Please avoid this location at all cost. They strip you down just to get to the post office. I had to go through the metal detector at least five times because the staff was incompetent with what they wanted you to take off. It was hard to even find the location itself with no real direction. The front desk clerk and security guard are rude and honestly need to consider different career paths. First and last time coming to this location.

I have been going to this location for years. It is the same lady serving the front desk every time. The location requires security scan so come without belt or jackets for a faster time. I have never had a bad experience with this post office. Does she remember your name, smile, then ask you about how good your day was after you have been checked and probed at the front security? No. Because she is the only one there doing all the workwork. It gets tired doing all the work all the time. My package gets delivered on time in the same condition and my time at the counter was brief. Just what I want.

The front-desk clerk is rude and unprofessional, pure and simple. If she doesn't like her job (or her life) that's not my problem. Customer service - including the way she comports herself and interacts with customers - is her JOB. She wouldn't last a day in a civilian job with that attitude. HR should hold her responsible for her behavior. Clearly they don't.

I had an excellent customer service experience here. I went to this post office at 12:40 PM on 10/06/2015. There was only 1 person working there, but she was efficient and courteous. During my visit she serviced seven or 8 customers, taking advantage of down time while waiting for one customer to give instructions or sell stamps to another. The only thing keeping me from a 5 star rating is that the post office is inside a court building, and you need to go through security (which required me to take off my boots, belt, empty my pockets, run my back pack through x-ray etc). In other words, it's not the most convenient post office to get to. But otherwise this is as good of a post office experience as I've had anywhere.

I've read a lot of reviews about the post office (mainly about the employee working there.) Just came from there and she was kind of rude when I first walked in but she is also very informative and made sure I understood everything she was explaining to me about my package. Will I ever go there again? Only if I have to.

Extremely horrible experience. The lady at the counter was very rude, uncourteous and behaving in a very uncivilized manner. Somebody needs to remind her that she is getting paid for doing the job and not warming the seat. Best to avoid. I only hope she posted my mail after all the terrible experience.

Security like at a airport due to the fact it's a governemnt building, so beware of belts and metal in your pocket, that will all go through the xray. The security staff and the post office staff were extremely helpful and nice. Easy going in and out and no one in line except me, score. Oh this place loses a star due to parking 0-30min is $3.

Worst customer service. The female employee is always very rude! I have yet to catch her on her good day!!!!She tries to scare you off. She needs to be fired and some friendly person should be hired. Either she does not need this job or is inherently rude.
