Everything is perfect, the people are amazing. Value for money - I won't do a regular hotel anymore. Hotel-Studio is the new top tier. Especially loved the great location, public transport, and last but not least - the people working there. P.s. two minor details - rooftopbar is closed (but via the sauna you can still have an amazing rooftop view), the bed is a bit hard, I slept great, but some people might like to know this.

We stayed for 3 nights as a start for our Finland trip. The staff are really nice and helpful. The hotel is right by the tram station that takes you to downtown in less than 20 minutes. The west terminal for day trips to Tallin is 15 min walk. Lots of cafes, restaurant and grocery stores are at a walking distance. The breakfast has a nice variety not too many options but you will find something to eat. The rooms are well equipped with a kitchen that has a hob, microwave, dishwasher and all necessary utensils. The bathroom is nice as well. The only problem is the stairs to the bed are very steep and the ceiling at the bedroom is very low so I banged my head a few times, the mattress also was a bit uneven and we found some hairs in the bathroom

This great apartment is located in the heart of Helsinki, with all the services a traveller could require nearby, including a tram station. The highlight of this place is the super-friendly staff and the co-working space, where you can work for a small fee or join meetings in dedicated meeting rooms.

I've booked an extended stay and have only been here for two days, but my first impression is excellent. A Welcoming Touch: I was pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome gift and a hand writing card in my room which was a very nice gesture. Excellent Communication: Prior to my arrival, all my email inquiries were answered promptly and thoroughly. The pre-arrival service was very Helpful. The front desk staff have been very courteous and helpful so far. So far, so good! I'm hopeful that the rest of my stay will continue just as smoothly. Looking forward to the next few months here.

Perfect business stay! Super friendly staff, very modern and functional and well equipped. Great location. Super calm!!! I recommend a lot.

It’s a great place but further from Helsinki attractions. Even when I rented a bike it took a longer time to get to an area I felt was tourist friendly & it’s better to take the bus or Uber. ||The kitchen and aparthotel offering was nice and there is a grocery store in walking distance. ||My room also has a private balcony which was nice. ||The price was also reasonable & the lobby offers to make specialty coffee. ||Why 4 stars (but I must emphasize the experience is still very good here): ||I can constantly hear the washer or dryer running from the basement & I was on the 2nd floor. I can hear this well into the night. It could have also been neighbors dishwasher running but since it was non stop- it was most likely from the basement laundry room. ||The walls are thin & I can hear my neighbors arguing. ||I didn’t realize my bed was on a sleep loft and there wasn’t space to bring even a bag upstairs - everything had to be left downstairs. I personally hate going up and down the narrow stairs bc I am clumsy especially once I remove my contact lenses to sleep. The Tv is located downstairs so to watch something from bed - you must use your laptop or phone. ||I had a great stay - but I’m not sure I’ll return due to the area not being convenient & having an industrial feel and also bc of the sleep loft configuration. But the good pricing may bring me back.

This was a very pleasant and welcoming stay. The staff couldn't be more helpful and efficient. Kudos to the Asian lady and the finnish blonde gentleman especially. The apartment was clean and had all things working properly.|The top floor sauna was very clean and outstanding view.|The breakfast was well maintained and offered a wide range of food. |I highly recommend this property and I can't wait to come back. Thank you

The studio in the 6th floor had a nice view. I did not try the sauna. Unfortunately the rooftop bar is only for professional events. The kitchen is convenient if you don’t want to cook like a chef! The dishwasher is great. The location is not far from the centre. Great experience.
