly explained reason. He tried to ask why it was a different price than what was clearly listed, and the employee was offended he asked a simple question. It is not hard to be kind to your customers. I do not understand her rudness. I don't know if the very rude employee pocketed the overage or just is incompetent like it says in the majority of the other reviews at this location. But I want a refund for your careless employees' mistake. And based on the numerous horrible reviews, it seems like you really need to clean house. I'm deeply disappointed in your treatment of your customers and your shady overcharging.
